BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention
The field of application of the present invention is framed within the sector of the industry dedicated to the manufacture of body temperature monitoring devices. Description of Related Art
As is known, one of the main indicators that you are infected with the CO VID-19 virus, as well as other viruses or contagious infections, is the increase in body temperature above the fever threshold, that is, about 37, 5°C. That is why the fact of being able to know in real time and at all times that the people in an environment have or do not have a fever would be a great help to avoid contagion, which is not possible if only the temperature of the people is taken in a given moment, for example when entering a room, since this can change later in a matter of a few hours, or it may not be the one that the person really has, for example if they have taken antipyretics.
The objective of the present invention is, therefore, to provide a practical and simple means to solve said problem, allowing to monitor, at least, the body temperature of people in real time and all the time and, consequently, to avoid possible infections.
On the other hand, and as a reference to the current state of the art, it should be noted that, at least by the applicant, the existence of any other contagion monitor device, or any other similar invention, that presents technical and structural characteristics is unknown the same or similar to those presented by the one claimed here.

For this, said pin comprises, at least, an external part, where at least it includes the light emitter, and an internal part, where at least it includes the body temperature sensor, which is in contact with the user's skin.
Preferably, the device is disposable, having a button-type battery with sufficient autonomy to operate continuously for at least two months, although it cannot be ruled out that it may be replaceable once exhausted. Furthermore, the device is preferably completely watertight and made of biocompatible plastic material.
In any case, in one embodiment, the pin has a pincer-shaped configuration, with an external and an internal part that are joined together by a flexible section with which it is fastened to clothing. Preferably, said junction section includes the flexible printed circuit housing the electronic connections that connect said board with the temperature sensor, with the light emitter and with the battery.
In another embodiment, the pin also has magnetic fastening means, so that the internal and external parts have respective magnets that are attached to each other on both sides of the clothing, increasing the security of the fastening.
And, in still another embodiment, both external and internal parts have snap-on fastening tips that pierce through clothing, serving, at the same time as connectors between the components of one part and another of the device. Thus, in said embodiment, the temperature measurement electronics and the information processing, that is, the temperature sensor and the printed circuit, are housed in the inner part, with the temperature sensor facing the body of the person, while the emitter of light is located on the outside.
In addition, preferably, it has two fastening points that are of different diameter so as not to confuse the placement of both pieces through the fabric.
Preferably, the device has electronics that are only activated by holding it in the hand and hitting it against a surface and then by detecting the user's body temperature.
Optionally, the device also includes a functioning indicator LED, which lights up when the device is activated.
