- the negative electrode material prepared by the method described in Comparative Example 1 is not coated and modified. Although its reversible capacity is relatively high, the first-time Coulombic efficiency and power are lower than those of Example 1.
- the negative electrode material prepared by the method described in Comparative Example 2 is only coated with amorphous carbon, and the first coulombic efficiency is improved, but the reversible capacity and power density are lower than those of Example 1.
- the negative electrode material prepared by the method described in Comparative Example 3 is only coated with microcrystals, and the power density is improved, but its first-time Coulombic efficiency is lower than that of Example 1.
- the negative electrode material prepared by the method described in Comparative Example 4 has decreased reversible capacity and first-time coulombic efficiency; this is because after the pickling purification is adjusted to the coating, the microcrystalline graphite will change from the spherical natural stone during the pickling purification process. The ink falls off, the microcrystalline graphite cannot be evenly embedded on the surface of the spherical natural graphite, and it is difficult to form a composite coating layer after the amorphous carbon is coated, which makes the reversible capacity of the material and the first coulombic efficiency decrease.
- the inner layer of the composite coating layer of the negative electrode material prepared by the method of Comparative Example 6 is an amorphous carbon layer
- the outer layer of the composite coating layer is a microcrystalline graphite layer
- the structure of the negative electrode material is a natural graphite core-amorphous carbon
- the structure of the layer-microcrystalline graphite, the reversible capacity of the negative electrode material, and the first-time coulombic efficiency are all reduced compared to the examples. This is because there is no strong and tight connection between microcrystalline graphite and natural graphite. There may be tiny gaps between natural graphite and microcrystalline graphite, which leads to a large internal resistance of the material. There is only a physical relationship between amorphous carbon and microcrystalline graphite. Mosaic, the microcrystalline graphite is the outermost layer, which causes the microcrystalline graphite to easily fall off, thereby failing to form a strong structure, thereby deteriorating its reversible capacity, first Coulomb efficiency and rate performance.
