清分捆扎一体机及其妙票堆叠及整理模块
本申请要求于 2011 年 12 月 16 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201110424787.0、 发明名称为 "清分捆扎一体机及其妙票堆叠及整理模块"的 中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种金融设备及其堆状薄片类介质的压紧机构 ,尤其涉及一种 清分捆扎一体机及其妙票堆叠及整理模块。
背景技术
随着科技的发展和进步,在一些现金处理量比较大的企业原先落后的手工 清点、 分百、 捆扎、 包装等环节正逐渐被各类先进的自动化处理系统所取代。 目前的清分捆扎一体机即可完成上述的清点、 分百、 捆扎等动作。 设备在对分 百妙票进行捆扎之前, 必须先将堆叠整齐的妙票压紧, 然后在压紧的状态下将 妙票输送到捆扎模块进行捆扎。
对于常见的堆状薄片类介质压紧机构,通常是沿着薄片类介质的厚度方向 建立一个直线压紧机构。这种直线压紧机构在布局上大多比较占用空间, 无法 完全隐藏到其他功能子模块之内,在多个功能模块共同作用的区域会影响其他 功能模块的工作, 实现起来比较困难。
因此提供一种在布局上节约空间的薄片类介质压紧机构非常必要。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种在布局上节约空间、不妨碍其他功能模块 工作的妙票堆叠及整理模块,以及具有该妙票堆叠及整理模块的清分捆扎一体 机。
该妙票堆叠及整理模块包括一妙票整理子模块,一妙票堆叠子模块以及一 妙票压紧及输送子模块, 其特征在于, 该妙票压紧及输送子模块包括: 一压紧 机构, 该压紧机构包括一承接板、 一固定在该承接板上的支架、 一凸轮、 一压 紧杆以及一压紧弹簧, 该凸轮通过一第一转动轴可转动地安装在该支架上, 该 压紧杆包括一压紧端、一传动端以及该压紧端与传动端之间的一铰接部, 该压 紧杆的该铰接部通过一第二转动轴铰接在该支架上,该凸轮与该压紧杆的该传 动端配合且可驱动该压紧杆绕该第二转动轴在一译放位置和一压紧位置之间 转动 ,该压紧弹簧一端固定在该支架上 ,另一端连接在该压紧杆的该压紧端上, 用以给该压紧杆施加一压紧妙票的弹力; 一压紧机构垂直往复运动机构, 其包 括一滑块和一导杆, 该滑块套接在该导杆上, 可沿该导杆上下运动, 该承接板 与该滑块固定连接, 可随该滑块沿该导杆上下运动; 以及一妙票水平输送车, 其包括一承接面以及一压妙臂,用以承接及夹取堆叠压紧后的妙票并水平输送 给妙票捆扎模块。
优选的, 该凸轮具有一非连续性的轮廓, 该轮廓依次包括一第一圓弧、 与 该第一圓弧相切的一渐开线、与该渐开线相切的一第二圓弧和一第三圓弧, 其 中该渐开线的基圓圓心为该第一转动轴的轴心,该第三圓弧的圓心与该渐开线 的基圓圓心重合。该第三圓弧的圓心与该渐开线的基圓圓心重合的作用是,压 紧杆到达译放位置,也就是驱动压紧杆的电机停止转动时,压紧杆可以停留在 该译放位置上。
优选的, 该压紧杆的该传动端设置有一滚轮, 该滚轮与该凸轮接触。
优选的, 该压紧弹簧为一扭簧, 该扭簧套接在该第二转动轴上, 该扭簧的 一端抵在该支架上, 另一端抵在该压紧杆的压紧端上。
优选的, 该压紧杆的压紧端用于压紧妙票的部分为一小平板, 平板底部稍 稍凹进去, 用于粘贴一摩擦力系数大于该压紧杆的材料。这样可增加压紧杆与 妙票之间的摩擦力, 可以更好的压紧妙票而不松动或移位。
优选的, 支架上设置有一行程约束槽, 该压紧杆的传动端设置一凸起, 该 凸起伸入该行程约束槽中,该行程约束槽的两端头分别将该压紧杆固定在该释 放位置或该压紧位置。
优选的, 该妙票压紧及输送子模块还包括一传感器, 该传感器包括一传感 挡板和一传感器本体, 该传感器本体为一光学 U型传感器或对射传感器, 该 传感器本体固定连接在该支架或承接板上,该传感挡板固定连接在该压紧杆的 该传动端上, 可随该压紧杆转动而移动,从而可选择地遮挡该传感器本体的光 路。
