실험예Experimental Example
: 도막의 외관 및 물성 평가: Evaluation of Appearance and Physical Properties of Coating Film
폴리프로필렌 범퍼 위에 수용성 프라이머(건조도막두께: 10-12마이크론)를 도장하여 40에서 4분 동안 건조 후, 수용성 베이스코트(건조도막두께: 10-18마이크론)를 도장하여 80에서 6분 동안 건조하여 상온에서 10분 동안 방치하였다. 그 위에 상기 실시예 및 비교예에서 제조된 도료 조성물(클리어코트)을 각각(건조도막두께: 28~38마이크론) 도장하여 80에서 30분 동안 핫 에어로 경화시켜 최종 도막을 형성하였다.Apply a water-soluble primer (dry film thickness: 10-12 microns) on the polypropylene bumper and dry it for 40 to 4 minutes, apply a water-soluble basecoat (dry film thickness: 10-18 microns) and dry it for 80 to 6 minutes. 30×40cm 틴플레이트에 IWATA 61건(GUN)으로 왕복 2회 도장하여 도장 시 도료 조성물의 무화 정도, 평활성의 정도 및 도막 살오름성을 비교하였다.Two round trips of IWATA 61 guns (GUN) were applied to a 30 × 40 cm tin plate to compare the degree of atomization, the degree of smoothness, and the film swelling property of the coating composition.

상기 표 2에 나타난 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 실시예 1 내지 4의 투명 도료 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 도막은 도장 작업성과 외관이 우수하고, 부착성, 내수성, 고압세차성 및 내후성 등의 내구 물성이 우수한 반면, 비교예 1 내지 2의 투명 도료 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 도막은 내구 물성은 우수하나 도장 작업성 또는 외관이 불량하였다.As shown in Table 2, the coating film prepared using the transparent coating composition of Examples 1 to 4 according to the present invention has excellent coating workability and appearance, and durable properties such as adhesion, water resistance, high pressure car wash, and weather resistance.
