このように、本実施の形態におけるホームシアターシステム1においては、デジタルテレビ受信装置100およびホームシアター装置200がシアターモードに設定されたときに、デジタルテレビ受信装置100のCPU106がホームシアター装置200の現在の音量制御状態データを取得し、メモリ107に記憶される音量設定値データを取得した音量設定値データに更新する。そのため、音声操作時に、CPU106は、メモリ107に記憶された音量設定値データからホームシアター装置200の現在の音量を認識することができる。それにより、CPU106は、ホームシアター装置200から現在の音量を取得することなく、操作後の音量設定値データを決定することができる。したがって、音量操作時に、デジタルテレビ受信装置100とホームシアター装置200との間でのCECコマンドの送受信の回数を低減することができる。その結果、音量操作の応答性を高くすることができる。
第2の実施の形態に係るホームシアターシステム1の構成は、図1のホームシアターシステム1の構成と同様である。また、第2の実施の形態に係るデジタルテレビ受信装置100およびホームシアター装置200の構成は、図2に示される構成と同様である。第2の実施の形態が第1の実施の形態と異なるのは、デジタルテレビ受信装置100のCPU106およびホームシアター装置200のCPU204における以下の制御動作である。
図9はホームシアター装置200での音量調節操作によるデジタルテレビ受信装置100とホームシアター装置200との間のCECコマンドの送受信を示すシーケンス図である。図9には、利用者310がホームシアター装置200の音量操作部201の音量アップボタンを1回押しした場合、音量調節つまみを回した場合、および消音ボタンを押した場合の制御動作が時系列に示される。
第2の実施の形態に係るホームシアターシステム1においては、ホームシアター装置200の側で、ホームシアター装置200の音量操作を行った場合に、ホームシアター装置200からデジタルテレビ受信装置100に音量操作後の音量設定値データが送信される。それにより、ホームシアター装置200の音量操作部201による音量操作ごとにメモリ107に最新の音量設定値データが記憶される。その結果、ホームシアター装置200の側で音量操作を行った後にデジタルテレビ受信装置100の側で音量操作を行う場合でも、音量操作の連続性を維持することができる。
以下に説明する参考例の動作においては、ホームシアター装置200の現在の音量設定値データがデジタルテレビ受信装置100のメモリ107に記憶されない。そのため、デジタルテレビ受信装置100は、音量操作時に、ホームシアター装置200からホームシアター装置200の現在の音量設定値データを音量操作を行う度に取得する必要がある。
図10は音量操作ボタンの1回押しによる音量調節動作時のデジタルテレビ受信装置100とホームシアター装置200との間のCECコマンドの送受信の参考例を示すシーケンス図である。図10には、音量アップボタンの1回押しによる音量増加操作が行われた場合の音量調節の制御動作が示される。
図11は音量操作ボタンの長押しによる音量調節動作時のデジタルテレビ受信装置100とホームシアター装置200との間のCECコマンドの送受信の参考例を示すシーケンス図である。図11には、音量アップボタンの長押しによる音量増加操作が行われた場合の音量調節の制御動作が示される。
図12は消音設定動作時のデジタルテレビ受信装置100とホームシアター装置200との間のCECコマンドの送受信の参考例を示すシーケンス図である。
図13は本発明の第3の実施の形態に係るホームシアターシステム1の構成を示すブロック図である。
図14は本発明の第4の実施の形態に係るホームシアターシステム1の構成を示すブロック図である。
上記第1、第2および第3の実施の形態では、デジタルテレビ受信装置100とホームシアター装置200とが通信媒体としてHDMIケーブル320により接続されているが、これに限定されない。例えば、デジタルテレビ受信装置100とホームシアター装置200とが無線通信によりCECコマンドを送受信してもよい。また、デジタルテレビ受信装置100とホームシアター装置200とが無線または有線のイーサネット等のネットワークにより接続されてもよい。
以下、請求項の各構成要素と実施の形態の各要素との対応の例について説明するが、本発明は下記の例に限定されない。
Claims (13)
- 映像音声再生装置と、
映像を表示する表示部と、
前記映像音声再生装置に通信媒体を介して接続された音声出力制御装置とを備え、
前記映像音声再生装置は、
音声データを取得する音声データ取得部と、
前記音声出力制御装置の音量操作を示す音量操作情報を取得する音量操作情報取得部と、
前記音声データ取得部により取得された音声データを前記通信媒体を介して前記音声出力制御装置に送信し、前記通信媒体を介して前記音声出力制御装置とコマンドの送受信を行う第1の送受信部と、
前記音声出力制御装置の音量制御に関する音量制御状態データを記憶する記憶部と、
前記表示部および前記第1の送受信部を制御する第1の制御部とを含み、
前記音量制御状態データは、前記音声出力制御装置の音量調節可能な範囲の最大値を示す最大音量値データと、前記音声出力制御装置の音量を示す音量設定値データとを含み、
前記音声出力制御装置は、