优选的, 该水平输送车位于该承接板的下方, 该承接板具有至少一缺口, 该缺口与该妙票水平输送车的该压妙臂位置对应,该承接板随该滑块沿该导杆 向下运动至一最低位置时, 该压妙臂穿过该缺口, 该承接板与该妙票水平输送 车的承接面对接。
优选的, 该压紧机构还包括安装在支架上的一电机、 一传动齿轮组、 一皮 带轮以及一传动皮带, 该传动皮带一端套接在该皮带轮上, 另一端套接在该第 一转动轴上, 该电机的动力依次经由该传动齿轮组、该皮带轮以及该传动皮带 传递给该凸轮。
本发明还提供一种具有上述任意一种妙票堆叠及整理模块的清分捆扎一 体机, 该清分捆扎一体机还包括一妙票拾取及分离模块、 一妙票识别模块、 一 妙票传输模块和一妙票捆扎模块。
由于巧妙地采用凸轮通过一定角度旋转的方式实现压紧杆对妙票的压紧 功能,从而不需要在堆叠的妙票厚度方向上方设置直线压紧机构, 因此能节约 空间, 有利于缩小设备体积。 附图说明

为进一步阐述本发明, 以下结合图示介绍本发明的具体实施例。
图 1 所示为本发明一较佳实施例提供的清分捆扎一体机各部分组成及妙 票 10的运行路径, 该清分捆扎一体机包括妙票拾取及分离模块 1 , 妙票识别 模块 2, 妙票传输模块 3 , 妙票堆叠及整理模块 4和妙票捆扎模块 5。 各功能 模块的主要作用是: 妙票拾取及分离模块 1将堆状待清分的妙票 10—张张拾 取并彼此分离开来送入清分捆扎一体机内部;妙票识别模块 2对一张张送入的 妙票从面值、 面向和真伪等方面进行鉴别, 同时对妙票厚度进行测算; 妙票传 输模块 3对妙票的其他属性如宽度、斜度及间距进行判断, 同时根据妙票识别 模块 2给出的结果将伪妙和属性不合格妙票送入回收区, 而将真妙和属性合格 妙票根据币种、 面额或新旧分别传送至各妙票堆叠区; 妙票堆叠及整理模块 4 先将传送过来的妙票 10进行堆叠和整理, 然后将 100张堆叠整齐的妙票 10 压紧并押送至捆扎区; 妙票捆扎模块 5将采用捆扎带将妙票 10进行捆扎并送 至出口。
其中妙票堆叠及整理模块 4如图 2所示, 包括妙票堆叠过程中从妙票 10 的长度和宽度两个方向进行限定和整理妙票整理子模块 41 , 妙票从传输通道 进入叠妙区进行堆叠的妙票堆叠子模块 42, 以及待妙票堆叠整理完成之后, 将妙票压紧并竖直向下输送的妙票压紧及输送子模块 43。
以下详细介绍妙票压紧及输送子模块 43。 结合图 3、 图 4和图 9, 该妙票 压紧及输送子模块 43包括压紧机构、 压紧机构垂直往复运动机构以及一妙票 水平输送车 51。其中该压紧机构包括一 L型的承接板 431、一固定在该承接板 431上的支架 432、 一凸轮 433、 一压紧杆 434 以及一压紧弹簧 436。 该凸轮 433通过一第一转动轴 4331可转动地安装在该支架 432上。 该压紧杆 434包 括一压紧端 4342、一传动端 4343以及该压紧端 4342与传动端 4343之间的一 铰接部 4345 , 该压紧杆 434的该铰接部 4345通过一第二转动轴 4341铰接在 该支架 432上。 该凸轮 433与该压紧杆 434的该传动端 4343配合且可驱动该 压紧杆 434绕该第二转动轴 4341在一译放位置和一压紧位置之间转动, 具体 的, 本实施例中, 该压紧杆 434的该传动端 4343设置有一滚轮 435 , 该滚轮 435与该凸轮 433接触,通过凸轮 433转动而带动该滚轮 435转动,该滚轮 435 再带动该压紧杆 434转动。该压紧弹簧 436—端固定在该支架 432上, 另一端 连接在该压紧杆 434的该压紧端 4342上, 用以给该压紧杆 434施加一压紧妙 票的弹力。 该压紧机构垂直往复运动机构包括一滑块 4313和一导杆 4314, 该 滑块 4313套接在该导杆 4314上, 可沿该导杆 4314上下运动, 该承接板 431 与该滑块 4313固定连接, 可随该滑块 4313沿该导杆 4314上下运动。 