Claims (9)
- 휴대단말기의 배면에 결합되어 지면에 대하여 휴대단말기를 경사지게 지지하는 휴대단말기용 거치대에 있어서,외력에 의해 전개상태 또는 절곡상태로 탄성변형되어 그 형상을 유지하는 판스프링과;상기 판스프링을 휴대단말기의 배면에 결합시키는 결합부재를 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 판스프링은 절곡상태에서의 높이(h1)가 전개상태에서의 높이(h2)보다 커 절곡상태로 휴대단말기를 지면에 대하여 경사지게 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 거치대.
- 청구항1에 있어서,상기 판스프링은 전개상태에서 상기 판스프링을 누르는 외력에 의해 절곡상태로 변환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 거치대.
- 청구항2에 있어서,상기 판스프링은 전개상태에서 길이방향(X축방향)으로 길게 형성되고 폭방향(Y축방향)으로 좁게 형성된 막대형상으로 이루어지되,상기 판스프링은 전개상태에서 X축방향에서 보았을 때 상기 휴대단말기의 반대방향인 상기 판스프링의 두께방향(Z축방향)으로 원호형상으로 볼록하게 휘어진 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 거치대.
- 청구항3에 있어서,상기 판스프링은 외력에 의해 양단이 전개된 막대형상의 전개상태를 이루거나 양단이 휴대단말기의 반대방향으로 원호형상으로 휘어진 절곡상태를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 거치대.
- 청구항4에 있어서,상기 결합부재는,상기 판스프링을 감싸고 양측에 날개부가 돌출 형성된 외피부재와;상기 날개부를 상기 휴대단말기의 배면에 결합시키는 접착부재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 거치대.
- 청구항4에 있어서,상기 결합부재는,상기 판스프링을 감싸는 외피부재와;상기 외피부재를 덮는 커버부재와;상기 커버부재를 상기 휴대단말기의 배면에 결합시키는 접착부재로 이루어지되,상기 커버부재는, 상기 판스프링의 양측에 배치되어 상기 접착부재가 결합되는 날개부와, 상기 날개부를 상호 연결하면서 상기 외피부재의 상면에 배치되는 연결부로 이루어지며,상기 연결부에는 결합공이 형성되고, 상기 외피부재에는 상기 결합공에 삽입되는 결합돌기가 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 거치대.
- 청구항1 내지 청구항6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 휴대단말기를 감싸는 보호케이스를 더 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 결합부재는 상기 판스프링을 상기 보호케이스의 배면에 결합시켜, 상기 보호케이스를 통해 상기 판스프링을 휴대단말기의 배면에 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 거치대.
- 청구항4에 있어서,상기 휴대단말기를 감싸는 보호케이스를 더 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 결합부재는 상기 판스프링을 감싸고 양측에 날개부가 돌출 형성되되,상기 보호케이스에는 상기 날개부가 삽입되어 결합되는 삽입고정공이 형성되어, 상기 보호케이스를 통해 상기 판스프링을 휴대단말기의 배면에 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 거치대.
- 청구항8에 있어서,상기 보호케이스의 배면에는 상기 판스프링이 삽입 배치되는 안착홈이 형성되고,상기 안착홈의 양측에는 상기 삽입고정공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 거치대.
