此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种自助缴费终端,所述自助缴费终端包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的缴费找零程序,所述缴费找零程序被所述处理器执行时实现如上述中任一项所述的自助缴费的找零方法的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有缴费找零程序,所述缴费找零程序被处理器执行时实现如上述中任一项所述的自助缴费的找零方法的步骤。
本发明是在自助缴费时,检测当前是否存在现金找零。当存在现金找零时,就需要将多支付的钱退回给缴费方,从而通过人体生物验证方式或车牌匹配方式,获取当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户,进而将多支付的钱,也就是现金找零对应的金额充值到缴费方的个人电子支付账户上,以供缴费方以现金形式消费,从而实现免现金返还给用户,进而运营方提供的自助缴费终端无需额外安装现金找零模块,降低运营成本,同时无需安排工作人员补充零钱,进而降低人力成本。

参照图1,图1为本发明实施例方案涉及的自助缴费终端运行环境的结构示意图。
本发明实施例自助缴费终端是具有生成缴费账单、接收现金、结算账单、访问网络等功能的设备。
如图1所示,该自助缴费终端可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,通信总线1002、用户接口1003,网络接口1004,存储器1005。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的自助缴费终端的硬件结构并不构成对自助缴费终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种计算机可读存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及计算机程序。其中,操作系统是管理和控制自助缴费终端和软件资源的程序,支持缴费找零程序以及其它软件和/或程序的运行。
在图1所示的自助缴费终端的硬件结构中,网络接口1004主要用于接入网络;用户接口1003主要用于侦测确认指令和编辑指令等。而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的缴费找零程序,并执行以下操作:
在自助缴费时,检测当前是否存在现金找零;
当当前存在现金找零时,通过人体生物验证方式或车牌匹配方式,获取当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户;
将所述现金找零对应的金额充值到所述个人电子支付账户上,以供所述缴费方以现金形式消费。
进一步地,所述自助缴费终端通过处理器1001调用存储器1005中存储的缴费找零程序,以执行下述操作:
在自助缴费时,接收现金,并累计接收的现金,得到现金总额;
判断所述现金总额是否大于所述自助缴费的账单金额;
若是,则存在现金找零。

基于上述自助缴费终端硬件结构,提出本发明自助缴费的找零方法的各个实施例。
参照图2,图2为本发明自助缴费的找零方法一实施例的流程示意图。
本实施例中,自助缴费的找零方法包括:
步骤S10,在自助缴费时,检测当前是否存在现金找零;
本实施例中,自助缴费是指电力、通讯、银行、物业提供的通过网上银行、电话银行、手机银行、ATM、和其他自助设备为本人或他人缴纳各种费用的服务。自助缴费必然存在对应的账单明细,是用户在衣食住行等多个方面的消费账单,如停车费、加油费、水费、电费、超市购物费用、话费等等。自助缴费的方式有很多种,包括现金支付、在线支付和刷卡支付,现金支付是指用户用现金的方式自助缴纳费用,而在线支付是指用户用客户端,如手机,通过第三方支付平台的方式自助缴纳费用。刷卡支付则是将钱已电子形式存储在卡上,比如公交卡等。在线支付支付每一笔与账单上一致的消费金额,使用户真正实现免现金交易,进而避免用户找零的情况,但当用户网上账户余额不足的情况下时,往往选择现金支付。具体地,账单的消费金额都不是如10、50、100的整数,因而就需要将用户多支付的金额退还给用户,也就是找零。进一步地,本发明终端通过移动通信网络等建立通信连接,具体建立方式不限,进而实现与后台服务器、客户端等信息交互的功能,其中,客户端为用户的个人手机、移动电脑等。