前記映像音声再生装置から前記通信媒体を介して音声データを受信し、前記通信媒体を介して前記映像音声再生装置とコマンドの送受信を行う第2の送受信部と、
前記第2の送受信部により受信された音声データに基づいて音声信号を出力する増幅器と、
前記第2の送受信部および前記増幅器を制御するとともに、予め定められたタイミングで、前記音声出力制御装置の現在の音量制御状態データを前記第2の送受信部を介して前記映像音声再生装置に送信する第2の制御部とを含み、
前記第1の制御部は、前記音声出力制御装置から前記第1の送受信部を介して音量制御状態データを受信した場合に、前記記憶部に記憶される音量制御状態データを受信した音量制御状態データにより更新し、前記音量操作情報取得部により音量操作情報が取得された場合に、取得された音量操作情報および前記記憶部に記憶された音量制御状態データに基づいて操作後の音量設定値データを決定し、決定された音量設定値データを含むコマンドを前記第1の送受信部を介して前記音声出力制御装置に送信するとともに、前記決定された音量設定値データおよび前記記憶部に記憶された最大音量値データに基づいて、前記音声出力制御装置の音量調節可能な範囲の最大値に対する前記音声出力制御装置の現在の音量の割合を前記表示部に表示させ、
前記第2の制御部は、前記映像音声再生装置から前記第2の送受信部を介して音量設定値データを含むコマンドを受信した場合に、受信した音量設定値データに基づいて前記増幅器の音量を制御する、ホームシアターシステム。 - 前記第1の制御部は、前記現在の音量の割合を前記表示部にバーで表示させる、請求項1記載のホームシアターシステム。
- 前記バーは、前記音声出力制御装置の音量調節可能な範囲の最大値に相当する長さを有する第1のバーと、前記現在の音量に相当する長さを有する第2のバーとを含む、請求項2記載のホームシアターシステム。
- 前記第1の制御部は、前記音量操作情報取得部により音量操作情報が取得された場合に、前記記憶部に記憶された音量設定値データを前記決定された音量設定値データにより更新する、請求項1記載のホームシアターシステム。
- 前記映像音声再生装置は、前記音声出力制御装置に音声データを送信するシアターモードに設定可能に構成され、
前記予め定められたタイミングは、前記映像音声再生装置がシアターモードに設定されたときを含み、
前記第2の制御部は、前記映像音声再生装置がシアターモードに設定されたときに、前記音声出力制御装置の現在の音量制御状態データを前記第2の送受信部を介して前記映像音声再生装置に送信する、請求項1記載のホームシアターシステム。 - 前記音声出力制御装置は、前記増幅器の音量操作に用いられる音量操作部をさらに含み、
前記予め定められたタイミングは、前記音量操作部により音量操作が行われたときを含み、
前記第2の制御部は、前記音量操作部により音量操作が行われたときに、前記音量操作部による音量操作に基づいて前記音声出力制御装置の音量設定値データを決定し、決定された音量設定値データを含むコマンドを前記第2の送受信部を介して前記音声出力制御装置に送信し、
前記第1の制御部は、前記音声出力制御装置から前記第1の送受信部を介して音量設定値データを含むコマンドを受信した場合に、前記記憶部に記憶された音量設定値データを受信した音量設定値データにより更新する、請求項1記載のホームシアターシステム。 - 前記音量制御状態データは、前記音声出力制御装置が消音状態に設定されているか否かを示す消音設定状態データをさらに含む、請求項1記載のホームシアターシステム。
- 前記第1の制御部は、前記音量操作情報取得部により取得される音量操作情報が音量の増加または減少を示す場合に、音量設定値データが1よりも大きい値ずつ増加または減少するように音量設定値データを決定する、請求項1記載のホームシアターシステム。
- 音声出力制御装置に通信媒体を介して接続されるとともに表示部に接続される映像音声再生装置であって、
音声データを取得する音声データ取得部と、
前記音声出力制御装置の音量操作を示す音量操作情報を取得する音量操作情報取得部と、
前記音声データ取得部により取得された音声データを前記通信媒体を介して前記音声出力制御装置に送信し、前記通信媒体を介して前記音声出力制御装置とコマンドの送受信を行う送受信部と、
前記音声出力制御装置の音量制御に関する音量制御状態データを記憶する記憶部と、
前記表示部および前記送受信部を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記音量制御状態データは、前記音声出力制御装置の音量調節可能な範囲の最大値を示す最大音量値データと、前記音声出力制御装置の音量を示す音量設定値データとを含み、
前記制御部は、前記音声出力制御装置から前記送受信部を介して音量制御状態データを受信した場合に、前記記憶部に記憶される音量制御状態データを受信した音量制御状態データにより更新し、前記音量操作情報取得部により音量操作情報が取得された場合に、取得された音量操作情報および前記記憶部に記憶された音量制御状態データに基づいて操作後の音量設定値データを決定し、決定された音量設定値データを含むコマンドを前記送受信部を介して前記音声出力制御装置に送信するとともに、前記決定された音量設定値データおよび前記記憶部に記憶された最大音量値データに基づいて、前記音声出力制御装置の音量調節可能な範囲の最大値に対する前記音声出力制御装置の現在の音量の割合を前記表示部に表示させる、映像音声再生装置。 - 映像音声再生装置に通信媒体を介して接続される音声出力制御装置であって、
