其中, 所述第一终端为固话终端; 所述第二终端为移动终端。 其中, 所述关联呼叫模块具体包括- 第三接收模块,设置为接收所述第二终端发送的对所述呼叫请求的第二响应信息; 透传模块, 设置为将所述第二响应信息透传给主叫终端; 第四接收模块,设置为接收所述主叫终端在收到所述第二终端的第二响应信息后, 发送的更新媒体请求; 媒体协商模块, 设置为根据所述更新媒体请求, 协助第二终端所在核心网对应的 媒体服务器与主叫终端进行媒体协商。 其中, 所述媒体协商模块具体包括: 第二发送模块, 设置为发送所述更新媒体请求并携带主叫媒体给第二终端; 第五接收模块, 设置为接收第二终端对所述更新请求的第三响应信息, 其中携带 所述媒体服务器的媒体信息; 通话进展消息发送模块, 设置为根据所述第三响应信息, 生成一通话进展消息发 送给主叫终端, 所述通话进展消息中携带所述媒体服务器的媒体信息。 根据本发明的再一方面, 本发明实施例还提供了一种应用服务器, 包括上述任意 一项所述的一号双机关联呼叫装置。 本发明实施例中, 应用服务器对第一响应信息进行判断, 所述第一响应信息满足 关联呼叫条件时, 关联所述主叫终端的呼叫请求到所述一号双机终端中的第二终端。 本发明实施例实现了一号双机关联呼叫, 进一步地, 应用服务器根据所述主叫终端与 所述一号双机终端中的第二终端是关联呼叫的, 协助主叫终端和所述第二终端所在核 心网对应的媒体服务器完成媒体协商, 不需要核心网支持上报带规范原因值的 183消 息, 就能够可以准确迅速的知道被叫终端的状态。 附图说明 图 1为本发明实施例中一种一号双机信令发送流程图; 图 2为本发明实施例中另一种一号双机信令发送流程图;
图 3为本发明实施例中网元结构示意图; 图 4为本发明实施例中一号双机关联呼叫方法的流程示意图; 图 5为本发明实施例实现方式的流程示意图; 图 6为本发明实施例中关联呼叫的信令发送流程示意图; 以及 图 7为本发明实施例中一号双机关联呼叫装置的结构示意图。 具体实施方式 在对本发明实施例进行进一步解释说明之前, 先对本发明涉及的网元功能做如下 说明, 如图 3所示:
1.用户终端 (UE) 用户发起呼叫、接听呼叫以及做其他呼叫操作的装置,如 C网或 G网手机、 PSTN 终端、 IMS终端等。
2.应用服务器 (AS) 提供底层业务能力, 如: 呼叫控制, 状态上报, 话单生成等功能。
3. MRS媒体服务器 (Media Resource Server) 提供语音媒体能力, 一般为媒体服务器(Media Server, MS), 如在被叫空闲时给 主叫方用户播放回铃音等。 具体网元使用的协议如下:
1. AS同 MRS或 UE之间为呼叫通话的媒体协商, AS与 UE通过核心网使用 SIP 协议互通, AS同 MRS之间通常使用 SIP协议或 MGCP协议,具体决定于 MRS支持 的协议类型。
2. UE同 MRS之间为媒体流的传送, UE与 MRS具体媒体包的编解码格式, 收发 端口, 带宽传输速率等, 根据呼叫时, 终端同 MRS 之间的媒体协商的结果进行媒体 流的传送。
在本发明实施例中, 提供了一种一号双机关联呼叫方法, 用于应用服务器, 如图 4所示, 包括: 步骤 41, 接收主叫终端发送的请求呼叫一号双机终端的呼叫请求; 步骤 42, 向所述一号双机终端发送所述呼叫请求; 步骤 43, 接收所述一号双机终端中的第一终端发送的对所述呼叫请求的第一响应 信息; 步骤 44, 判断所述第一响应信息是否满足关联呼叫条件; 步骤 45, 在所述判断结果指示所述第一响应信息满足关联呼叫条件时, 关联所述 主叫终端的呼叫请求到所述一号双机终端中的第二终端。 所述应用服务器向一号双机终端同时发送主叫终端的呼叫请求, 会首先收到所述 第一终端发送的对所述呼叫请求的第一响应信息, 在所述第一响应信息满足关联呼叫 条件时, 直接关联所述主叫终端的呼叫请求到所述一号双机终端中的第二终端, 即相 当于主叫直接呼叫第二终端。 进一步地, 所述应用服务器在关联所述主叫终端的呼叫 请求到所述第二终端后, 会协助所述主叫终端和第二终端所在核心网对应的媒体服务 器完成媒体协商, 根据媒体协商的结果进行媒体流传送。 本发明实施例能够实现一号 双机关联呼叫, 进一步地, 不需要核心网支持上报带规范原因值的 183消息, 就能够 可以准确迅速的知道被叫终端的状态。 举例说明如下:
