[実施例1]
窒素置換した反応容器に、3-ブロモ-9H-カルバゾール3.6g、9-フェニル-3-(4,4,5,5-テトラメチル-[1,3,2]ジオキサボロラン-2-イル)-9H-カルバゾール6.0g、トルエン40ml、エタノール10ml、2M炭酸カリウム水溶液11mlを加え、超音波を照射しながら30分間窒素ガスを通気した。テトラキス(トリフェニルホスフィン)パラジウム0.85gを加えて加熱し、74℃で3.5時間攪拌した。トルエン100mlを加えて加熱し、80℃で1時間さらに撹拌した後、50℃まで冷却して不溶物をろ過によって除き、ろ液を減圧下で濃縮することによって黄白色の粗製物を得た。粗製物にトルエン300mlを加えて溶解し、NHシリカゲル16.11gを用いた吸着精製を行った後、減圧下で濃縮して白色粉体を得た。白色粉体を酢酸エチル35mlによる加熱しながらの分散洗浄を行うことによって精製し、9-フェニル-9H,9’H-[3,3’] ビカルバゾリル1.96g(収率32.7%)の白色粉体を得た。
[実施例2]
窒素置換した反応容器に、9-(4-ブロモフェニル)-9’-フェニル-9H,9’H-[3,3’]ビカルバゾリル11g、ビフェニル-4-イル-〔4-(4,4,5,5-テトラメチル-[1,3,2]ジオキサボロラン-2-イル)フェニル〕-フェニルアミン9g、トルエン130ml、エタノール30ml、2M炭酸カリウム水溶液30mlを加え、超音波を照射しながら30分間窒素ガスを通気した。トリフェニルホスフィン0.67gを加えて加熱し、70℃で6時間攪拌した。室温まで冷却し、有機層を採取した後、飽和食塩水100mlによる洗浄、硫酸マグネシウムによる脱水を行ってから、減圧下で濃縮することによって、粗製物を得た。粗製物をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフによって精製し、ビフェニル-4-イル-〔4’-(9’-フェニル-9H,9’H-[3,3’]ビカルバゾリル-9-イル)ビフェニル-4-イル〕-フェニルアミン(化合物13)14.6g(収率74%)の白色粉体を得た。
[実施例3]
窒素置換した反応容器に、9-(4-ブロモフェニル)-9’-フェニル-9H,9’H-[3,3’]ビカルバゾリル11g、ビス(ビフェニル-4-イル)-〔4-(4,4,5,5-テトラメチル-[1,3,2]ジオキサボロラン-2-イル)フェニル〕アミン12g、トルエン140ml、エタノール35ml、2M炭酸カリウム水溶液29mlを加え、超音波を照射しながら30分間窒素ガスを通気した。トリフェニルホスフィン0.68gを加えて加熱し、70℃で8時間攪拌した。室温まで冷却し、有機層を採取した後、飽和食塩水150mlによる洗浄、硫酸マグネシウムによる脱水を行ってから、減圧下で濃縮することによって、粗製物を得た。粗製物をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフによって精製し、ビス(ビフェニル-4-イル)-〔4’-(9’-フェニル-9H,9’H-[3,3’]ビカルバゾリル-9-イル)ビフェニル-4-イル〕アミン(化合物14)12.2g(収率71%)の白色粉体を得た。
[実施例4]
窒素置換した反応容器に、9-フェニル-9H,9’H-[3,3’] ビカルバゾリル1.0g、N-(2-ブロモ-9,9-ジメチルフルオレン-7-イル)-ジフェニルアミン1.08g、亜硫酸水素ナトリウム0.04g、銅粉0.008g、3,5-ジ(tert-ブチル)サリチル酸0.031g、炭酸カリウム0.51g、ドデシルベンゼン5mlを加えて加熱し、215℃で11時間攪拌した。100℃まで冷却し、トルエン50mlを加えて抽出した後、減圧下で濃縮し、n-ヘキサン10mlから結晶化することによって、茶色の粗晶を得た。この粗晶にトルエン30mlを加えて溶解し、シリカゲル8.7gを用いた吸着精製を2回繰り返して茶褐色の粗製物を得た。粗製物を酢酸エチル/n-ヘキサンの混合溶媒による分散洗浄、続いて酢酸エチルによる分散洗浄を繰り返し、さらにトルエン/メタノールの混合溶媒で晶析させることによって、白色粉体を得た。得られた粉体を酢酸エチルによる分散洗浄、メタノールによる分散洗浄を行った後、減圧下で乾燥することによって、ジフェニル-〔2-(9’-フェニル-9H,9’H-[3,3’]ビカルバゾリル-9-イル)9,9-ジメチルフルオレン-7-イル〕アミン(化合物22)0.87g(収率46.3%)の白色粉体を得た。
[実施例5]
窒素置換した反応容器に、実施例1と同様にして合成した3-〔(ジフェニルアミノ)フェニル-4-イル〕-9H-カルバゾール1.5g、N-(4’-ヨード-ビフェニル-4-イル)-ジフェニルアミン1.63g、亜硫酸水素ナトリウム0.06g、銅粉0.012g、3,5-ジ(tert-ブチル)サリチル酸0.05g、炭酸カリウム0.76g、ドデシルベンゼン10mlを加えて加熱し、205℃で6.5時間攪拌した。90℃まで冷却し、トルエン50mlを加えて抽出した後、減圧下で濃縮し、n-ヘキサン30mlから結晶化することによって、淡黄色の粗製物を得た。粗製物を酢酸エチル/n-ヘキサンの混合溶媒による再結晶、酢酸エチルによる分散洗浄、続いてメタノールによる分散洗浄を行うことによって、ジフェニル-[4’-{3-〔(ジフェニルアミノ)フェニル-4-イル〕-9H-カルバゾリル-9-イル}ビフェニル-4-イル]アミン(化合物26)2.16g(収率81.2%)の白色粉体を得た。
[実施例6]
窒素置換した反応容器に、実施例1と同様にして合成した3-〔(ジフェニルアミノ)フェニル-4-イル〕-9H-カルバゾール1.03g、N-(2-ブロモ-9,9-ジメチルフルオレン-7-イル)-ジフェニルアミン1.1g、亜硫酸水素ナトリウム0.04g、銅粉0.008g、3,5-ジ(tert-ブチル)サリチル酸0.031g、炭酸カリウム0.52g、ドデシルベンゼン8mlを加えて加熱し、210~215℃で26時間攪拌した。90℃まで冷却し、トルエン30mlを加えて抽出した後、減圧下で濃縮し、赤褐色の粗製物を得た。粗製物をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフによって精製し、さらに酢酸エチル/n-ヘキサンの混合溶媒による晶析、続いてメタノールによる分散洗浄を行うことによって、ジフェニル-[2-{3-〔(ジフェニルアミノ)フェニル-4-イル〕-9H-カルバゾリル-9-イル}-9,9-ジメチルフルオレン-7-イル]アミン(化合物38)1.49g(収率77.6%)の淡黄色粉体を得た。
