Abstract
Description
アクリル酸アルキル共重合体は、さっぱりとした瑞々しい使用感のゲルクリームや乳液の製剤化に適した高分子乳化剤として知られる。
加えて、融点が30℃以上の非結晶性高融点油剤;油性成分のゲル化剤;および/またはシリコーン感触改良剤をさらに加えることで、当該組成物の使用感がさらに向上することを見出した。

さらに、本発明の組成物に含まれうる成分(G)の量の範囲の下限値の例として、0.001重量%、0.01重量%、0.1重量%、0.2重量%、0.5重量%、0.7重量%、1重量%が挙げられ、上限値の例として、1重量%、2重量%、2.5重量%、3重量%、5重量%、7重量%、10重量%が挙げられ、当該範囲の好ましい例は該下限値と該上限値の組合せにより示されうる。
さらに、本発明の組成物に含まれうる成分(H)の量の範囲の下限値の例として、0.001重量%、0.01重量%、0.1重量%、0.5重量%、1重量%が挙げられ、上限値の例として、1重量%、2重量%、3重量%、5重量%、7重量%、10重量%、20重量%、25重量%、30重量%が挙げられ、当該範囲の好ましい例は該下限値と該上限値の組合せにより示されうる。
さらに、本発明の組成物に含まれる成分(F)の量の範囲の下限値の例として、20重量%、30重量%、40重量%、50重量%、60重量%、70重量%が挙げられ、上限値の例として、99重量%、95重量%、90重量%が挙げられ、当該範囲の好ましい例は該下限値と該上限値の組合せにより示されうる。
表1に示される組成に従って各成分を混合し、実施例1~6および比較例1~3の皮膚用乳化組成物を作製した。具体的には、表中の成分1~6及び8、9を混合しながら成分7によってpHを調整し、均一に混合してゲルを得た。得られたゲルに成分10を均一に混合し、乳化した。
得られた乳化組成物の粘度、pHを測定し、遠心分離法および60℃加速試験にて安定性を確認した。
pHは、室温25℃において、pHメーター F-52(堀場製作所製)を用いて測定した。
粘度はB型粘度計によって測定した。具体的には、粘度は、室温25℃において、BM型粘度計(東京計器社製)、ローターNo.3、12rpm、60秒で測定した。単位はmPa・sである。また、安定性は遠心分離機によって測定した。具体的には、遠心分離機 himac SCT5BA(日立社製)2000rpm、60秒で遠心し、分離の程度を目視で評価した(×:完全に分離、◎:変化なし)。
対して、それぞれ水溶性高分子である架橋型ポリアクリル酸ナトリウムまたは(PEG-240/デシルテトラデセス-20/HDI)コポリマーを含有する実施例1~6は良好な乳化安定性示した。
表2に示される組成に従って各成分を混合し、実施例7~9および比較例4の皮膚用乳化組成物を作製した。具体的には、表中の成分1~3及び8を混合しながら成分4~7によってpHを調整し、均一に混合してゲルを得た。得られたゲルに成分9を均一に混合し、乳化した。
pHおよび乳化安定性は試験1と同様の方法で行った。加えて、60℃の恒温庫に得られた乳化組成物を静置し、2週間後に色と香りを官能評価にて評価した。
対して、それぞれ有機性アルカリである、トロメタミン、アミノメチルプロパンジオール、またはアルギニンを含有する実施例7~9は良好な乳化安定性示し、変色においては比較例4と比べて同等以上の結果であり、変臭においては比較例4と比べて良好な結果であった。
表3-1に示される組成に従って各成分を混合し、実施例10~13および比較例5~6の皮膚用乳化組成物を作製した。具体的には、表中の成分1~3及び5~7を混合しながら成分4によってpHを調整し、均一に混合してゲルを得た。得られたゲルに成分8~12を混合し、乳化した。
<官能評価評点>
同量の試験組成物(0.1g)を前腕内側部に一定の力で塗り広げ、厚み、コク、べたつきのなさ、瑞々しさについて、比較例5を基準3点として、下記のように評価し、パネラー4名の平均点を算出した。
5:著しく改善した
4:改善した
3:差がない
2:悪化した
1:著しく悪化した
<総合評価>
◎:総合点17以上⇒使用感が改善されている
〇:総合点13以上17未満⇒使用感がやや改善されている
△:総合点10以上13未満⇒使用感の改善効果が見られない
×:総合点10未満⇒使用感が悪化している
結晶性高融点油剤であるセタノールを配合した比較例6では均一な組成物が得られなかった。
表3-2に示される組成に従って各成分を混合し、比較例7、実施例14~15の皮膚用乳化組成物を作製した。得られた皮膚用乳化組成物について、試験例1と同様の方法でpHと粘度を測定し、試験例3-1と同様の方法で使用感を評価した。
表3-3に示される組成に従って各成分を混合し、比較例8、実施例16~17の皮膚用乳化組成物を作製した。得られた皮膚用乳化組成物について、試験例1と同様の方法でpHと粘度を測定し、試験例3-1と同様の方法で使用感を評価した。
配合量は全て製品全量に対する重量%で表している。
Claims (18)
- 成分(A)、成分(B)、成分(E)、および成分(F)を含み、かつ、成分(C)および/または成分(D)を含有し、粘度が10,000mPa・s未満である、O/W型乳化組成物:
成分(A):アデノシンリン酸および/またはその塩;
成分(B):アクリル酸・メタクリル酸アルキル共重合体;
成分(C):膨潤型増粘剤、会合型増粘剤、多糖類およびその誘導体、およびその混合物から選択される水溶性高分子;
成分(D):有機性アルカリであるpH調整剤;
成分(E):油分;
成分(F):水。 - 成分(B)が分子量10万~500万のアクリル酸メタクリル酸アルキル共重合体である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 成分(C)が、
ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム、ポリアクリル酸アンモニウム、ポリアクリル酸アンモニウム、アクリルアミド/アクリル酸ナトリウム共重合体、ビニルピロリドン/2-アクリルアミド-2-メチルプロパンスルホン酸共重合体、ポリアクリル酸アミドとポリアクリル酸ナトリウムの混合物、アクリル酸ナトリウム/2-アクリルアミド-2-メチルプロパンスルホン酸共重合体、アクリル酸ヒドロキシエチル/2-アクリルアミド-2-メチルプロパンスルホン酸共重合体およびその混合物から選択される膨潤型増粘剤;