步骤S20,当当前存在现金找零时,通过人体生物验证方式或车牌匹配方式,获取当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户;
本实施例中,用户也就是消费者、缴费方,通过自助缴费终端自助缴费,由于支付的金额大于账单上的消费金额,进而存在现金找零。但存在现金找零时,基于预设方式,获取当前正在缴费的缴费方的个人账户。获取个人电子支付账户的方式为预先设置好的方式,方式有多种,比如需要用户输入账户信息或通过拍照进行用户身份识别等,具体根据实际需要进行设置。优选地,通过人体生物验证方式或通过车牌匹配方式获取缴费方的个人电子支付账户。账户是账簿上对各种资金运用、来源、周转过程等设置的分类,而个人账户绑定有个人的身份信息,包括姓名、性别、手机号、身份证号、会员等级等内容。获取当前缴费方的个人账户,也就是获取当前正在缴费的操作方对应的个人账户,而不是其他人的账号。同时需要说明的是,根据对应缴费的平台,获取的是该平台下的账户,比如某一停车平台、第三方支付平台(微信、支付宝)、超市平台或美食平台等。个人电子支付账户也就是用户在支付平台上的属于个人拥有的唯一的电子账户。
步骤S30,将现金找零对应的金额充值到个人账户上,以供缴费方以现金形式消费。
本实施例中,由于目前的现金找零都是直接将多支付的钱以货币的形式返还给用户,比如需要找零2块钱,则退回用户2块钱的硬币;或需要找零10块钱,则退回用户10块钱的纸币;或需要找零13块钱,则退回用户2张五块钱的纸币和3个一块钱的硬币等,导致用户可能存在拿到假钞的情况,而对于运营方则需要安排专人定期补入货币。进一步地,还存在货币不足不及时,导致无法返还用户,而本实施例中,是将对应的找零金额充值到个人账户上,也就是当获取到当前缴费方的个人账户时,将需要找零的钱以充值的方式充值到该账户上,比如获取到超市会员账户,将找零的二十八块五毛充值到该超市会员账户上。当用户在下次超市结算时,用于抵扣消费金额,从而避免拿到假钞或终端货币不足而损害到用户的利益,进而降低运营方投入现金找零设备以及定期补充货币的运营成本和人力成本。
本实施例是在自助缴费时,检测当前是否存在现金找零。当存在现金找零时,就需要将多支付的钱退回给缴费方,从而通过人体生物验证方式或车牌匹配方式,获取当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户,进而将多支付的钱,也就是现金找零对应的金额充值到缴费方的个人电子支付账户上,以供缴费方以现金形式消费,从而实现免现金返还给用户,进而运营方提供的自助缴费终端无需额外安装现金找零模块,降低运营成本,同时无需安排工作人员补充零钱,进而降低人力成本。
参照图3,图3为图2中步骤S10一实施例的细化流程示意图。
基于上述实施例,本实施例中,步骤S10,在自助缴费时,检测当前是否存在现金找零包括:
步骤S11,在自助缴费时,接收现金,并累计接收的现金,得到现金总额;
本实施例中,由于使用在线支付、刷卡支付存在余额不足的情况,因而用户会选择使用现金支付账单,或者有的用户习惯使用现金支付账单。而现金包括纸币和硬币,根据国家标准,对应标准数额。自助缴费终端接收现金,并识别现金金额。当存在多张纸币或多个硬币时,累积计算,得到用户缴纳的现金总额,比如用户投入3张100块钱,现金总额为300。
步骤S12,判断现金总额是否大于自助缴费的账单金额;
步骤S13,若是,则存在现金找零。
本实施例中,判断现金总额是否大于自助缴费的账单金额,也就是判断现金总额与账单金额之差是否大于零。若是,则存在现金找零,也就是用户投入的货币现金缴完账单费用后有剩余,需要将多出来的钱退还给用户。若否,则存在两种情况,一种是账单刚好结清,此时现金总额与账单金额相一致,另一种是账单未结,投入的现金不足以支付,需要用户继续投入现金,此时现金总额比账单金额少。
参照图4,图4为图2中步骤S20一实施例的细化流程示意图。
基于上述实施例,本实施例中,步骤S20,当当前存在现金找零时,通过人体生物验证或车牌匹配方式,获取当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户,包括:
步骤S211,当当前存在现金找零时,识别缴费方的特征参数,并生成识别信息,其中,特征参数包括人脸特征或指纹特征;