该妙票 水平输送车 51 包括一承接面 512以及一压妙臂 511 , 用以承接并夹取堆叠压 紧后的妙票并水平输送给妙票捆扎模块。 具体的, 该水平输送车 51位于该承 接板 431的偏下方, 该承接板 431具有至少一缺口 4315 , 该缺口 4315与该妙 票水平输送车 51的该压妙臂 511位置对应,该承接板 431随该滑块 4313沿该 导杆 4314向下运动至一妙票输送位置时, 该压妙臂 511穿过该缺口 4315 , 该 承接板 431与该妙票水平输送车 51的承接面 511对接,实现妙票 10的顺利承 接和夹取。
如图 5和图 6所示, 该压紧机构还包括传感器组件和凸轮驱动组件。该凸 轮驱动组件包括安装在支架 432上的一电机 430、一传动齿轮组 4310、一皮带 轮 4311以及一传动皮带 4312,该传动皮带 4312—端套接在该皮带轮 4311上, 另一端套接在该第一转动轴 4331上, 该电机 430的动力依次经由该传动齿轮 组 4310、 该皮带轮 4311以及该传动皮带 4312传递给该凸轮 433。 当然, 本实 施例中这样设置, 是考虑到给妙票堆叠子模块 42的零部件留出足够空间。 实 际运用时, 也可将电机 430 动力直接通过齿轮传动或同步带传动传递给凸轮 433。 该传感器组件包括一传感挡板 437和一传感器本体 438 ,该传感器本体 438 为一光学 U型传感器或对射传感器,该传感器本体 438固定连接在该支架 432 或承接板 431 上, 本实施例中该传感器本体 438是固定安装在该承接板 431 上, 该传感挡板 437固定连接在该压紧杆 434的该传动端 4342上, 可随该压 紧杆 434转动而移动,从而可选择地遮挡该传感器本体 438的光路,也就是说, 本实施例中利用传感器来辅助控制电机的转动或不转动, 来实现压紧杆 434 在译放位置和压紧位置之间的转换。本实施例中, 该压紧杆 434位于压紧位置 时, 该传感器挡板 437没有遮挡该传感器本体 438的光路, 随着该压紧杆 434 转动到译放位置,该传感挡板 437转动到遮挡该传感器本体 438的光路的位置, 控制电机 430停止转动。
如图 7所示, 本实施例中, 该凸轮 433具有一非连续性的轮廓, 该轮廓依 次包括一第一圓弧 a、 与该第一圓弧 a相切的一渐开线13、 与该渐开线 b相切 的一第二圓弧 c和一第三圓弧 d,第三圓弧 d与该第一圓弧 a之间为一突变段。 该凸轮 433与该压紧杆 434的传动端 4342配合, 在本实施例中是与设置在该 传动端 4342的一滚轮 435接触, 也就是说, 在工作过程中, 滚轮 435是沿着 该凸轮 433的轮廓转动。 电机 430控制凸轮 433顺时针转动, 当凸轮的第一圓 弧 a接触该滚轮 435时, 也就是凸轮的半径最小处接触该滚轮 435时, 该压紧 杆 434位于压紧位置, 随着该凸轮 433继续顺时针转动, 凸轮 433与滚轮 435 接触的轮廓半径越来越大, 因此给予该滚轮一驱动力,使得滚轮 435逆时针转 动, 也就是带动该压紧杆 434逆时针转动, 其压紧端 4342向上翘起, 压紧杆 434逐渐到达译放位置, 压紧杆 434到达稳定的译放位置时, 也就是凸轮 433 的第三圓弧 d段与该滚轮 435接触,也就是凸轮 433的轮廓的最大半径处与该 滚轮 435接触。 这时, 如上面已经提到的, 传感挡板 437转动到遮挡该传感器 本体 438的光路的位置, 电机 430停止转动, 压紧杆 434停留在译放位置, 等 待妙票堆叠子模块 42和妙票整理子模块 41整理和堆叠妙票,等 100张妙票整 理堆叠完毕,再控制电机 310继续顺时针转动, 该凸轮 433也就继续顺时针转 动, 此时, 滚轮 435与凸轮 433的接触部位从第三圓弧 d跳变到第一圓弧 a, 压紧杆 434则在压紧弹簧 436的作用下回位到压紧位置,让压紧杆 434起到压 紧妙票的作用。 完成压紧妙票的动作, 随着凸轮 433继续顺时针旋转, 带动滚 轮 435逆时针旋转,使得压紧杆 434又转动到译放位置,压紧机构如此循环地 工作。
