Abstract

A wearable device communicates with a telemetry system. One or more sensors are coupled to the user wearable device of a user that has a unique user ID. The one or more sensors acquire user information selected from of at least one of, a user's activities, behaviors, habit information and health related information. The wearable device includes: a memory; a memory controller; one or more processing units (CPU's); a peripherals interface; a Network Systems circuitry; and an input/output (I/O) subsystem.

WHAT IS CLAIMED:
1 . (Currently Amended) A wearable device that communicates with a telemetry system, comprising:
one or more sensors coupled to a user wearable device of a user that has a unique user ID, the one or more sensors acquiring user information selected from of at least one of, a user's activities, behaviors, habit information and health related information, the user wearable device made of a silicone rubber composition with the sensors positioned in an interior of the wearable device made of the silicone rubber composition;
a memory;
a memory controller;
one or more processing units (CPU's);
a peripherals interface;
a Network Systems circuitry;
an input/output (I/O) subsystem.
2. (Original) The wearable device of claim 1 , further comprising:
a display.
3. (Original) The device of claim 1 , wherein the user wearable device is configured to be in communication with a telemetry system, the telemetry system having a database that includes base individual information selected from at least one of, individual physiological information, information that is indicative of the individual's activities, data indicative of one or more contextual parameters of the individual and information regarding a degree to which an individual has followed a routine.
4. (Original) The device of claim 3, wherein the routine includes at least one of individual, nutrition, activity level, mind centering, sleep, daily activities and exercise.
5. (Original) The device of claim 3, further comprising:
one or more analysis tools at the telemetry system.
6. (Original) The device of claim 5, further comprising:
AMENDED SHEET (ARTICLE 19) a feedback system or subsystem at the telemetry system that provides feedback to user wearable device.
7. (Original) The device of claim 5, wherein the one or more analysis tools in operation compares the individual information from the user wearable device to the base individual information in a database.
8. (Original) The device of claim 7, wherein the base individual information includes threshold values.
9. (Original) The device of claim 8, the one or more analysis tools in operation compares the individual information from the user wearable device with one or more sensors to the threshold values.
10. (Original) The device of claim 8, further comprising:
an alert.
1 1 . (Original) The device of claim 9, wherein the alert is activated when an individual information exceeds a threshold value. 2. (Original) The device of claim 10, wherein the alert is activated only when the individual is awake.
13. (Original) The device of claim 9, wherein the alert is an audio or visual alert.
14. (Original) The device of claim 13, wherein the monitoring system includes at least one of a display and an audio device.
15. (Original) The device of either claim 6, wherein the feedback is in graphical form.
16. (Original) The device of claim 6, wherein the feedback system or subsystem in operation generates one or more web pages containing feedback.
17. (Original) The device of claim 3, further comprising:
AMENDED SHEET (ARTICLE 19) analysis elements at the telemetry system that in operation analyze telemetry data related to the user data based on at least one of a user's, activities, behaviors, habit information, user condition and user parameter.
18. (Original) The device of claim 1 , further comprising:
the user wearable device including a wireless user interface with one or more input selection elements, the one or more input selection elements being accessible by the user to control at least a portion of one or more controllable devices housed in a building or structure. one or more controllable systems or devices at the building, at least a first portion of the one or more controllable systems or devices have an interface with a receiver in communication with the user wearable device that enables the user wearable device to communicate with the receiver, the first portion of the one or more controllable systems or devices are directly controllable by the user wearable device and operable to make a change to a setting of that system or device at the building.
19. (Original) The device of claim 1 , further comprising:
an alarm at the user wearable device that in operation only provides an alert to the user when the user is in a wake-state
20. (Original) The device of claim 1 , wherein the user wearable device is in communication with:
a rectifier coupled to an antenna, the antenna configured to receive a wireless power signal, the rectifier configured to convert the wireless power signal to a direct current input signal;
a direct current-to-direct current converter configured to generate a direct current output signal based in part on the direct current input signal and a pulse-width modulation signal;
a pulse modulator configured to adjust an alternating current impedance of the wireless power receiver by modifying, based in part on the direct current input signal, a duty cycle of the pulse-width modulation signal to the direct current-to-direct current converter
21 . (Original) The device of claim 1 , further comprising:
a multi-protocol wireless controller at the user wearable device that in operation characterizes available networks to determine current network information, the wireless controller coupled to one or more wireless interfaces; and
AMENDED SHEET (ARTICLE 19) a wireless connectivity assistant at the user wearable device to select one of the available networks based on the current network information and at least one of user preferences, application requirements and system information.
22. (Original) The device of claim 3, wherein the telemetry system receives exercise-related information directly or indirectly from the user wearable device that indicates an amount or type of exercise performed by the user.
23. (Original) The device of claim 1 , further comprising:
an activity manager at the user wearable device or a telemetry system, the activity manager used for managing lifestyle activities of the user.
24. (Original) The device of claim 1 , wherein the user wearable device is in communication with:
a transmit antenna that in operation produces a wireless field;
an amplifier coupled to the transmit antenna;
a load sensing circuit coupled to the amplifier;
a controller coupled to the load sensing circuit; and
a communication interface that in operation receives information about wearable device when the load sensing circuit indicates the user wearable device is within the wireless field, the indication created using at least a change in power consumption.
25. (Original) The device of claim 1 , further comprising:
one or more analysis tools at a telemetry system that in operation analyze the user information received from the user wireless device and creates life activity data.
26. (Original) The device of claim 1 , further comprising:
one or more analysis tools at a telemetry system that in operation analyzes user information received from the user wireless device and produces analysis information that is sent to the user wearable device.
27. (Original) The device of claim 1 , further comprising:
an activity manager at the user wearable device or a telemetry system that associates one or more contexts of user information received from the user wireless device; and
AMENDED SHEET (ARTICLE 19) a feedback control system or subsystem at the user wearable device or the telemetry system that provides a feedback signal or alert to the user.
28. (Original) The device of claim 1 , further comprising:
an activity manager at the user wearable device or a telemetry system, the activity manager in operation providing information analysis of information received from the user wearable device, the information selected from at least one of, user physiological information, information that is indicative of the user's activities, data indicative of one or more contextual parameters of the user and monitoring a degree to which a user has followed a routine.