在本实施例中,特征参数,是用于表征物质或现象特性的参数信息,包括人体生物特征。人体生物特征可以为用户的人脸特征(如五官、脸型)、虹膜特征、指纹特征等,基于现有技术优选识别缴费方的人脸特征或指纹特征。用户驾驶汽车并在停车场收费处、高速公路收费站等地自助缴纳相关费用时,识别车牌号,而车牌号是标识车辆身份的号牌,对应一位车主。用户在超市、银行、水电管理处等地自助缴纳相关费用时,识别用户的人体生物特征,也就是识别用户的人脸特征,或是识别用户的指纹特征等,用以获取用户本身的身份信息。此处识别特征参数的方式可与传统识别方式一致,如通过拍摄车牌、用户脸部的图像进行识别、通过指纹采集器识别等,具体根据实际情况进行设置。根据识别的特征参数,生成识别信息,用以作为检索的关键字。同理根据识别的车牌号,用以作为检索的关键字。
步骤S212,查找数据库中是否存在与识别信息匹配的账户或与缴费车牌匹配的账户;
本实施例中,数据库存储有大量信息,包括用户注册登记的账户信息、登录信息、更新版本等信息。数据库可以是连接后台服务器的数据库,也可以是本地数据库,支持离线与在线服务。通过识别信息查找数据库中是否存在与之匹配的账户,也就是通过车牌号、人脸特征或指纹特征,获取用户的身份信息,进而检索是否有该用户的个人账户。
步骤S213,当数据库中存在与所述识别信息匹配的账户或与缴费车牌匹配的账户时,得到当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户。
本实施例中,当查找到与识别信息匹配或与缴费车牌匹配的账户时,该账户为对应缴费方的个人电子支付账户。现有的识别技术很成熟,通过识别,即可获取用户身份信息,进而获取个人账户信息,免去用户的手动输入操作,更为智能方便,提高了用户的使用体验。具体地,用户是是消费账单的消费者,也是使用自助缴费终端进行账单缴费的缴费者。
基于上述实施例,本实施例中,获取当前缴费方的个人账户的方式还可以包括:
1、当当前存在现金找零时,在本地屏幕上弹出输入框,以供获取缴费方在输入框中输入的文本信息,其中,文本信息至少包括账号信息、身份证号、手机号中的任一项;
本实施例中,本地屏幕也就是自助缴费终端的显示屏,在检测到存在现金找零时,弹出输入框。在输入框中单击鼠标会出现插入点光标,用户可以直接在输入框中输入文字或文本信息,是获取用户输入数据的一种方式,进而实现与本终端的交互。文本信息至少包括账号信息、身份证号、手机号中的任一项,账号信息、身份证号、手机号是多个数字和/或字母的组合,需要说明的是,用户的账户有对应的账号,是虚拟账户的凭证,而每一个账户还绑定有手机号、身份证号、邮箱等。现有的通过绑定的信息即可获取到对应的账户信息。
2、查找数据库中是否存在账户信息的账户;和/或
查找数据库中是否存在与身份证号或手机号匹配的账户;
3、当存在账户信息的账户或存在与身份证号或手机号匹配的账户时,得到当前缴费方的个人账户。
本实施例中,如果获取的是账号信息,则直接在数据库中检索是否存在有该账号的账户,若有,则用户输入的账号即为用户使用的个人账户。如果获取的是绑定的信息,如身份证号、手机号或邮箱等,则在数据库中,以输入的信息作为关键字进行查找,当查找到有匹配的账户时,该账户即为用户的个人账户。
参照图5,图5为本发明自助缴费的找零方法另一实施例的流程示意图。
基于上述实施例,本实施例中,获取当前缴费方的个人账户的方式还可以包括:
步骤S221,当当前存在现金找零时,生成二维码图形并在本地屏幕上进行显示,以供缴费方基于客户端进行扫码识别,得到扫码用户ID信息;
步骤S222,查找数据库中是否存在与扫码用户ID信息匹配的账户;
步骤S223,当存在与扫码用户ID信息匹配的账户时,得到当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户。
本实施例中,二维码,是近几年来移动设备上超流行的一种编码方式,它比传统的Bar Code条形码能存更多的信息,也能表示更多的数据类型。二维码是用某种特定的几何图形按一定规律在平面(二维方向上)分布的黑白相间的图形记录数据符号信息的,能够实现获取信息(名片、密码、地图等)、跳转网站、推送广告、防伪溯源、会员管理、手机支付等功能。在存在现金找零时,编辑生成二维码图形,并显示在本地屏幕上,也就是显示在本终端的显示屏上,用户通过手机等客户端对二维码进行扫码识别,本终端即可得到扫码用户ID信息,进而在数据库中查找与之匹配的账户信息。当查找到与扫码用户ID信息匹配的账户时,该账户即为缴费方的个人电子支付账户。
