Description
The present invention is a fastener mainly for locking to a sheet-like material such as cloth, and without using a hole in the sheet-like material or using a button or the like sewn on the sheet-like material. It relates to a fastener that can be fastened.
In order to lock a name tag on a sheet-like material such as a cloth for clothes, a method of sticking a needle such as a safety pin or an insect pin, and a method of fastening a clip-like end portion of a pocket or the like There is. The method of piercing the needle results in damaging the pheasant, and the method of pinching the end portion not only restricts the stop position but also removes it when pulled.
In order to solve such a problem and attach a name tag to clothes without piercing the needle, and to prevent it from being easily removed, the present inventor proposed a “fastener” in a previous application (Japanese Patent Application No. 2009-514035). is doing. This was a practical one that realized the performance of “not easy to come off and easy to attach / detach”. In addition, since the proposed fastener has a structure that does not pinch the fabric strongly, it has an advantage that the fabric is not damaged.
In the present invention, a means for locking the expanding and contracting clamping part so as not to extend beyond the clamping width is provided, and it is fastened with a stopper clamped by the clamping part. It is characteristic to provide such elastic means. This greatly improved the operability when removing.
The main structure is shown in FIG. 11 to FIG. 14 of the previous application, and the details thereof are described in the specification. Therefore, the contents thereof should be referred to, and the outline of the operation of the present application can be referred to. As shown in FIG. 5, when therelease button 52 is pushed in from both sides in order to open the clamping part, the upper part of the slide part 61 is bent. When the bottom surface of the latching claw 63 is removed from the upper end surface of the upper claw receptacle 53, the slide portion 61 outer surface and the button arm 51 inner surface are formed in a letter C shape. With the help of the force, the slide portion 61 tries to slide down along the inner surface of the button arm 51, and the force to push down the entire fitting portion 6 works. Thereby, a clamping part is open | released at a stretch.
In the present invention, it is an object of the present invention to further develop the previously proposed invention, and to provide a fastener that improves the operability at the time of opening so that the holding portion is more reliably opened.

In the present invention, it is an object of the present invention to further develop the previously proposed invention, and to provide a fastener that improves the operability at the time of opening so that the holding portion is more reliably opened.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a sandwiching part that expands and contracts, and a stopper that is sandwiched by the sandwiching part. The sandwiching part comprises a base part and a slide part, and the slide is formed by pushing an outer wall of the base part. A fastener provided to slide along the outer wall so as to restore the deflection of the sliding portion, and by pressing the outer wall, the outer wall and the outer wall are A gap was formed between the slide part and the slide part.
As a result, the friction between the slide part and the base part can be minimized at the start of opening, and the restoring force of the slide part is used to move to the maximum in the opening direction. Will be.
The fastener of the present invention is substantially the same as the previously proposed fastener described above, and the clamping part is formed from the base part and the slide part, and the slide part is slid along the base part and is ejected. It is a structure which opens a clamping part. In the following, differences from the previously proposed fasteners will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Here, FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing the entire structure of the clamping part, FIG. 2 is a schematic partially cutaway perspective view illustrating a state in which the clamping part is opened, and FIG. 3 explains the operation of the clamping part. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a portion viewed in the AA direction of FIG. 1, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view for briefly explaining the previous proposal.
As described above, the basic configuration as a fastener is to be referred to the previous proposal, and the sandwiching portion as the present embodiment includes thebase portion 1 and the base portion 1 as shown in FIGS. The release button 12 is formed on both sides of the base 1, and the lower part is a flexible button arm 11. Upper claw receptacles 13 for locking the fitting portion 2 are formed in the vicinity of both sides above the inside of the base portion 1. Note that C in FIG. 2 is a virtual cutout line provided for convenience in order to see the internal structure.
Aflexible slide portion 21 is formed on both side surfaces of the fitting portion 2, a locking portion 22 is formed at the tip thereof, and a portion where the lower end protrudes on both sides becomes a locking claw 23. Locked to the upper claw receptacle 13.
Aprotrusion 15 is formed inside the upper end of the button arm 11, and the tip thereof is provided so as to contact the outer inclined surface 25 of the locking portion 22. The upper end portion of the protrusion 15 is formed in an arc shape, and the contact surface with the outer inclined surface 25 is provided so as to be substantially point contact when a locking portion 22 described later is pushed down.
Next, the opening operation of the clamping unit will be described.
As shown in FIG. 3 (b), thelocking claw 23 is disengaged from the upper claw receiver 13 from the state where the locking claw 23 shown in FIG. Push the release button 12 from both sides. At this time, the protrusion 15 is pushed into the outer inclined surface 25 by point contact, whereby the slide portion 21 is gradually bent. As the push portion 15 is pushed, the space 5 is formed between the button arm 11 and the slide portion 21. Is temporarily formed.
As shown in FIG. 3 (b), thespace 5 becomes maximum when the bottom surface of the locking claw 23 is disengaged from the upper end surface of the upper claw receiver 13 as shown in FIG. Therefore, the force tends to move downward along the inclination angle of the outer inclined surface 25, so that the resistance is minimized by the presence of the space 5, and the initial movement speed of the slide portion 21 is increased. Further, since the tip of the protrusion 15 and the outer inclined surface 25 are in point contact with each other, the frictional resistance of each other is minimized, so that the force to move downward is used at maximum for releasing.
Thereafter, theprotrusion 15 moves away from the outer inclined surface 25 due to the movement of the slide portion 21, so that the slide portion 21 comes into contact with the button arm 11. As shown in the figure, since the slide portion 21 has a circular cross section, the slide portion 21 is in line contact with the button arm 11, so that the frictional resistance is reduced correspondingly and the slide down becomes smoother.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. What has substantially the same configuration as the matters described in the claims of the present invention and exhibits the same operational effects belongs to the technical scope of the present invention.