<例子 1> 一号双机中的第一终端为 A, 第二终端为 B, 主叫终端 C呼叫该一号双机终端, 应用服务器将主叫终端 C的呼叫请求同时发送给终端 A和 B,收到了第一终端 A发送 的对呼叫请求的第一响应信息,此时,要判断该第一响应信息是否符合关联呼叫条件, 如果符合, 应用服务器就会直接关联主叫终端 C的呼叫请求到第二终端 B。 在协助主叫终端 C和第二终端 B完成媒体协商后,根据媒体协商的结果进行媒体 流传送, 假如第二终端 B订制了彩铃、 呼叫进展提示等业务, 主叫终端 C就能够通过 接收到的业务提示, 准确迅速的知道第二终端 B的状态。 上述一号双机关联呼叫方法中, 所述关联呼叫条件具体包括:
所述第一响应信息为非挂机的呼叫失败事件; 和 所述应用服务器未收到所述一号双机终端返回的空闲事件。 上述一号双机关联呼叫方法中, 优选地, 还包括: 向所述第一终端发送确认收到第一响应信息的确认信息。 所述应用服务器在关联主叫终端的呼叫请求到所述第二终端后, 向所述第一终端 发送确认信息, 此时由主叫终端向第一终端的呼叫链路就不再存在了, 同样相当于主 叫终端直接拨打第二终端, 因此, 可以准确迅速的知道被叫终端的状态。 上述一号双机关联呼叫方法中, 所述第一终端为固话终端; 所述第二终端为移动 终端。 由于固话对呼叫请求的响应回复较快, 应用服务器会最先收到第一终端, 即固话 终端的第一响应信息; 同时固话在"忙"时会立即回 486消息, 应用服务器不会将此消 息当作空闲或其他指令, 而做出错误判断, 因此, 第一终端, 优选地, 为固话终端; 第二终端, 优选地, 为移动终端。 上述一号双机关联呼叫方法中, 所述步骤 45具体包括: 步骤 451, 接收所述第二终端发送的对所述呼叫请求的第二响应信息; 步骤 452, 将所述第二响应信息透传给主叫终端; 步骤 453, 接收所述主叫终端在收到所述第二终端的第二响应信息后, 发送的更 新媒体请求; 步骤 454, 根据所述更新媒体请求, 协助第二终端所在核心网对应的媒体服务器 与主叫终端进行媒体协商。 第二终端为移动终端回复响应信息比较慢, 在断开与第一终端的链路后, 接收到 第二终端发送的对所述呼叫请求的第二响应信息, 此时应用服务器直接透传第二响应 信息给主叫终端, 同时会发送一个更新媒体请求到第二终端, 协助第二终端所在核心 网对应的媒体服务器与主叫终端进行媒体协商,根据媒体协商的结果进行媒体流传送。 其中, 步骤 454具体包括: 发送所述更新请求给第二终端;
接收第二终端对所述更新请求的第三响应信息, 其中携带所述媒体服务器的媒体 信息; 根据所述第三响应信息, 生成一通话进展消息发送给主叫终端, 所述通话进展消 息中携带所述媒体服务器的媒体信息。 下面结合实际对上述方法进行整体说明。
<例子 2> 如图 5所示, 为一号双机终端双"忙"时, 实现主叫终端与第二终端关联呼叫, 进 一步地, 获知第二终端状态的信令交互过程。 步骤 501,主叫终端 C向应用服务器 AS发送 INVITE请求,请求的号码为一号双 机终端, 其中的第一终端为 A, 第二终端为 B, 呼叫请求中携带主叫终端 C的媒体信 息, 方向为 sendrecvo 步骤 502, 应用服务器 AS向第一终端 A发送 INVITE请求, 携带主叫终端 C的 媒体信息, 方向为 sendonly。 步骤 503, 应用服务器 AS向第二终端 B发送 INVITE请求, 携带主叫终端 C的 媒体信息, 方向为 sendonly。 步骤 504,第一终端 A向应用服务器 AS返回 INVITE的 486忙响应。并且把第二 终端 B与主叫终端 C关联起来。 步骤 505, 应用服务器 AS向第一终端 A发送 ACK确认信息, 不携带媒体信息。 自此呼叫第一终端 A的链路已经不存在了。 步骤 506, 第二终端 B向应用服务器 AS返回 INVITE的 183+sdp响应, 携带 MS 的媒体信息, 方向为 sendrecv。 步骤 507, 应用服务器 AS向主叫终端 C发送透传 183消息, 不携带媒体信息。 步骤 508, 应用服务器 AS向第二终端 B发送 Update请求, 携带主叫终端 C的媒 体信息, 方向为 sendrecvo 步骤 509, 第二终端 B向应用服务器 AS返回 Update的 200ok+sdp响应, 携带
MS的媒体信息, 方向为 sendrecv。