需要说明的是,此处生成二维码图形以及扫码得到扫码用户ID信息的方式可与传统二维码方式一致,同时二维码图形的生成优选动态生成,避免盗取或导致得到的扫码用户ID信息有误,而无法顺利获得账户。
进一步可选的,在本发明另一实施例中,当数据库中不存在与当前缴费方相匹配的个人账户时,通过本地屏幕显示提示信息,进而提示缴费方注册个人账户。注册账户可以另外通过客户端下载相关APP进行注册,也可以直接通过本发明终端进行注册。账户有唯一的账号,由阿拉伯数字和/或英文字母组成,是登录平台的通行证,登录后还可以在帐户管理页管理/修改个人信息,包括修改密码、绑定手机、身份认证等。用户有且只有注册有平台的账户,方可将找零金额充入账户中使用。
进一步可选的,在本发明另一实施例中,将现金找零对应的金额充值到个人电子支付账户上,具体为将对应的金额以现金形式发放至个人微信、支付宝或其它电子支付账户上,或是将对应的金额以代金券或红包的形式发放至个人电子支付账户上。微信、支付宝都是较为常用的电子支付账户,同时市面上还有各银行或有资质的第三方支付平台,同样设有电子支付账户。以现金形式发放至缴费方的个人电子支付账户上,以供缴费方在下次消费时使用。例如需要找零22块钱,则将22块钱发放至缴费方的微信账户中。进一步地,代金券可以在购物中抵扣同样等值的现金使用,顾名思义是代替钞票的。同时以代金券或红包的形式发放,能够明显区分用户账户中的余额,避免混淆找零零钱。优选地,个人账户上的虚拟钱包中,有余额、优惠券、红包等,将找零的金额以任一一种形式退回给用户,进而为用户提供多种选择,而用户可以通过登录自己账户进行查看,并在下次付款时,可有选择的使用余额缴费、优惠券抵扣、红包缴费或是任意一种组合缴费。
进一步可选的,在本发明另一实施例中,在将现金找零对应的金额充值到个人电子支付账户后,本地屏幕上显示余额充值成功的提示信息,用以告知缴费方零钱已找清,避免系统出错而充值失败,致使用户毫不知情而损害到用户利益,进而提高支付缴费的透明度,提高用户的使用体验。
进一步可选的,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,在本实施例中提出的计算机可读存储介质上存储有缴费找零程序,包括检测现金找零、获取账号和充值等。存储的缴费找零程序能够被处理器读取、解读并执行,从而实现上述任一找零方法实施例中自助缴费的找零方法的步骤。

    在自助缴费时,检测当前是否存在现金找零;
    当当前存在现金找零时,通过人体生物验证方式或车牌匹配方式,获取当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户;
    将所述现金找零对应的金额充值到所述个人电子支付账户上,以供所述缴费方以现金形式消费。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自助缴费的找零方法,其特征在于,所述在自助缴费时,检测当前是否存在现金找零包括:
    在自助缴费时,接收现金,并累计接收的现金,得到现金总额;
    判断所述现金总额是否大于所述自助缴费的账单金额;
    若是,则存在现金找零。

  9. 一种自助缴费终端,其特征在于,所述自助缴费终端包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的缴费找零程序,所述缴费找零程序被所述处理器执行以下操作:
    在自助缴费时,检测当前是否存在现金找零;
    当当前存在现金找零时,通过人体生物验证方式或车牌匹配方式,获取当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户;
    将所述现金找零对应的金额充值到所述个人电子支付账户上,以供所述缴费方以现金形式消费。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的自助缴费终端,其特征在于,执行所述在自助缴费时,检测当前是否存在现金找零的操作包括:
    在自助缴费时,接收现金,并累计接收的现金,得到现金总额;
    判断所述现金总额是否大于所述自助缴费的账单金额;
    若是,则存在现金找零。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的自助缴费终端,其特征在于,执行所述当当前存在现金找零时,通过人体生物验证或车牌匹配方式,获取当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户的操作包括:
