Abstract
This invention refers to a topalkanat corner cleaning machine by which burrs that accumulated at vanishing points and on surfaces of PVC profiles after welding process. A topalkanat corner cleaning machine (1), subject matter of the invention consists of; at least a body (2), at least a saw (3) cleaning burrs accumulated during process of welding to profiles, at least a saw engine ( 4) supplying rotation energy with saw (3) during process of cleaning, at least a saw protection lid (5) protecting saw (3) during process of cleaning, at least a plate (6) used in connection process of saw (3) into body (2), at least a carrier (7) moving by meansof a ball screw (9) over the plate ( 4 ), at least a connection plate (8) used in connection process of saw (3) into carrier (7), at least a ball screw (9) moving carrier (7) to which saw (3) was fastened, at least a rest group (10) stably holding profiles during welding process, at least a piston (11) moving rest group ( 10) stably holding the profiles as per profile being held, at least a rest group engine (12) supplying energy with piston (11) moving rest group (10) as per profile being held and at least a carrier engine (13) supplying energy with carrier (7) providing opportunity with saw (3) to move.
Description
A TOPALKANAT CORNER CLEANING MACHINE Technical Field
This invention refers to a topalkanat comer cleaning machine by which burrs that accumulated at vanishing points and on surfaces of PVC profiles after welding process.
Previous Technique to current systems, machines are used for removal of burrs accumulated on surface arid comer sections at PVC profiles after welding process. Such machines are of high scale and their profile resting adjustments are manually made. During utilization of burrs cleaning machines, profile resting adjustments should be manually made and adjustments over each replaced profile should be remade by operator. Therefore, in well-known status of technique, it is needed to a machine by which adjustments on profile resting points could hi automatically made as per the installed PVC profiles and burrs cleaning could be exactly made. in patent document no. TR2012/03385 included with known-status of technique. it is told about a cleaning machine that provides well cleaning of burrs that accumulated on surface and comer sections of PVC profiles.
Brief Description of Invention
This invention refers to a topaikanat comer cleaning system by which profile bolding adjustments that were made for holding PVC profiles stable for cleaning buns that accumulated after welding process by the help of a movable saw shall be automatically made.

" A Topalkanat Comer Cleaning Machine" that was created for achieving intention of this invention was demonstrated iit the enclosed figures, and they consist of

-at least a rest group engine (12) supplying energy with piston (1 1) moving rest group (10) that woe moved as per profile held and

In a topaikanat comer cleaning machine (I ), subject matter of invention, body (2) is holding saw (3) and saw (3) parts which are fastened with itself by connection plate (8). Saw (3) in a topaikanat comer cleaning machine (I k which is subject matter, features a movable structure and cleans burrs occupying over profile surface. In the preferred utilization of this invention, saw (3) moves in triple axis such as forward-backward* upward-downward and right- left. Consequentially, saw (3) by means of movements in triple axis deans bums occupying the surface of FVC profile that was fixed by rest group ( 10),

Saw (3) rotates around itself by means of energy which it (3) received from saw engine (4) ami hence provides cleaning process of burrs over profile. Saw protection lid (S) wraps surround of saw (3) in a form to dose places not contacting with the profile. Carrier (7) by means of energy it received from carrying engine (13) provides movement of saw (3) fastened with itself over ball screw (9) via a connection plate (8). Rest group (10) provides holding process of the fastened profiles in proper angle. Piston (11) moves by means of energy it received from rest group engine ( 12) it was fastened to and moves parts belonging to rest group (10) as per the fastened profile and provides holding process of parts in proper angles. Saw (3) locating opposite of parts belonging to rest group (10) held in proper angle moves by means of energy it received from carrier engine (13 ) and provides cleaning process in higher speed.
Under frame of these basic concepts, it Is possible to progress various practices relevant with "A Topalkanat Comer ('leaning Machine (1)”, subject of this invention, it may not be limited to samples explained here, it is actually as set forth at the claims.
Claims
1. A topalkanat comer cleaning machine comprising at least a body (2)
-at least a Saw (3) cleaning burrs created during welding processes on profiles (3). -at least a saw engine (4) supplying rotation power to saw (3) during process of cleaning .
- at least a saw protection lid (5) protecting saw (3) during process of cleaning»
-at least a plate (6) used in the connection of saw (3 ) to body ( 2)
-at least a carrier (7) moving over plate (4),
-at least a connection plate (8) used in connection of saw (3) to carrier (7),
-at least a ball screw (9) moving carrier (7) to which saw (31 was fastened.
-at least a rest group (10) stably holding profiles during process of welding -comprising at least a piston (1 1 ) moving the rest group ( if)) stably holding profiles as per profile being held
-at least a rest group engine (12) supplying energy with piston (I I ) moving rest group ( 10) that were moved as per profile held and
a topalkanat comer cleaning machine (l) that was characterized with at least a carrier engine supplying energy with carrier (7) which provides opportunity with saw (3) to move.

5. A topalkanat comer cleaning machine (1) as in anyone of the aforementioned claims, which was characterized with saw engine (4) that is rotating saw (3) installed on body (2).
6. A topalkanat corner cleaning machine ( l) as m anyone of the aforementioned claims, which was characterized with protection ltd (5) that is providing opportunity with saw to rotate safe by wrapping it (3).
7. A topalkanat corner cleaning machine (1) as in anyone of the aforementioned claims, which was characterized with protection lid (5) that is closing up its around in a form to enclose spaces which ware not in contact with saw (3).
8. A topalkanat comer cleaning machine (1) as in Claim 6, which was characterized with saw protection lid (5) that was positioned in a form to wrap upper half of Saw (3). which is not in contact with profile.
9. A topalkanat comer cleaning machine (I ) as in anyone of the aforementioned claims, which was characterized with carrier (7) providing movement of saw (3) it was fastened to, saw engine (4) and saw protection lid (5) to right-left hand.
10. A topalkanat comer cleaning machine (1) as in anyone of the aforementioned claims, which was characterized with ball screw (9) providing opportunity with carrier (7) to move over plate (6) by moving within housing located carrier (?) inside.

holding profiles burrs of which shall be cleaned by means of movement supplied by pistons ( 11) over body (2).
12. A topalkanat comer cleaning machine (1) as in Claim 13, which was characterized with rest group (10) providing opportunity to align by moving lower table and rest areas by means of piston (11 ) ami rest group engine ( 12) supplying energy with piston (1 Ϊ ).
13. A topalkanat comer cleaning machine as in anyone of the aforementioned claims, which was characterized with piston (11) creating proper holding angle by moving the rest group ( 10) as per profiles it was fastened to by means of energy received from the rest group engine (12),
14. A topalkanat comer cleaning machine (1 ) as in anyone of the aforementioned claims, which is characterized with a rest group engine (12) that moves parts belonging to rest group (10) by supplying eiiergy with piston (1 1 ) it was fastened to.
15. A topalkanat comer cleaning machine (I ) as in anyone of the aforementioned claims, which was characterized with a rest group engine (12) that is of a DC engine.
16. A topalkanat comer cleaning machine (1 ) as in anyone of the aforementioned claims. Which was characterized with a carrier engine (13) moving earner (7) that is fastened to ball screw (9).
