参照图9所示,所述的快速系带旋转装置1,进一步包括防滑层15,所述防滑层15设置于所述旋转件11外侧,使得在旋转过程中,防滑层15的设置增加了旋转装置的实用性和使用效率。所述的快速系带旋转装置1,进一步包括上盖16;所述旋转件11上方设有固定孔117;所述旋转件11上方设置有上盖16,且所述上盖16下方沿径向设置有多个卡接脚161,所述卡接脚161与所述固定孔117卡接配合,所述上盖16具有美观功能,可以在所述上盖16上印刷有图案和商标,增加鞋子整体的辨别度和美观性。
参照图1所示,一种具有快速系带功能的板球鞋,所述板球鞋包括如权利要求1-6任一项所述的快速系带旋转装置1,所述快速系带旋转装置1设置于所述板球鞋的鞋舌上,所述鞋舌中部设置有引线件2,所述板球鞋的鞋眼片上设置有固线件3,所述板球鞋还包括有鞋带4。板球运动中,运动员需要在手上缠有运动绷带,且赛场上节奏极快,当鞋带4出现松动的情况下,运动员可以通过操作快速系带旋转装置1,自行完成鞋带4系紧的动作。
参照图1所示,一种具有快速系带功能的曲棍球鞋,所述曲棍球鞋包括如权利要求1-6任一项所述的快速系带旋转装置1,所述快速系带旋转装 置1设置于所述曲棍球鞋的鞋舌上,所述鞋舌中部设置有引线件2,所述曲棍鞋的鞋眼片上设置有固线件3,所述曲棍球鞋还包括有鞋带4。板球运动中,运动员需要在手上带有厚实的运动手套,且赛场上节奏极快,当鞋带4出现松动的情况下,运动员可以不用脱下运动手套,通过操作快速系带旋转装置1,自行完成鞋带4系紧的动作。
本实施例所提供的快速系带旋转装置1的安装过程如下:取出外棘轮12和固定件13,将限位件135套入第二圆形通孔122,通过卡接件134卡接台阶部127将外棘轮12固定于固定件13的上方;取出旋转件11,将卡位部137套接入限位块116,同时,主动齿轮115套入第一圆形通孔136,从而将旋转件11与固定件13限位配合;接着将鞋带4穿过穿线孔138,从而将鞋带4系于收线轮14中;将收线轮14容置于第二容置空间133中,同时,限位柱146套入136中,主动齿轮115与从动齿轮145配合;将固定件13通过卡位部137固定于底盘17上,最终将底盘17粘结在鞋子的鞋舌上。
本实施例所提供的快速系带旋转装置1的使用过程如下:在装有快速系带旋转装置1的鞋子上,拉起旋转件11,限位块116与卡位部137接触,主动齿轮115与从动齿轮145脱离配合,外棘轮12与内棘轮114脱离配合,此时,鞋带4可以向外拉扯出来,从而进行鞋子与脚掌之间的调整;扣合旋转件11,外棘轮12与内棘轮114配合,且主动齿轮115与从动齿轮145咬合,限位柱146与旋转盘111接触,此时,旋转件11与收线轮14卡接,通过旋转件11的旋转带动收线轮14的旋转,且本发明的结构设计限制旋转件11只能单向(顺时针或逆时针)旋转,随着收线轮14的旋转,鞋带进入收线空间144,从而实现鞋带4的系紧动作。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用于板球鞋或曲棍球鞋的快速系带旋转装置,其特征在于,包括:
    旋转件(11),包括:旋转盘(111);第一空心圆柱(112),连接于所述旋转盘(111)的底面,且所述第一空心圆柱(112)与所述旋转盘(111)形成第一容置空间(113);内棘轮(114),设置于所述旋转盘(111)的底面;主动齿轮(115),设置于所述内棘轮(114)的圆心处;限位块(116),设置于所述第一空心圆柱(112)底部的内侧;
    外棘轮(12),与所述内棘轮(114)配合;
    固定件(13),部分容置于所述第一容置空间(113)内,且所述外棘轮(12)设置于所述固定件(13)的上方,所述固定件(13)包括:固定盘(131);第二空心圆柱(132),所述固定盘(131)设置于所述第二空心圆柱(132)的上端,且所述第二空心圆柱(132)与所述固定盘(131)形成第二容置空间(133);卡接件(134),对称设置于所述固定盘(131)的上方,所述外棘轮(12)通过所述卡接件(134)卡接于所述固定件(13)上;限位件(135),设置于所述固定盘(131)的上方且位于所述卡接件(134)的内侧,所述限位件(135)内侧设置有第一圆形通孔(136);卡位部(137),与所述限位块(116)配合;穿线孔(138),镜像设置于所述第二空心圆柱(132)侧壁;
    收线轮(14),容置于所述第二容置空间(133)中,其包括:线轴(142);设置于所述线轴(142)两端的上盘(141)及下盘(143);从动齿轮(145),设置于所述上盘(141)的上方,且与所述主动齿轮(115)配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的快速系带旋转装置,其特征在于,进一步包括防滑层(15),设置于所述旋转件(11)外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的快速系带旋转装置,其特征在于,进一步包括上盖(16);所述旋转件(11)上方设有固定孔(117);所述旋转件(11)上方设置有上盖(16),且所述上盖(16)下方沿径向设置有多个卡接脚(161),所述卡接脚(161)与所述固定孔(117)卡接配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的快速系带旋转装置,其特征在于,所述收线轮(14)还包括限位柱(146),所述限位柱(146)设置于所述上盘(141)的上方,且所述限位柱(146)位于所述从动齿轮(145)的内侧,所述限位柱(146)与所述第一圆形通孔(136)配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的快速系带旋转装置,其特征在于,所述外棘轮(12)包括:
    棘轮圆环状主体(121),其内设有第二圆形通孔(122),所述第二圆形通孔(122)与所述限位件(135)配合;
    外延部(123),对称设置于所述棘轮圆环状主体(121)的两侧;
    弧形弹片(124),设置于所述外延部(123)的一侧,所述弧形弹片(124)为部分环状空心圆柱;
    棘爪(126),位于所述弧形弹片(124)的尾部;
    台阶部(127),设置于所述外延部(123)的另一侧,用于与所述卡接件(134)配合。
  6. 一种具有快速系带功能的板球鞋,其特征在于,所述板球鞋包括如权利要求1-6任一项所述的快速系带旋转装置(1),所述快速系带旋转装 置(1)设置于所述板球鞋的鞋舌上,所述鞋舌中部设置有引线件(2),所述板球鞋的鞋眼片上设置有固线件(3),所述板球鞋还包括有鞋带(4)。
  7. 一种具有快速系带功能的曲棍球鞋,其特征在于,所述曲棍球鞋包括如权利要求1-6任一项所述的快速系带旋转装置(1),所述快速系带旋转装置(1)设置于所述曲棍球鞋的鞋舌上,所述鞋舌中部设置有引线件(2),所述曲棍鞋的鞋眼片上设置有固线件(3),所述曲棍球鞋还包括有鞋带(4)。