    当当前存在现金找零时,识别缴费方的特征参数,并生成识别信息,其中,所述特征参数包括人脸特征或指纹特征;
    查找数据库中是否存在与所述识别信息匹配的账户或与缴费车牌匹配的账户;
    当数据库中存在与所述识别信息匹配的账户或与缴费车牌匹配的账户时,得到当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的自助缴费终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还执行以下操作:
    当当前存在现金找零时,生成二维码图形并在本地屏幕上进行显示,以供缴费方基于客户端进行扫码识别,得到扫码用户ID信息;
    查找数据库中是否存在与所述扫码用户ID信息匹配的账户;
    当数据库中存在与所述扫码用户ID信息匹配的账户时,得到当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的自助缴费终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还执行以下操作:
    当数据库中不存在匹配的账户时,在本地屏幕上显示提示信息,以供提示缴费方注册个人账户。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的自助缴费终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还执行以下操作:
    当数据库中不存在匹配的账户时,在本地屏幕上显示提示信息,以供提示缴费方注册个人账户。
  15. 如权利要求9所述的自助缴费终端,其特征在于,执行所述将所述现金找零对应的金额充值到所述个人电子支付账户上的操作包括:
    将所述现金找零对应的金额以现金或红包形式发放至所述个人微信、支付宝或其它电子支付账户上。
  16. 如权利要求9所述的自助缴费终端,其特征在于,在执行所述将所述现金找零对应的金额充值到所述个人电子支付账户上的操作之后,所述处理器还执行以下操作:
    在本地屏幕上显示余额充值成功的提示信息。
  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有缴费找零程序,所述缴费找零程序被处理器执行以下操作:
    在自助缴费时,检测当前是否存在现金找零;
    当当前存在现金找零时,通过人体生物验证方式或车牌匹配方式,获取当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户;
    将所述现金找零对应的金额充值到所述个人电子支付账户上,以供所述缴费方以现金形式消费。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,执行所述在自助缴费时,检测当前是否存在现金找零的操作包括:
    在自助缴费时,接收现金,并累计接收的现金,得到现金总额;
    判断所述现金总额是否大于所述自助缴费的账单金额;
    若是,则存在现金找零。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,执行所述当当前存在现金找零时,通过人体生物验证或车牌匹配方式,获取当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户的操作包括:
    当当前存在现金找零时,识别缴费方的特征参数,并生成识别信息,其中,所述特征参数包括人脸特征或指纹特征;
    查找数据库中是否存在与所述识别信息匹配的账户或与缴费车牌匹配的账户;
    当数据库中存在与所述识别信息匹配的账户或与缴费车牌匹配的账户时,得到当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户。
  20. 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器还执行以下操作:
    当当前存在现金找零时,生成二维码图形并在本地屏幕上进行显示,以供缴费方基于客户端进行扫码识别,得到扫码用户ID信息;
    查找数据库中是否存在与所述扫码用户ID信息匹配的账户;
    当数据库中存在与所述扫码用户ID信息匹配的账户时,得到当前缴费方的个人电子支付账户。