需要特别说明的是,该渐开线 b的基圓圓心为该第一转动轴 4331的轴心, 该第三圓弧 d的圓心与该渐开线 b的基圓圓心重合。这样,压紧杆 434到达译 放位置,也就是驱动压紧杆 434的电机 430停止转动时,压紧杆 434可以停留 在该释放位置上。
当然,可选择的,如图 10所示,可以在支架 432上设置一行程约束槽 4321 , 该压紧杆 434的传动端设置一凸起伸入该行程约束槽 4321中, 这样该压紧杆 434绕该第二转轴 4341转动时, 其转动行程就被限制在该行程约束槽 4321所 限定的范围内, 也就是说, 该行程约束槽 4321 的两端头分别将该压紧杆 434 固定在该译放位置或该压紧位置, 而不会绕第二转轴 4341转动过度。
如图 5所示, 优选的, 该压紧杆 434的压紧端 4342用于压紧妙票的部分 4346 为一小平板, 平板底部稍稍凹进去, 用于粘贴一摩擦力系数大于该压紧 杆的材料, 类似 EVA泡棉, 用于增加压紧杆 434与妙票 10之间的摩擦力, 可 以更好的压紧妙票而不松动或移位。
另外, 本实施例中, 该压紧弹簧 436为一扭簧, 该扭簧套接在该第二转动 轴 4341上, 该扭簧 436的一端 4氏在该支架 432上, 另一端 4氏在该压紧杆 434 的压紧端 4342上。 但本发明不限于采用扭簧, 其他形式的弹簧, 只要能给予 该压紧杆 434的压紧端 4342提供一个压力即可。
以下结合图 8a— 8d介绍该妙票堆叠及整理模块的工作过程。
如图 8a, 妙票压紧及输送子模块 43中的凸轮 433顺时针转动, 带动压紧 杆 434到达上极限位置,也就是译放位置,压紧杆 434可隐藏于妙票堆叠子模 块 42之中,此时妙票方可进入妙票堆叠子模块 42进行堆叠, 堆叠的同时妙票 整理子模块 41从妙票的长度和宽度方向进行整理。
如图 8b,当妙票堆叠整理完成后,妙票压紧及输送子模块 43中的凸轮 433 顺时针转动以及协同压紧弹簧 436的作用, 带动压紧杆 434跳变下极限位置, 也就是压紧位置, 将妙票压紧, 为向下输送作准备。
如图 8c, 妙票压紧及输送子模块 43直线向下运动至妙票输送车 51上, 该承接板 431与该妙票水平输送车 51的承接面 511对接, 此时压紧杆 434仍 处于压紧妙票状态, 妙票输送车 51上的压妙臂 511处于译放状态。
如图 8d, 妙票输送车 51上的压妙臂 511顺时针转动将妙票 10压紧, 凸 轮 433顺时针转动带动压紧杆 434回到译放位置, 随后妙票输送车 51载着妙 票水平向右运动进入捆扎区域, 待妙票输送车 51进入捆扎区域之后, 妙票压 紧及输送子模块 43向上回到原叠妙位置。 至此, 完成妙票的交接。
该妙票堆叠及整理模块 4其妙票压紧及输送子模块 43由于巧妙地采用凸 轮 433通过一定角度旋转的方式实现压紧杆 434对妙票的压紧功能,从而不需 要在堆叠的妙票厚度方向上方设置直线压紧机构, 因此能节约空间,有利于缩 小设备体积。
采用该妙票堆叠及整理模块 4 的清分捆扎一体机具有设备体积缩小的优 势, 而且, 该妙票压紧机构非常有效。