Technical Field
The invention is related to a greasing equipment used in folding rolls being the part folding the napkin in napkin machines.
The subject invention is related to a greasing equipment where the possible abrasion and deformation are prevented by means of greasing the cams and rollers of the folding rolls of the napkin machines by the greasing equipment integrated to the system.
Background of the Invention
Folding rolls are provided in the folding unit of the napkin machines. These rolls are provided with a feature of folding and cutting the napkin by means of operating constantly during the napkin production. Sensitive and methodical operating of the folding rolls is of vital importance for appropriate and healthy napkin production.
These systems operating constantly during the napkin production bring out problems such as heating, abrasion and noise as in each system operating constantly. For example, greasing of the cams and the rollers of these cams has vital importance; at the same time, it will have minimized the said problems.
The folding rolls wrap the napkin around itself by means of rotating constantly and hold the napkin by the help of the holder. The rollers move on the cams so as to perform this action. By means of this, the napkin is folded by constant movement. In normal conditions, these rollers and cams operating in. dry place get deformed in short times.
In the present implementations there is no equipment present for greasing the cams and the rollers of these cams. Therefore, problems due to abrasion and heating in these parts of the machines are often fallen in with.
Some applications are present in, the registrations of the Turkish Patent Institute related to the Napkin Machines. An application no TR 2008/00945 applied by ICM MAKiNA VE
MUHENDiSLiK LTD. STi. on 2008.02.03 is present among these applications. In the abstract part of this application; The invention mentions of a napkin transferring unit enabling the napkin bundle at the amount to form a package to be delivered to the packaging machine feeding conveyor correctly without human touch by means of separating these napkins aligned adjacently according to the desired amount and making horizontal by means of rotating 90° from vertical position after the napkins' being aligned adjacently to the product outlet table in the napkin machines with mechanic folding and in a vertical position.
Another application also belongs to the ICM MAKiNA VE MUHENDiSLiK LTD. STi. Company; wherein its application is made to the Turkish Patent Institute on 2008.01.05 with the no TR 2008/00533 U.
