Description

基于设备到设备的通信方法和终端 技术领域
本发明实施例涉及无线通信领域,并且更具体地,涉及一种基于设备到设备(Device to Device,D2D)的通信方法和终端。
背景技术
传统移动通信一般采用基于蜂窝网的通信方式。具体地,在蜂窝网中,当源终端需要向目标终端传输数据时,该源终端首先需要与基站建立连接,然后经由基站将源终端的数据发送至目标终端。
长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)R12版本引入了D2D通信技术,也可以称为终端直连技术。在D2D通信技术中,终端可以利用基站分配的资源,与其它终端直接进行通信。
整个D2D过程大致可分为D2D发现过程和D2D通信过程,其中,在D2D发现过程,D2D终端会去检测其他D2D终端广播的发现信号,从而在近距离范围内检测其他D2D终端的存在,并识别其他D2D终端的身份信息。在D2D通信过程中,D2D终端之间可以近距离进行语音通话或多媒体信息共享等多种形式的数据交换。
LTE的R13版本引入了D2D协作中继通信技术。利用D2D协作中继通信技术,当终端处于无网络覆盖的环境,或终端的网络覆盖较差时,该终端可以将处于网络覆盖中的其他终端作为跳板,接入基站(或接入网络)。作为跳板的终端可以称为中继终端,或中继节点。
在未来无线通信系统中,除了传统意义上的终端,会出现越来越多的其他类型的终端,例如,智能手环、无线电视、智能眼镜、机器人、手表等,这些特殊类型的终端成本较低,可能不具备直接接入基站的功能,常需要通过中继终端接入基站。这些特殊类型的终端可以支持不同的带宽和发射功率。此外,在D2D协作中继通信技术,不同中继终端的状态可能不同,例如,电量或负载达到某一阈值的中继终端可能无法为新的终端提供接入服务。
但是,在现有技术中,终端之间均是按照统一的方式进行D2D发现和D2D通信,无法根据终端的实际情况进行调整,这样的通信方式不够灵活。
发明内容
本申请提供一种基于D2D的通信方法和终端,以提高D2D通信方式的灵活性。
在某些实现方式中,提供一种基于D2D的通信方法,包括:第一终端接收第二终端的发现信号,所述发现信号包括指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示所述第二终端的能力和/或所述第二终端的状态;所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,与所述第二终端进行D2D通信。

应理解,本发明的技术方案可以应用于各种通信系统,例如:全球移动通讯(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)系统、码分多址(Code  Division Multiple Access,CDMA)系统、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)系统、通用分组无线业务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统、先进的长期演进(Advanced long term evolution,LTE-A)系统、通用移动通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System,UMTS)、5G等。
还应理解,在本发明实施例中,终端可以是移动终端,包括但不限于用户设备(User Equipment,UE)、移动台(Mobile Station,MS)、移动电话(Mobile Telephone)、手机(handset)及便携设备(portable equipment)等,该用户设备可以经无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)与一个或多个核心网进行通信,例如,用户设备可以是移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)、具有无线通信功能的计算机等,用户设备还可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置。此外,本发明实施例的终端还是可以除了传统意义上的手持终端之外的其他类型的终端,包括智能手环、无线电视、智能眼镜、机器人、手表等。
本发明实施例中,基站可以是GSM或CDMA中的基站(Base Transceiver Station,BTS),也可以是WCDMA中的基站(NodeB),还可以是LTE中的演进型基站(evolved Node B,eNB或e-NodeB),也可以是5G通信网络中的具有接入功能的接入点,本发明实施例对此并不限定。
由上文可知,而未来无线通信系统中,除了传统意义上的终端,会出现越来越多的其他类型的终端,不同类型的终端的能力或状态可能不同。因此终端在进行D2D通信之前,可以通过一定方式,让其他终端了解自身能力或状态。例如,可以让其他终端了解该终端是否为低成本、低带宽的终端,该终端的最大发射功率、电量、负载,以及该终端是否能够接收数据等,以便其他终端能够采用合适的通信模式与该终端进行D2D通信。
在D2D通信之前,期望发起D2D通信的终端会向周围终端发送发现信号。在一些实施例中,可以在终端的发现信号中携带指示信息,该指示信息可用于指示该终端的能力或状态。
终端的能力例如可以包括以下中的至少一种:终端支持的带宽;终端的发射功率;终端是否可以作为中继终端,将其他终端接入基站;该终端作为中继终端允许其他终端接入的业务的类型,和/或允许其他终端接入的业务的优先级(或概率)等。终端的状态例如可以包括以下中的至少一种:终端的 负载,终端的电量等。
图1是发现信号的协议栈格式的示意图。发现信号的协议栈可以包括ProSe协议层(或称为高层,upper layer),媒体介入控制(Media Access Control,MAC)层,物理层(PHY layer)。ProSe可表示Proximity Service,即邻近服务,ProSe协议层可以包括终端的ProSe标识,终端之间可以通过ProSe标识相互识别,并进行D2D通信。
在一些实施例中,上述指示信息可以位于发现信号的物理层,例如,可以包含在的物理层的下行控制信息(Downlink Control Information,DCI)中。在一个例子中,终端可以通过发现信号物理层的DCI格式中的信息域指示终端的能力或状态。
在一些实施例中,上述指示信息可以位于发现信号的MAC层,例如,可以包含在MAC层的控制元素(Control Element,CE)中。在一个例子中,终端可以通过发现信号的MAC CE中的比特或索引(index)指示终端的能力或状态。
在一些实施例中,上述指示信息可以位于发现信号的ProSe协议层中。在一个例子中,终端可以通过发现信号的ProSe协议层中的信息域指示终端的能力或状态。