(Original) The device of claim 1 , wherein a telemetry system or the user wearable device has a database that includes base user information selected from at least one of, user physiological information, information that is indicative of the user's activities, data indicative of one or more contextual parameters of the user and information regarding a degree to which an user has followed a routine.

(Original) The device of claim 1 , wherein a telemetry system or the user wearable device has a database that includes user goals selected from at least one of, user physiological information, information that is indicative of the user's activities, data indicative of one or more contextual parameters of the user and information regarding a degree to which an user has followed a routine.
31 . (Original) The device of claim 1 , wherein a telemetry system or user wearable device in communication with and sends a notification to an emergency response team or system when a monitored parameter is of a certain value.
32. (Original) The device of claim 1 , further comprising:
a device for determining a user's melanin level at a place where the user wearable device is positioned on the user, wherein the user's melanin level is used with monitoring or measuring information relative to the user.
33. (Original) The device of claim 1 , wherein a telemetry system compares received sensor information from the user wearable device, performs a comparison, and determine a user profile stored in a database.

(Original) The device of claim 1 , wherein a user wearable device user identifier of a user wearable device user is assigned to the user wearable device user before or after the user wearable device user receives the user wearable device or wherein in response to a user wearable device user receiving a user wearable device, a telemetry system detects the user wearable device and the user wearable device user creates a user wearable device user account or signs into an existing user wearable device user account for the telemetry system or a user wearable device user identifier of the user wearable device is assigned to the user wearable device user before or after the user wearable device user receives the user wearable device, or a user wearable device user creates a user wearable device user account or signs into an existing user account for a telemetry system.
35. (Original) The device of claim 1 , further comprising:
a power receiving device.
