Abstract
Description
互いに対向した状態を保ったまま、相対的に移動可能に構成された第1基板及び第2基板と、
第1基板に設けられるエレクトレットと、
第2基板における前記エレクトレットと対向する面側に設けられる第1電極及び第2電極と、
第1基板と第2基板とを収納する筐体と、
を備え、
第1基板と第2基板の相対的な位置の変化に伴って、前記エレクトレットと第1電極との位置関係、及び前記エレクトレットと第2電極との位置関係がそれぞれ変化することによって、前記エレクトレットと第1電極との間の静電容量、及び前記エレクトレットと第2電極との間の静電容量がそれぞれ変化することで電力が出力される静電誘導型発電装置において、
第1基板と第2基板の対向面間の距離を一定にするための規定部材を備えると共に、
前記筐体には、
第1基板と第2基板のうちの一方の基板における他方の基板に対する対向面側が固定され、かつ該一方の基板における前記対向面に対する垂直方向の位置決め基準となる第1基準面と、
前記規定部材が摺動可能な状態で接触し、かつ該規定部材における前記対向面に対する垂直方向の位置決め基準となる第2基準面と、が設けられており、
前記規定部材は、前記他方の基板における前記一方の基板に対する対向面側に対して摺動可能な状態で接触していることを特徴とする。
図1~図7を参照して、本発明の実施例1に係る静電誘導型発電装置について説明する。
特に、図1~図4を参照して、本発明の実施例1に係る静電誘導型発電装置の全体構成を説明する。図1は本実施例に係る静電誘導型発電装置における模式的断面図であり、装置内部を上面側から見た図である。図2は本実施例に係る静電誘導型発電装置における模式的断面図であり、図1におけるAA断面に相当する図である。図3は本実施例に係る静電誘導型発電装置の主要部の模式的断面図であり、図1におけるBB断面(筐体等を除く)に相当する図である。図4は本実施例に係る静電誘導型発電装置における模式的断面図であり、図1におけるCC断面に相当する図である。
以下の説明において、第1基板120と第2基板130の対向面に対する垂直方向を、説明の便宜上、対向方向と称する。なお、当該対向方向は、図1においては紙面に垂直な方向に相当し、図2~図4においては図中上下方向に相当する。
図5及び図6を参照して、本発明の実施例に係る静電誘導型発電装置の発電原理について説明する。なお、図5は第1基板120と第2基板130について簡易的に示したもので、説明の便宜上、エレクトレット123、ガード電極124、第1電極133及び第2電極134は、一つずつのみ示している。
本実施例に係る静電誘導型発電装置100によれば、第1基板120と第2基板130との対向面間の距離の精度に影響する寸法誤差を、規定部材である球状部材151の寸法誤差と筐体110の寸法誤差のみにすることができる。これにより、第1基板120と第2基板120との対向面間の距離に対して、基板の厚みの寸法誤差の影響をなくすことができる。
Pmax=σ2nAf÷[2(εeε0/d)×((εeg/d)+1)]
となる。なお、σはエレクトレットの表面電荷密度、nは[一対の基板の振幅÷エレクトレットのピッチ]、Aはエレクトレットと電極が重なり合う最大面積、εeはエレクトレットの比誘電率、dはエレクトレットの厚み、ε0は真空の誘電率、gはエレクトレット表面と対向電極表面との間隔である(非特許文献1参照)。
図8及び図9には、本発明の実施例2が示されている。上記実施例1では、規定部材としての回転部材である球状部材がガイド溝に沿って転動する構成を示したが、本実施例においては、球状部材は一定の位置で回転し、転動しない場合の構成を示す。その他の構成および作用については実施例1と同一なので、同一の構成部分については同一の符号を付して、その説明は省略する。
図10及び図11には、本発明の実施例3が示されている。上記実施例1では、規定部材としての回転部材が球状部材である場合を示したが、本実施例においては、回転部材がローラの場合を示す。その他の構成および作用については実施例1と同一なので、同一の構成部分については同一の符号を付して、その説明は省略する。
上記実施例においては、第1基板120を筐体110に対して可動に構成し、第2基板130を筐体110に対して固定させる構成を採用することで、第1基板と第2基板が相対的に往復移動する場合を示した。これは、第2基板には電力を取り出すための配線が電気的に接続されるため、第2基板は固定されたほうが望ましいとの観点によるものである。ただし、必ずしも、第2基板を固定させる必要はない。従って、第1基板を筐体110に固定し、第2基板が筐体110に対して移動することで、第1基板と第2基板が相対的に往復移動するようにしてもよい。また、第1基板と第2基板のいずれもが、筐体110に対して移動可能に構成することで、第1基板と第2基板が相対的に往復移動するようにしてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 互いに対向した状態を保ったまま、相対的に移動可能に構成された第1基板及び第2基板と、
第1基板に設けられるエレクトレットと、
第2基板における前記エレクトレットと対向する面側に設けられる第1電極及び第2電極と、
第1基板と第2基板とを収納する筐体と、
を備え、
第1基板と第2基板の相対的な位置の変化に伴って、前記エレクトレットと第1電極との位置関係、及び前記エレクトレットと第2電極との位置関係がそれぞれ変化することによって、前記エレクトレットと第1電極との間の静電容量、及び前記エレクトレットと第2電極との間の静電容量がそれぞれ変化することで電力が出力される静電誘導型発電装置において、
第1基板と第2基板の対向面間の距離を一定にするための規定部材を備えると共に、
前記筐体には、
第1基板と第2基板のうちの一方の基板における他方の基板に対する対向面側が固定され、かつ該一方の基板における前記対向面に対する垂直方向の位置決め基準となる第1基準面と、
前記規定部材が摺動可能な状態で接触し、かつ該規定部材における前記対向面に対する垂直方向の位置決め基準となる第2基準面と、が設けられており、
前記規定部材は、前記他方の基板における前記一方の基板に対する対向面側に対して摺動可能な状態で接触していることを特徴とする静電誘導型発電装置。 - 前記規定部材は、前記他方の基板の移動に連動して回転する回転部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電誘導型発電装置。
- 前記回転部材は球状部材であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の静電誘導型発電装置。
- 前記回転部材はローラであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の静電誘導型発電装置。
- 前記筐体には、前記回転部材が転動可能となるように該回転部材を案内するガイド溝が設けられており、該ガイド溝の底面が前記第2基準面であることを特徴とする請求項2~4のいずれか一つに記載の静電誘導型発電装置。
- 前記一方の基板は、前記対向面に対する垂直方向に見て四角形であり、前記第1基準面は、該一方の基板の4隅にそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一つに記載の静電誘導型発電装置。