步骤 510, 应用服务器 AS向 C发送 183+sdp消息, 携带 MS的媒体信息, 方向为 sendrecvo此时主叫终端 C与 MS的媒体协商已经完成, MS给主叫终端 C放被叫忙的 提示音。 此时, 关联呼叫的目的已经达到, 进一步地, 不需要核心网支持上报带规范 原因值的 183消息, 就能够可以准确迅速的知道被叫终端的状态为"忙"。 步骤 511, 主叫终端 C听到提示音, 立即挂断电话。主叫终端 C向应用服务器 AS 发送 CANCEL消息, 不携带媒体。 步骤 512, 应用服务器 AS向第二终端 B发送 CANCEL消息, 不携带媒体。 步骤 513, 应用服务器 AS向主叫终端 C发送 CANCEL的 200OK响应, 不携带 媒体信息。 步骤 514, 第二终端 B向应用服务器 AS发送 CANCEL的 200OK响应, 不携带 媒体信息。 步骤 515,应用服务器 AS向主叫终端 C发送 INVITE请求的最终响应: 487 Request Cancelled, 不携带媒体。 步骤 516,第二终端 B向应用服务器 AS发送 INVITE请求的最终响应: 487 Request Cancelled, 不携带媒体。 步骤 517, 主叫终端 C向应用服务器 AS发送 ACK, 对 487的响应。 步骤 518, 应用服务器 AS向第二终端 B发送 ACK, 对 487的响应, 整个呼叫全 部结束。 上例中的信令流程按步骤实现, 如图 6所示。 步骤 1, 用户 A是业务用户, 他绑定的主号码是第一终端固话 A, 辅号码是第二 终端小灵通 (或者) 手机 B, 用户 C是任一用户, 拨打主号码 A, 此时 A、 B都正处 于通话中; 步骤 2, 第一终端 A回响应信息, 即 486消息, 应用服务器 AS判断当前的呼叫 信息, 判断结果指示收到的响应信息为非挂机的呼叫失败事件, 且应用服务器 AS没 有收到空闲 180事件, 此时 AS立即将主叫 C和第二终端 B关联起来; 步骤 3, 第二终端 B回 183+sdp事件, AS根据 C和 B已经是关联呼叫和已有的 信令, 将 183不带媒体的消息透传给主叫 C;
步骤 4, AS根据是关联呼叫, 会协助 B、 C完成媒体协商; 步骤 5, 第二终端 B所在的核心网侧, 给主叫号码 C放被叫号码"忙"的提示音; 步骤 6, 主叫号码 C听到被叫"忙"的提示音, 主动挂机。 本发明实施例还提供了一种一号双机关联呼叫装置, 用于应用服务器, 如图 7所 示, 包括: 第一接收模块, 设置为接收主叫终端发送的呼叫一号双机终端的呼叫请求; 第一发送模块, 设置为向所述一号双机终端发送所述呼叫请求; 第二接收模块, 设置为接收所述一号双机终端中的第一终端发送的对所述呼叫请 求的第一响应信息; 判断模块, 设置为判断所述第一响应信息是否满足关联呼叫条件; 关联呼叫模块, 设置为在所述判断结果指示所述第一响应信息满足关联呼叫条件 时, 关联所述主叫终端的呼叫请求到所述一号双机终端中的第二终端。 其中, 所述关联呼叫条件具体包括: 所述第一响应信息为非挂机的呼叫失败事件; 和 所述应用服务器未收到所述一号双机终端返回的空闲事件。 其中, 所述的一号双机关联呼叫装置还包括: 确认信息发送模块, 设置为向所述第一终端发送确认收到第一响应信息的确认信 息。 其中, 所述第一终端为固话终端; 所述第二终端为移动终端。 其中, 所述关联呼叫模块具体包括: 第三接收模块,设置为接收所述第二终端发送的对所述呼叫请求的第二响应信息; 透传模块, 设置为将所述第二响应信息透传给主叫终端; 第四接收模块,设置为接收所述主叫终端在收到所述第二终端的第二响应信息后, 发送的更新媒体请求;
媒体协商模块, 设置为根据所述更新请求, 协助第二终端与主叫终端进行媒体协 商。 其中, 所述媒体协商模块具体包括: 第二发送模块, 设置为发送所述更新媒体请求并携带主叫媒体给第二终端; 第五接收模块, 设置为接收第二终端对所述更新媒体请求的第三响应信息, 其中 携带所述媒体服务器的媒体信息; 通话进展消息发送模块, 设置为根据所述第三响应信息, 生成一通话进展消息发 送给主叫终端, 所述通话进展消息中携带所述媒体服务器的媒体信息。 本发明实施例还提供了一种应用服务器, 包括上述任意一项所述的一号双机关联 呼叫装置。 以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人 员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润 饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims
1. 一种一号双机关联呼叫方法, 用于应用服务器, 该方法包括:
