- 如权利要求9所述的自助缴费终端,其特征在于,在执行所述将所述现金找零对应的金额充值到所述个人电子支付账户上的操作之后,所述处理器还执行以下操作:在本地屏幕上显示余额充值成功的提示信息。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有缴费找零程序,所述缴费找零程序被处理器执行以下操作:在自助缴费时,检测当前是否存在现金找零;当当前存在现金找零时,通过人体生物验证方式或车牌匹配方式,获取当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户;将所述现金找零对应的金额充值到所述个人电子支付账户上,以供所述缴费方以现金形式消费。
- 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,执行所述在自助缴费时,检测当前是否存在现金找零的操作包括:在自助缴费时,接收现金,并累计接收的现金,得到现金总额;判断所述现金总额是否大于所述自助缴费的账单金额;若是,则存在现金找零。
- 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,执行所述当当前存在现金找零时,通过人体生物验证或车牌匹配方式,获取当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户的操作包括:当当前存在现金找零时,识别缴费方的特征参数,并生成识别信息,其中,所述特征参数包括人脸特征或指纹特征;查找数据库中是否存在与所述识别信息匹配的账户或与缴费车牌匹配的账户;当数据库中存在与所述识别信息匹配的账户或与缴费车牌匹配的账户时,得到当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户。
- 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器还执行以下操作:当当前存在现金找零时,生成二维码图形并在本地屏幕上进行显示,以供缴费方基于客户端进行扫码识别,得到扫码用户ID信息;查找数据库中是否存在与所述扫码用户ID信息匹配的账户;当数据库中存在与所述扫码用户ID信息匹配的账户时,得到当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户。
