Abstract

 本発明は、エチレン性不飽和基を有するポリウレタンプレポリマー100質量部と、エチレン性不飽和化合物10~150質量部と、光重合開始剤0.01~10質量部と、を含み、前記エチレン性不飽和化合物が、一分子中に(メタ)アクリロイル基を6個以上有する多官能エチレン性不飽和化合物を、前記ポリウレタンプレポリマー100質量部に対して0.1~10質量部含む感光性樹脂組成物を提供する。
