Definitions
- a utility model relates to the arrangement of packages used to place dough products in them, which can be either semi-finished products requiring subsequent heat treatment or a ready-to-eat product.
- the purpose of the proposed design of a disposable packaging is to use it in full or partial extraction of the packaged product, which allows you to squeeze this product out in portions while simultaneously forming portions, for example, for subsequent heat treatment of the semi-finished product or for subsequent consumption of the finished product placed in this package. At the same time, it is possible to take out the semi-finished product in portions for subsequent heat treatment, for example, for frying cutlets in a pan, or for baking buns in the oven. Also, the purpose of the package can be to conveniently remove the finished product from it, for example, to form portions, and / or to extract the product with the simultaneous formation of a figured roller when decorating dishes, for example, mayonnaise, cream, paste.
- the packaging is made in the form of a tube
- the packaging in the patent BED430121 from 09/10/1938, the packaging is made in the form of a small bag for spices. In both designs, they cannot be used to extrude a pasty product.
- the invention is known “Set of nozzles with interchangeable tip and cap for a dosing bag”, patent RU2397125, 08/08/2004 US 10 / 886,896, published on 08/20/2010, IPC B65D5 / 74, B65D35 / 44, the proposed nozzles allow you to cut and shape the product, however they are intended for use on a dosing confectionery bag.
- the problem of packaging, storage and convenient use of packaging for a pasty product having a high viscosity has not been solved.
- the invention is known "Packaging device with a device for quick preparation for intermediate storage", patent RU2386576, published April 20, 2010, IPC B65D65 / 26, in which the packaged product is placed in a container with a functional element to be opened, having areas for complete covering or surrounding the product and a component of plastically deformed sheet material with a thickness ranging from 2.5 ⁇ m to 1 mm.
- the device allows for easy opening and closing of already opened packaging for intermediate storage of a product or goods.
- This is not the task of disposable packaging.
- the proposed device does not solve the problem of increasing the functionality of the packaging and ease of use of the packaged product in its preparation in the case of pasty products. And also does not provide the possibility of dosed use of the contents of the package and the possibility of forming a pasty product when it is extruded from the package.
- the packaging To expand the functionality of the packaging, it is necessary to create a packaging design that would allow you to place a thick - pasty product in it, for example, pancake dough, minced meat or vegetable, minced meat for cheesecakes, pastry for biscuits, muffins, pancakes, fruit puree or other pastry products.
- a packaging design that would allow you to place a thick - pasty product in it, for example, pancake dough, minced meat or vegetable, minced meat for cheesecakes, pastry for biscuits, muffins, pancakes, fruit puree or other pastry products.
- the packaging should ensure the extrusion of this product in batches. For example, ready-made minced meat (for cutlets or cheesecakes) can be squeezed directly into the pan, forming the patties (cheesecakes) of the required shape.
- the hostess is spared from operations that would require additional dishes or additional mixing and molding of the semi-finished product.
- the same operation can be performed with less viscous semi-finished products, such as pancake or biscuit dough.
- it is not molding that is required, but, first of all, the dosage of the extruded product.
- the product is packaged ready for use without additional heat treatment, for example, cream for cake or mayonnaise, paste, but which should be placed on a plate in the form of original figures, then with the help of the proposed packaging you can form curly rollers, creating the decoration of the dish from them. It is also very convenient for the hostess, as no need to transfer the product, for example, in a confectionery bag.
- the claimed technical result is achieved due to the fact that one-time packaging for pasty products is used, made in the form of a bag of flexible material, equipped with a closing element and fastening elements made of a material whose density is higher than the density of the material of the bag.
- the bag is made of high-strength sheet plastic deformable material with a thickness of at least 2.5 ⁇ m
- the bag material is made with the possibility of welding or gluing to the mating surfaces of the fastening elements and the bag forms a container with a neck for removing the packaged product on the neck of the bag a fastening element is placed, provided with a closing element on the outside, and the closing element is made in the form of a sleeve with a cover or a membrane.
- the opening of the neck can be made with a diameter of 15 to 30 mm.
- the closing element may be provided with a thread on the outer surface onto which, if necessary, metering nozzles of various shapes or a dough-shaped product cut-off are wound.
- a bag can be made seamless using the technology of producing hollow products from plastic materials with subsequent welding of fasteners to the neck of the bag or from a sheet sleeve with welded or glued walls of the sleeve on one side and with the possibility of crimping them with the fastening element on the other hand.