本发明实施例对指示信息的指示方式不作具体限定,可以采用直接指示的方式,也可以采用间接指示的方式。在一些实施例中,可以预先将终端的能力或状态分成若干等级,不同的能力等级可以对应终端的不同能力,不同的状态等级可以对应终端的不同状态。指示信息具体包括能力等级信息和/或状态等级信息。通过能力等级或状态等级进行指示的方式可以节省指示信息的开销。
例如,终端的能力可以包括终端支持的带宽,或终端支持的最大带宽。可以预先划分终端的带宽等级,例如,可以将终端的带宽等级分为200kHz、1.4MHz、5MHz等多个档位。
又如,终端的能力可以包括终端支持的发射功率(如最大发射功率、平均发射功率等)。可以预先划分终端的发射功率的等级。例如,可以将终端的发射功率等级分为20dBm、23dBm等档位。
又如,终端的状态可以包括终端的电量。可以预先划分终端的电量的等级。例如,可以将终端的电量等级分为20%、50%、80%等档位。当然,终 端的状态还可以是终端的负载等其他状态,具体的划分原则类似,此处不再赘述。
下面以D2D协作中继通信技术为例,详细描述本发明实施例。
图2是本发明实施例的基于D2D的通信方法的示意性流程图。在图2中,第一终端为中继终端,第二终端希望通过第一终端接入基站。应理解,图2示出的通信步骤或操作仅是示例,本发明实施例还可以执行其它操作或者图2中的各种操作的变形。此外,图2中的各个步骤可以按照与图2呈现的不同的顺序来执行,并且有可能并非要执行图2中的全部操作。

在一些实施例中,当第二终端希望发起D2D通信,或第二终端希望通过其他终端接入基站时,可以广播发现信号。在一个例子中,第二终端可以是没有无线网络覆盖的终端,或者无法直接接入基站的低成本和/或低带宽的终端。
此外,第二终端的发现信号中可以携带指示信息,该指示信息可用于指示第二终端的能力。终端的能力以及指示信息在发现信号中的携带方式在上文由详细描述,为避免重复,此处不再赘述。

收发器510,用于接收第二终端的发现信号,所述发现信号包括指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示所述第二终端的能力和/或所述第二终端的状态;
处理器520,用于根据所述指示信息,通过所述收发器510与所述第二终端进行D2D通信。
本发明实施例基于终端的能力和/或状态进行D2D通信,提高了D2D通 信方式的灵活性。
可选地,作为一个实施例,所述第二终端通过所述第一终端接入基站,所述指示信息用于指示所述第二终端的能力,处理器520具体用于根据所述指示信息,确定与所述第二终端的能力相匹配的通信方式;在所述第二终端通过所述第一终端接入所述基站的过程中,使用所述通信方式与所述第二终端进行D2D通信。
可选地,作为一个实施例,所述指示信息具体用于指示所述第二终端的能力等级,所述第二终端的能力等级为预先设定的多个能力等级之一,所述处理器520具体用于根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的能力等级;根据所述第二终端的能力等级,通过预先设定的终端的能力等级与能力的对应关系,确定所述第二终端的能力;确定与所述第二终端的能力相匹配的通信方式。
可选地,作为一个实施例,所述第二终端的能力包括所述第二终端支持的带宽和所述第二终端的发射功率中的至少一种。
可选地,作为一个实施例,所述第一终端通过所述第二终端接入基站,所述指示信息用于指示所述第二终端的状态,所述通信单元420具体用于根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的状态;根据所述第二终端的状态,确定是否能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站;确定能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站的情况下,所述第一终端与所述第二终端进行D2D通信,接入所述基站。
可选地,作为一个实施例,所述指示信息具体用于指示所述第二终端的状态等级,所述第二终端的状态等级为预先设定的多个状态等级之一,所述处理器520具体用于根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的状态等级;根据所述第二终端的状态等级,通过预先设定的终端的状态等级与状态的对应关系,确定所述第二终端的状态。
可选地,作为一个实施例,所述指示信息具体用于指示所述第二终端是否允许其他终端通过所述第二终端接入所述基站。
可选地,作为一个实施例,所述处理器520具体用于根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端允许其他终端通过所述第二终端接入所述基站的业务类型集合或终端集合;确定所述第一终端的当前业务的业务类型是否属于所述业务类型集合或所述第一终端是否属于所述终端集合;在所述当前业务的业 务类型属于所述业务类型集合,或所述第一终端属于所述终端集合的情况下,确定能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站;在所述当前业务的业务类型不属于所述业务类型集合,或所述第一终端不属于所述终端集合的情况下,确定无法通过所述第二终端接入所述基站。
可选地,作为一个实施例,所述处理器520具体用于根据所述指示信息,确定所述第一终端的当前业务或所述第一终端的终端类别的接入概率;生成随机数,并计算所述随机数的概率;在所述随机数的概率满足所述接入概率的情况下,确定能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站;在所述随机数的概率不满足所述接入概率的情况下,确定无法通过所述第二终端接入所述基站。
可选地,作为一个实施例,所述第二终端的状态包括所述第二终端的电量或负载,所述处理器520具体用于根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的电量或负载;在所述第二终端的电量或负载大于预设的电量阈值或负载阈值的情况下,确定能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站;在所述第二终端的电量或负载小于所述电量阈值或所述负载阈值的情况下,确定无法通过所述第二终端接入所述基站。
可选地,作为一个实施例,所述指示信息包含在所述发现信号的物理层的下行控制信息DCI中。
可选地,作为一个实施例,所述指示信息包含在所述发现信号的媒体介入控制控制元素MAC CE中。
可选地,作为一个实施例,所述指示信息包含在所述发现信号的ProSe协议层中。

所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种基于设备到设备D2D的通信方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一终端接收第二终端的发现信号,所述发现信号包括指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示所述第二终端的能力和/或所述第二终端的状态;
