Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for refining sludge, generated during a process for preparing nitrogen trifluoride using electrolysis, in order to obtain nickel, and for producing nickel-metal products from the nickel. According to the present invention, high-purity nickel-metal products can be produced from the nickel obtained by efficiently refining sludge generated during a process for preparing nitrogen trifluoride using electrolysis. As a result, nickel in the form of sludge which might otherwise be wasted can be reused to reduce the waste of material and effectively prevent environmental contamination caused by the waste nickel sludge.
