前記装着方向と直交する幅方向において、前記カセットカバーを前記側面カバーに対して位置決めする第2の位置決め部と、
を備えることを特徴とする給紙カセット。 - 前記第1の位置決め部は、
前記カセットベースの被装着面と、前記カセット収納部において前記被装着面に対向する装着面のいずれか一方に設けられる凸部と、
前記カセット収納部の装着面と前記カセットベースの被装着面のいずれか他方に形成され、前記凸部が嵌合する凹部と、を有し、
前記第2の位置決め部は、
前記カセットカバーの前記幅方向における両端部から、前記装着方向の下流側に延設された弾性変形可能な一対の側板端部と、
前記一対の側面カバーの前記装着方向上流側端部から、前記一対の側板端部の内側に延設されたガイド部と、
を有し、
前記カセットベースが前記カセット収容部に装着された際に、前記カセットカバーの前記側板端部が弾性変形しながら前記側面カバーの前記ガイド部に案内されて、前記装着方向において互いに対向する前記側面カバーの端部と前記カセットカバーの端部との間に段差がなくなるように、前記カセットカバーと前記側面カバーとが位置決めされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の給紙カセット。 - 前記カセットベースの前記装着方向上流側に設けられた前端部と、前記カセットカバーの前記前端部に対向する面から前記前端部に向けて突設された庇部と、のいずれか一方には係合部が設けられ、前記前端部と前記庇部とのいずれか他方には、前記係合部を前記幅方向にのみスライド可能に係合する被係合部が設けられ、前記係合部と前記被係合部との係合によって、前記カセットカバーが前記カセットベースに対して前記装着方向において位置決めされると共に前記幅方向にスライド可能に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の給紙カセット。