    所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,与所述第二终端进行D2D通信。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端通过所述第一终端接入基站,所述指示信息用于指示所述第二终端的能力,
    所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,与所述第二终端进行D2D通信,包括:
    所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,确定与所述第二终端的能力相匹配的通信方式;
    在所述第二终端通过所述第一终端接入所述基站的过程中,所述第一终端使用所述通信方式与所述第二终端进行D2D通信。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指示信息具体用于指示所述第二终端的能力等级,所述第二终端的能力等级为预先设定的多个能力等级之一,
    所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,确定与所述第二终端的能力相匹配的通信方式,包括:
    所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的能力等级;
    所述第一终端根据所述第二终端的能力等级,通过预先设定的终端的能力等级与能力的对应关系,确定所述第二终端的能力;
    所述第一终端确定与所述第二终端的能力相匹配的通信方式。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端的能力包括所述第二终端支持的带宽和所述第二终端的发射功率中的至少一种。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端通过所述第二终端接入基站,所述指示信息用于指示所述第二终端的状态,
    所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,与所述第二终端进行D2D通信,包括:
    所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的状态;
    所述第一终端根据所述第二终端的状态,确定是否能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站;
    在所述第一终端确定能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站的情况下,所述第一终端与所述第二终端进行D2D通信,接入所述基站。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指示信息具体用于指示所述第二终端的状态等级,所述第二终端的状态等级为预先设定的多个状态等级之一,
    所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的状态,包括:
    所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的状态等级;
    所述第一终端根据所述第二终端的状态等级,通过预先设定的终端的状态等级与状态的对应关系,确定所述第二终端的状态。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指示信息具体用于指示所述第二终端是否允许其他终端通过所述第二终端接入所述基站。
  8. 如权利要求5-7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的状态,包括:
    所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端允许其他终端通过所述第二终端接入所述基站的业务类型集合或终端集合;
    所述第一终端根据所述第二终端的状态,确定是否能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站,包括:
    所述第一终端确定所述第一终端的当前业务的业务类型是否属于所述业务类型集合或所述第一终端是否属于所述终端集合;
    在所述当前业务的业务类型属于所述业务类型集合,或所述第一终端属于所述终端集合的情况下,所述第一终端确定能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站;
    在所述当前业务的业务类型不属于所述业务类型集合,或所述第一终端不属于所述终端集合的情况下,所述第一终端确定无法通过所述第二终端接入所述基站。
  9. 如权利要求5-7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的状态,包括:
    所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,确定所述第一终端的当前业务或所述第一终端的终端类别的接入概率;
    所述第一终端根据所述第二终端的状态,确定是否能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站,包括:
    所述第一终端生成随机数,并计算所述随机数的概率;
    在所述随机数的概率满足所述接入概率的情况下,所述第一终端确定能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站;
    在所述随机数的概率不满足所述接入概率的情况下,所述第一终端确定无法通过所述第二终端接入所述基站。
  10. 如权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端的状态包括所述第二终端的电量或负载,
    所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的状态,包括:
    所述第一终端根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的电量或负载;
    所述第一终端根据所述第二终端的状态,确定是否能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站,包括:
    在所述第二终端的电量或负载大于预设的电量阈值或负载阈值的情况下,所述第一终端确定能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站;