PEG-240/デシルテトラデセス-20/HDI)コポリマー、(PEG-150/ステアリルアルコール/SMDI)コポリマー、(PEG-150/デシルアルコール/SMDI)コポリマー、ポリウレタン-59、およびその混合物から選択されるウレタン会合型増粘剤;
および
その混合物から選択される水溶性高分子である、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。 - 成分(D)が、トロメタミン、アミノメチルプロパンジオール、アミノメチルプロパノール、アルギニン、およびその混合物から選択される有機性アルカリであるpH調整剤である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 成分(C)を含有し、成分(C)/成分(A)(重量比)が0.01~30である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 成分(C)を含有し、成分(C)/(成分(A)+成分(B))(重量比)が0.005~20である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 成分(C)を含有し、成分(C)/成分(B)(重量比)が0.05~60である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- pHが5.5~7.5である、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 成分(A):アデノシンリン酸および/またはその塩;
成分(B):(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマー;
成分(C):架橋型ポリアクリル酸ナトリウムおよび/または(PEG-240/デシルテトラデセス-20/HDI)コポリマー;
成分(E):油分;および
成分(F):水、
を含有し、粘度が1,500~10,000mPa・sである、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 成分(A):アデノシンリン酸および/またはその塩;
成分(B):(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマー;
成分(D):トロメタミンおよび/またはアルギニン;
成分(E):油分;および
成分(F):水、
を含有し、粘度が1,500~10,000mPa・sであり、かつpHが6~7である、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 成分(A)を0.001~10重量%含有し、
成分(B)を0.05~2重量%含有し、
成分(E)を0.1~50重量%含有する、
請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 成分(C)を0.01~10重量%含有する、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 成分(A):アデノシンリン酸および/またはその塩 0.4~3.5重量%;
成分(B):(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマー 0.2~0.4重量%;
成分(C):架橋型ポリアクリル酸ナトリウムおよび/または(PEG-240/デシルテトラデセス-20/HDI)コポリマー 0.04~0.8重量%;
成分(E):油分 5~8重量%;および
成分(F):水、
を含有し、粘度が1,500~10,000mPa・sである、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 成分(A):アデノシンリン酸および/またはその塩 0.4~3.5重量%;
成分(B):(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマー0.2~0.4重量%;
成分(D):トロメタミン、アミノメチルプロパンジオール、および/またはアルギニン;
成分(E):油分 5~8重量%;および
成分(F):水、
を含有し、粘度が1,500~10,000mPa・sであり、かつpHが6~7である、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 無機性アルカリのpH調整剤を含まないか、あるいは、
無機性アルカリのpH調整剤を含み、かつ無機性アルカリのpH調整剤/成分(D)(重量比)が0.1以下である請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 成分(E)が、
融点が30℃以上の非結晶性トリグリセリド;融点が30℃以上の非結晶性脂肪酸ステロールエステル;ワセリン;およびその混合物から選択される融点が30℃以上の非結晶性高融点油剤;
脂肪酸イヌリン、脂肪酸デキストリン、ポリグリセリン、ジブチルエチルヘキサノイルグルタミド、ジブチルラウロイルグルタミド、ジラウロイルグルタミン酸リシンNa、(ビニルジメチコン/メチコンシルセスキオキサン)クロスポリマー、PEG/PPG-19/19ジメチコン、およびその混合物から選択される油性成分のゲル化剤;
アミノ変性シリコーン、シリコーンワックス、ポリエーテル変性シリコーン、高重合ジメチコン、シリコーンワックス、シリコーンエマルション、シリコーンパウダー、およびその混合物から選択されるシリコーン感触改良剤;および
その混合物
から選択される成分(G)を含み、成分(E)中に成分(G)が0.1~50重量%含有される、請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 成分(G)を0.1~5重量%含有する、請求項1~16のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 成分(H):水溶性保湿剤
をさらに含有する、請求項1~17のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