- the package can be made of a polyethylene food film forming a conical cavity for a packaged product due to two flat expanding parts, which are connected at the seams by welding or gluing, and the neck of the cone is compressed by a fastening element fixed by welding or gluing.
- the manufacturing technology of the package depends on the thickness and viscosity of the product, which, when extruded, can create significant force on the walls and seams of the package and fasteners.
- the fastener can be made of hard plastic and also has a conical shape or it can be equipped with a cone, while the cone of the fastener in a particular case can be made at least 50 mm high.
- a closing element On the fastening element from the outside, a closing element can be placed, which is connected to the fastening element by a threaded connection, or the fastening element is made integrally with the closing element;
- the fastening element will be provided with a thread on the outer surface onto which, if necessary, metering nozzles of various shapes or a dough-shaped product cut-off are wound and closed with a breakthrough membrane on top.
- a small diameter breakthrough inlet valve can be provided in the side of the fastener (so that a doughy product does not leak through it) for air to pass through.
- FIG. 1 - shows a longitudinal section of a package with a seamless bag made of plastic materials with a welded fastening element to the neck of the bag and a welded cylindrical closing element with a lid or membrane that opens upon first access to the product; cover
- FIG. 2 is a top view of the package of FIG. one
- FIG. 3 A side view of a package with a bag of thin-sheet hoses with fastened by welding or gluing with the bottom wall of the sleeve on one side and the neck of the bag compressed on the other side with a welded fastener with a cylindrical closure element welded to it with a lid or membrane that is opened upon first access to the product; a lid;
- FIG. 4 is a view from the other side of the package of FIG. 3, which shows the bottom weld at the bottom of the package;
- FIG. 5 - shows a cross section of a variant of the fastening element, made in a single unit with a closing element, on the cylindrical part of which is placed thread for screwing the metering nozzle and a cut of the metering nozzle itself;
- FIG. 6 - shows a view of the fastener made in a single unit with the closing element, on the cylindrical part of which there is a thread for screwing the metering nozzle, the metering nozzle is not shown, the upper part of the fastener is closed with a membrane that opens upon first access to the product; a lid;
- Packaging is arranged as follows.
- the bag (1) is filled with a dough-like product, and a fastener (3) is welded or glued to the neck (2) of the bag.
- the bag has a neck (4) with a conical part, the height of the cone depends on the viscosity and density of the product in the package so that when squeezed onto the walls of the package, a pressure is created that will not lead to rupture of the package.
- the thickness of the material of the bag should not be less than 2.5 microns, the optimal thickness of the bag, for example, for minced meat is 50 microns.
- the neck is also made wide, with a hole diameter of at least 15 mm and can reach up to 30 mm or more.
- the closure element (5) is welded onto the fastening element in the form of a sleeve with a cover or a membrane (6).
- a fastening element (5) can be placed on the fastening element (3), on the outside of which there is a thread, which, if necessary, is screwed up with a dosing nozzle (7).
- the dosage nozzle can be wound directly on the fastener (3) if it is made in one piece with the closing element (5) and is equipped with its own membrane or cover (6).
- the bag is made using the technology for producing closed (hollow) products from plastic materials, then it can be made, for example, on a petal machine, as indicated in TU RTI 560-57. If the bag is made as a hollow product with an open cavity, then it can be made according to the technology described in the literature, for example, see Technology of rubber products, Averko-Antonovich Yu.O., Ed. Chemistry, 1991
- the package may be a flat package, cut out of a plastic food wrap, then cut out two parts and solder them around the perimeter with the neck at the top, and then crimp the fastener, which is then welded.
- the package can be made from a sheet sleeve, then it is cut into cylindrical parts, welded from below, and the fastener is soldered from above.
- the proposed package allows, after opening, to squeeze out a dough-like product placed portionwise in it, only because the squeezed mass can be simultaneously formed on the frying surface in the form of cutlets, pancakes and the like. Portions will be formed by pressing and releasing the package due to its elasticity, as well as due to the fact that a cut-off element is carried out along the upper cut of the closing element (5) with a lid or membrane (6).
- a simple knife can be used as a cutting element, or it can be placed on the thread of the closing element instead of the dosing nozzle (7).
- a clipping element is not shown.
- the dosage pad (7) is screwed onto the closing element (5) and used to form a continuous roller that decorates the dish.
- a check valve (8) is made on the fastening element (3) in its upper cylindrical part, which allows air to enter the package, ensuring the absence of "gurgling". This check valve is closed from the inside and can be opened from the outside.