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是, 上述优选实施方式不应 视为对本发明的限制, 本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可 以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种妙票堆叠及整理模块包括一妙票整理子模块, 一妙票堆叠子模块以及 一妙票压紧及输送子模块, 其特征在于, 该妙票压紧及输送子模块包括: 一压紧机构, 该压紧机构包括一承接板、 一固定在该承接板上的支架、 一 凸轮、 一压紧杆以及一压紧弹簧, 该凸轮通过一第一转动轴可转动地安装 在该支架上, 该压紧杆包括一压紧端、 一传动端以及该压紧端与传动端之 间的一铰接部, 该压紧杆的该铰接部通过一第二转动轴铰接在该支架上, 该凸轮与该压紧杆的该传动端配合且可驱动该压紧杆绕该第二转动轴在一 译放位置和一压紧位置之间转动, 该压紧弹簧一端固定在该支架上, 另一 端连接在该压紧杆的该压紧端上,用以给该压紧杆施加一压紧妙票的弹力; 一压紧机构垂直往复运动机构, 其包括一滑块和一导杆, 该滑块套接在该 导杆上, 可沿该导杆上下运动, 该承接板与该滑块固定连接, 该承接板可 携该压紧机构随该滑块沿该导杆上下运动; 以及
一妙票水平输送车, 其包括一承接面以及至少一压妙臂, 用以承接及夹取 堆叠压紧后的妙票并水平输送给妙票捆扎模块。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的妙票堆叠及整理模块, 其特征在于, 该凸轮具有一非 连续性的轮廓, 该轮廓依次包括一第一圓弧、 与该第一圓弧相切的一渐开 线、 与该渐开线相切的一第二圓弧和一第三圓弧, 其中该渐开线的基圓圓 心为该第一转动轴的轴心, 该第三圓弧的圓心与该渐开线的基圓圓心重合。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的妙票堆叠及整理模块, 其特征在于, 该压紧杆的该传 动端设置有一滚轮, 该滚轮与该凸轮接触。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的妙票堆叠及整理模块, 其特征在于, 该压紧弹簧为一 扭簧, 该扭簧套接在该第二转动轴上, 该扭簧的一端抵在该支架上, 另一 端抵在该压紧杆的压紧端上。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的妙票堆叠及整理模块, 其特征在于, 该压紧杆的压紧 端用于压紧妙票的部分为一小平板, 平板底部稍稍凹进去, 用于粘贴一摩 擦力系数大于该压紧杆的材料。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的妙票堆叠及整理模块, 其特征在于, 支架上设置有一 行程约束槽, 该压紧杆的传动端设置一凸起, 该凸起伸入该行程约束槽中, 该行程约束槽的两端头分别将该压紧杆固定在该译放位置或该压紧位置。
7. 如权利要求 1 所述的妙票堆叠及整理模块, 其特征在于, 该妙票压紧及输 送子模块还包括一传感器, 该传感器包括一传感挡板和一传感器本体, 该 传感器本体为一光学 U型传感器或对射传感器, 该传感器本体固定连接在 该支架或承接板上, 该传感挡板固定连接在该压紧杆的该传动端上, 可随 该压紧杆转动而移动, 从而可选择地遮挡该传感器本体的光路。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的妙票堆叠及整理模块, 其特征在于, 该水平输送车位 于该承接板的下方, 该承接板具有至少一缺口, 该缺口与该妙票水平输送 车的该压妙臂位置对应, 该承接板随该滑块沿该导杆向下运动至一最低位 置时, 该压妙臂穿过该缺口, 该承接板与该妙票水平输送车的承接面对接。
9. 如权利要求 1 所述的妙票堆叠及整理模块, 其特征在于, 该压紧机构还包 括安装在支架上的一电机、 一传动齿轮组、 一皮带轮以及一传动皮带, 该 传动皮带一端套接在该皮带轮上, 另一端套接在该第一转动轴上, 该电机 的动力依次经由该传动齿轮组、 该皮带轮以及该传动皮带传递给该凸轮。
10.—种清分捆扎一体机, 其包括一妙票拾取及分离模块、 一妙票识别模块、 一妙票传输模块和一妙票捆扎模块, 其特征在于, 该清分捆扎一体机还包 括一如权利要求 1-9中任意一项所述的妙票堆叠及整理模块。