前記映像音声再生装置から前記通信媒体を介して音声データを受信し、前記通信媒体を介して前記映像音声再生装置とコマンドの送受信を行う送受信部と、
前記送受信部により受信された音声データに基づいて音声信号を出力する増幅器と、
前記送受信部および前記増幅器を制御するとともに、予め定められたタイミングで、前記音声出力制御装置の現在の音量制御状態データを前記送受信部を介して前記映像音声再生装置に送信する制御部とを備え、
前記音量制御状態データは、前記音声出力制御装置の音量調節可能な範囲の最大値を示す最大音量値データと、前記音声出力制御装置の音量を示す音量設定値データとを含み、
前記制御部は、前記映像音声再生装置から前記送受信部を介して音量設定値データを含むコマンドを受信した場合に、受信した音量設定値データに基づいて前記増幅器の音量を制御する、音声出力制御装置。 - 映像音声再生装置、表示部、および前記映像音声再生装置に通信媒体を介して接続された音声出力制御装置を備えたホームシアターシステムにおいて前記音声出力制御装置の音量を制御する音量制御方法であって、
前記映像音声再生装置において音声データを取得するステップと、
前記取得された音声データを前記映像音声再生装置から前記通信媒体を介して前記音声出力制御装置に送信するステップと、
前記音声出力制御装置において前記映像音声再生装置から前記通信媒体を介して音声データを受信するステップと、
前記音声出力制御装置おいて受信された音声データに基づいて増幅器から音声信号を出力するステップと、
前記映像音声再生装置において前記音声出力制御装置の音量調節可能な範囲の最大値を示す最大音量値データおよび前記音声出力制御装置の音量を示す音量設定値データを含む音量制御状態データを記憶部に記憶するステップと、
前記音声出力制御装置において、予め定められたタイミングで、前記音声出力制御装置の現在の音量制御状態データを前記映像音声再生装置に送信するステップと、
前記映像音声再生装置において前記音声出力制御装置から音量制御状態データを受信した場合に、前記記憶部に記憶される音量制御状態データを受信した音量制御状態データにより更新するステップと、
前記映像音声再生装置において前記音声出力制御装置の音量操作を示す音量操作情報を取得するステップと、
前記映像音声再生装置において、取得された音量操作情報および前記記憶部に記憶された音量制御状態データに基づいて操作後の音量設定値データを決定するステップと、
前記決定された音量設定値データを含むコマンドを前記映像音声再生装置から前記音声出力制御装置に送信するステップと、
前記決定された音量設定値データおよび前記記憶部に記憶された最大音量値データに基づいて、前記音声出力制御装置の音量調節可能な範囲の最大値に対する前記音声出力制御装置の現在の音量の割合を前記表示部に表示させるステップと、
前記音声出力制御装置において、前記映像音声再生装置から音量設定値データを含むコマンドを受信した場合に、受信した音量設定値データに基づいて前記増幅器の音量を制御するステップとを含む、音量制御方法。 - 音声出力制御装置に通信媒体を介して接続されるとともに表示部に接続される映像音声再生装置において前記音声出力制御装置の音量を制御する音量制御方法であって、
音声データを取得するステップと、
前記取得された音声データを前記通信媒体を介して前記音声出力制御装置に送信するステップと、
前記音声出力制御装置の音量調節可能な範囲の最大値を示す最大音量値データおよび前記音声出力制御装置の音量を示す音量設定値データを含む音量制御状態データを記憶部に記憶するステップと、
前記音声出力制御装置から音量制御状態データを受信した場合に、前記記憶部に記憶される音量制御状態データを受信した音量制御状態データにより更新するステップと、
前記音声出力制御装置の音量操作を示す音量操作情報を取得するステップと、
前記取得された音量操作情報および前記記憶部に記憶された音量制御状態データに基づいて操作後の音量設定値データを決定するステップと、
前記決定された音量設定値データを含むコマンドを前記音声出力制御装置に送信するステップと、
前記決定された音量設定値データおよび前記記憶部に記憶された最大音量値データに基づいて、前記音声出力制御装置の音量調節可能な範囲の最大値に対する前記音声出力制御装置の現在の音量の割合を前記表示部に表示させるステップとを含む、音量制御方法。 - 映像音声再生装置に通信媒体を介して接続される音声出力制御装置において音量を制御する音量制御方法であって、
前記映像音声再生装置から前記通信媒体を介して音声データを受信するステップと、
前記受信された音声データに基づいて増幅器から音声信号を出力するステップと、
予め定められたタイミングで、前記音声出力制御装置の音量調節可能な範囲の最大値を示す最大音量値データおよび前記音声出力制御装置の音量を示す音量設定値データを含む音量制御状態データを前記映像音声再生装置に送信するステップと、
前記映像音声再生装置から音量設定値データを含むコマンドを受信した場合に、受信した音量設定値データに基づいて前記増幅器の音量を制御するステップとを含む、音量制御方法。
