前記制御装置は、前記アクチュエータ(232)および前記モータ(220)の各々を個別に駆動可能であり、
前記制御装置は、
前記モータ(220)の駆動に先立って、前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動するための駆動手段と、
前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動した後、前記モータ(220)を駆動する前に、前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動することを停止するための停止手段とを備える、スタータの制御装置。 - 前記停止手段は、前記エンジン(100)の出力軸が逆転した場合、前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動することを停止する、請求の範囲1に記載のスタータの制御装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動することを停止した後、前記アクチュエータ(232)を再駆動するための手段と、
前記アクチュエータ(232)が再駆動されてから、前記モータ(220)を駆動するための手段とをさらに備える、請求の範囲1に記載のスタータの制御装置。 - 前記駆動手段は、前記エンジン(100)の出力軸の正転方向への回転速度が予め定められた回転速度より小さいと、前記モータ(220)の駆動に先立って、前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動する、請求の範囲1に記載のスタータの制御装置。
- スタータの制御方法であって、
前記スタータ(200)は、エンジン(100)のクランク軸に連結された第1のギヤ(110)と係合可能な第2のギヤ(260)と、駆動状態において、前記第2のギヤ(260)を前記第1のギヤ(110)と係合する位置まで移動させるアクチュエータ(232)と、前記第2のギヤ(260)が前記第1のギヤ(110)に向かって移動する間、前記第2のギヤ(260)を逆転方向に回転させるヘリカルスプライン(254)と、前記第2のギヤ(260)を回転させるモータ(220)とを含み、
前記アクチュエータ(232)および前記モータ(220)の各々は、個別に駆動可能であり、
前記制御方法は、
前記モータ(220)の駆動に先立って、前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動するステップと、
前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動した後、前記モータ(220)を駆動する前に、前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動することを停止するステップとを備える、スタータの制御方法。 - 前記アクチュエータ(232)を停止するステップは、前記エンジン(100)の出力軸が逆転した場合、前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動することを停止するステップを含む、請求の範囲5に記載のスタータの制御方法。
- 前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動することを停止した後、前記アクチュエータ(232)を再駆動するステップと、
前記アクチュエータ(232)が再駆動されてから、前記モータ(220)を駆動するステップとをさらに備える、請求の範囲5に記載のスタータの制御方法。 - 前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動するステップは、前記エンジン(100)の出力軸の正転方向への回転速度が予め定められた回転速度より小さいと、前記モータ(220)の駆動に先立って、前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動するステップを含む、請求の範囲5に記載のスタータの制御方法。
- エンジン(100)のクランク軸に連結された第1のギヤ(110)と係合可能な第2のギヤ(260)と、駆動状態において、前記第2のギヤ(260)を前記第1のギヤ(110)と係合する位置まで移動させるアクチュエータ(232)と、前記第2のギヤ(260)が前記第1のギヤ(110)に向かって移動する間、前記第2のギヤ(260)を逆転方向に回転させるヘリカルスプライン(254)と、前記第2のギヤ(260)を回転させるモータ(220)とを含み、前記アクチュエータ(232)および前記モータ(220)の各々が個別に駆動可能であるスタータと、
前記モータ(220)の駆動に先立って、前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動し、前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動した後、前記モータ(220)を駆動する前に、前記アクチュエータ(232)を駆動することを停止する制御ユニット(300)とを備える、エンジンの始動装置。