接收主叫终端发送的呼叫一号双机终端的呼叫请求;
向所述一号双机终端发送所述呼叫请求;
接收所述一号双机终端中的第一终端发送的对所述呼叫请求的第一响应信 息;
判断所述第一响应信息是否满足关联呼叫条件;
在所述判断结果指示所述第一响应信息满足关联呼叫条件时, 关联所述主 叫终端的呼叫请求到所述一号双机终端中的第二终端。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的一号双机关联呼叫方法, 其中, 所述关联呼叫条件包括: 所述第一响应信息为非挂机的呼叫失败事件; 和
所述应用服务器未收到所述一号双机终端返回的空闲事件。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的一号双机关联呼叫方法, 其中, 还包括:
向所述第一终端发送确认收到第一响应信息的确认信息。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的一号双机关联呼叫方法,其中,所述第一终端为固话终端; 所述第二终端为移动终端。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的一号双机关联呼叫方法, 其中, 关联所述主叫终端的呼叫 请求到所述一号双机终端中的第二终端为:
接收所述第二终端发送的对所述呼叫请求的第二响应信息;
将所述第二响应信息透传给主叫终端;
接收所述主叫终端在收到所述第二终端的第二响应信息后, 发送的更新媒 体请求;
根据所述更新媒体请求, 协助第二终端所在核心网对应的媒体服务器与主 叫终端进行媒体协商。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的一号双机关联呼叫方法, 其中, 根据所述更新媒体请求, 协助第二终端所在核心网对应的媒体服务器与主叫终端进行媒体协商为:
发送所述更新媒体请求并携带主叫媒体给第二终端;
接收第二终端对所述更新媒体请求的第三响应信息, 其中携带所述媒体服 务器的媒体信息;
根据所述第三响应信息, 生成一通话进展消息发送给主叫终端, 所述通话 进展消息中携带所述媒体服务器的媒体信息。
7. 一种一号双机关联呼叫装置, 用于应用服务器, 该装置包括:
第一接收模块,设置为接收主叫终端发送的呼叫一号双机终端的呼叫请求; 第一发送模块, 设置为向所述一号双机终端发送所述呼叫请求; 第二接收模块, 设置为接收所述一号双机终端中的第一终端发送的对所述 呼叫请求的第一响应信息;
判断模块, 设置为判断所述第一响应信息是否满足关联呼叫条件; 关联呼叫模块, 设置为在所述判断结果指示所述第一响应信息满足关联呼 叫条件时, 关联所述主叫终端的呼叫请求到所述一号双机终端中的第二终端。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的一号双机关联呼叫装置, 其中, 所述关联呼叫条件包括: 所述第一响应信息为非挂机的呼叫失败事件; 和
所述应用服务器未收到所述一号双机终端返回的空闲事件。
9. 如权利要求 7所述的一号双机关联呼叫装置, 其中, 该装置还包括: 确认信息发送模块, 设置为向所述第一终端发送确认收到第一响应信息的 确认信息。
10. 如权利要求 7所述的一号双机关联呼叫装置,其中,所述第一终端为固话终端; 所述第二终端为移动终端。
11. 如权利要求 7所述的一号双机关联呼叫装置, 其中, 所述关联呼叫模块包括: 第三接收模块, 设置为接收所述第二终端发送的对所述呼叫请求的第二响 应信息;
透传模块, 设置为将所述第二响应信息透传给主叫终端;
第四接收模块, 设置为接收所述主叫终端在收到所述第二终端的第二响应 信息后, 发送的更新媒体请求;
媒体协商模块, 设置为根据所述更新媒体请求, 协助第二终端所在核心网 对应的媒体服务器与主叫终端进行媒体协商。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的一号双机关联呼叫装置, 其中, 所述媒体协商模块包括: 第二发送模块,设置为发送所述更新媒体请求并携带主叫媒体给第二终端; 第五接收模块, 设置为接收第二终端对所述更新请求的第三响应信息, 其 中携带所述媒体服务器的媒体信息;
通话进展消息发送模块, 设置为根据所述第三响应信息, 生成一通话进展 消息发送给主叫终端, 所述通话进展消息中携带所述媒体服务器的媒体信息。
13. 一种应用服务器,包括权利要求 7至 12任意一项所述的一号双机关联呼叫装置。