    在所述第二终端的电量或负载小于所述电量阈值或所述负载阈值的情况下,所述第一终端确定无法通过所述第二终端接入所述基站。
  11. 如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指示信息包含在所述发现信号的物理层的下行控制信息DCI中。
  12. 如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指示信息包含在所述发现信号的媒体介入控制控制元素MAC CE中。
  13. 如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指示信息包含在所述发现信号的ProSe协议层中。
  14. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端为基于设备对设备D2D通信的第一终端,所述第一终端包括:
    接收单元,用于接收第二终端的发现信号,所述发现信号包括指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示所述第二终端的能力和/或所述第二终端的状态;
    通信单元,用于根据所述指示信息,与所述第二终端进行D2D通信。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第二终端通过所述第一终端接入基站,所述指示信息用于指示所述第二终端的能力,所述通信单元具体用于根据所述指示信息,确定与所述第二终端的能力相匹配的通信方式;在所述第二终端通过所述第一终端接入所述基站的过程中,使用所述通信方式与所述第二终端进行D2D通信。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的终端,其特征在于,所述指示信息具体用于指示所述第二终端的能力等级,所述第二终端的能力等级为预先设定的多个能力等级之一,所述通信单元具体用于根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的能力等级;根据所述第二终端的能力等级,通过预先设定的终端的能力等级与能力的对应关系,确定所述第二终端的能力;确定与所述第二终端的能力相匹配的通信方式。
  17. 如权利要求15或16所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第二终端的能力包括所述第二终端支持的带宽和所述第二终端的发射功率中的至少一种。
  18. 如权利要求14所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一终端通过所述第二终端接入基站,所述指示信息用于指示所述第二终端的状态,所述通信单元具体用于根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的状态;根据所述第二终端的状态,确定是否能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站;确定能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站的情况下,所述第一终端与所述第二终端进行D2D通信,接入所述基站。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的终端,其特征在于,所述指示信息具体用于指示所述第二终端的状态等级,所述第二终端的状态等级为预先设定的多个状态等级之一,所述通信单元具体用于根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的状态等级;根据所述第二终端的状态等级,通过预先设定的终端的状态等级与状态的对应关系,确定所述第二终端的状态。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的终端,其特征在于,所述指示信息具体用于指示所述第二终端是否允许其他终端通过所述第二终端接入所述基站。
  21. 如权利要求18-20中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述通信单元具体用于根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端允许其他终端通过所述第二终端接入所述基站的业务类型集合或终端集合;确定所述第一终端的当前业务的业务类型是否属于所述业务类型集合或所述第一终端是否属于所述终端集合;在所述当前业务的业务类型属于所述业务类型集合,或所述第一终端属于所述终端集合的情况下,确定能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站;在所述当前业务的业务类型不属于所述业务类型集合,或所述第一终端不属于所述终端集合的情况下,确定无法通过所述第二终端接入所述基站。
  22. 如权利要求18-20中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述通信单元具体用于根据所述指示信息,确定所述第一终端的当前业务或所述第一终 端的终端类别的接入概率;生成随机数,并计算所述随机数的概率;在所述随机数的概率满足所述接入概率的情况下,确定能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站;在所述随机数的概率不满足所述接入概率的情况下,确定无法通过所述第二终端接入所述基站。
  23. 如权利要求18或19所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第二终端的状态包括所述第二终端的电量或负载,所述通信单元具体用于根据所述指示信息,确定所述第二终端的电量或负载;在所述第二终端的电量或负载大于预设的电量阈值或负载阈值的情况下,确定能够通过所述第二终端接入所述基站;在所述第二终端的电量或负载小于所述电量阈值或所述负载阈值的情况下,确定无法通过所述第二终端接入所述基站。
  24. 如权利要求14-23中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述指示信息包含在所述发现信号的物理层的下行控制信息DCI中。
  25. 如权利要求14-23中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述指示信息包含在所述发现信号的媒体介入控制控制元素MAC CE中。
  26. 如权利要求14-23中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述指示信息包含在所述发现信号的ProSe协议层中。
