Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for extracting an extraction material contained in a capsule with a liquid extractant according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such devices have been used primarily for the preparation of beverages such. As coffee, tea or cocoa enforced, the dry matter is included as a single serving in a capsule.
- WO 2005/004683 a device has become known in which the capsule is inserted into an intermediate position between the capsule holder and the closure part and fixed there. Subsequently, the extraction chamber is closed, and the extraction process can begin. When reopening the extraction chamber, the capsule also falls down under the action of gravity.
- the means for holding the capsule in the intermediate position must not hinder the closing of the extract chamber nor the subsequent falling out of the capsule. Apart from that, careless handling does not always guarantee that the capsule is held precisely in the intermediate position. Namely, the capsule has to be rotated by 90 ° into a horizontal position from the upright position in which it is packed.
- US Pat. No. 6,079,315 describes a device of comparable type with mutually pressable parts for forming an extraction chamber.
- the lower part which forms a capsule holder, be swung out so that the capsule falls down.
- the capsule holder is pulled out by means of a kind of drawers in the horizontal direction for loading with the capsule from a frame.
- This device is relatively difficult to handle.
- the arrangement in which the capsule remains in a vertical position both for loading and for brewing in the closed position can be disadvantageous, in particular in terms of compactness.
- the pivotal arrangement of the capsule holder allows to perform the closing practically in any position.
- the receiving position can always be chosen so that the capsule can be placed approximately vertically from top to bottom in the cavity of the capsule holder, ie in the same position as the capsule is removed from the pack.
- a holding in an intermediate position is unnecessary because the capsule is already introduced in a position in the capsule holder, which also occupies it later in the extraction process.
- By pivoting in the ejection position at an angle of preferably more than 90 ° after reopening of the extraction chamber ensures that the capsule falls without aids only by its own weight down.
- the capsule holder performs a total pivotal movement of about 180 °.
- the relative closing movement between capsule holder and closure part could be realized in different ways depending on the application.
- the device according to the invention is distinguished by the fact that the capsule holder is pivotable and the closure part is displaceable only along a longitudinal axis and that the closure part between the receiving position and the closed position against the capsule holder in the closing direction and between the closed position and the ejection position of the capsule holder in an opening direction opposite to the closing direction is in particular linearly displaceable.
- This solution has the advantage that the capsule holder only has to be rotated via a corresponding gear and that no additional means are required to even move it.
- the relative displacement between the closure part and capsule holder is advantageously carried out on a linear feed path.
- a curved path it would be readily possible for a curved path to be covered.
- the pivot angle between the receiving position and the closed position is advantageously more than 60 °, preferably between 60 ° and 90 °. In this way it is ensured that the insertion area for the capsule over the cavity is completely free.
- the pivot angle between the closed position and the ejection position is more than 20 °, preferably between 20 ° and 60 °. A sufficient angle is also required here so that the capsule can fall freely down.
- the actuating lever may advantageously be a pivot lever which is advantageously hinged to the support, wherein it is operatively connected via a coupling arrangement with preferably at least one coupling with a guided carriage, on which the closure part is arranged.
- the pivoting movement can be converted into a linear movement in a simple manner.
- the receiving position of the capsule holder may be additionally biased by a spring element in the receiving position.
- the spring element generates a restoring force on the capsule holder, in particular in the ejection position, resulting in an advantageous return movement into the receiving position.
- the spring element for biasing the capsule holder in the receiving position may be a leg spring.
- a leg spring can be mounted to save space on an axle and has sufficient clamping force.
- the leg spring is preferably fastened on one side to the capsule holder and on the other side to the support.
- spring eg coil springs
- the push element and the first stop element may be designed such that after reaching the closed position of the capsule holder with continued displacement of the closure part in the closing direction, in particular until reaching a brewing position. ment the first stop element of the sliding loading by the pusher freed or freed. Accordingly, the closing process for forming the extraction chamber does not take place simultaneously: after reaching the closed position of the capsule holder, the closure part has not yet reached its end position (closed position), but must be moved further in the closing direction. In this movement process, the axis of the cavity and the displacement axis or the longitudinal axis of the closure part are advantageously congruent.
- the thrust element is advantageously configured such that after reaching the closed position of the capsule holder of the capsule holder is held in the closed position in the closing direction with continued displacement of the closure member in the closing direction.
- the thrust element has a sliding section extending in the closing direction or in the longitudinal axis (of the closure part), which forms a sliding surface for the first stop element in the continued displacement of the closure part in the closing direction. Accordingly, therefore, the thrust element may have a cooperating with the stop element abutment portion for the first displacement of the closure member and said sliding portion for the further displacement of the closure member in the closing direction.
- a positioning part for fixing the closed position of the capsule holder is arranged on the closure part, in particular on the slide, in the closing direction of the closure part in the closing direction, which forms a stop for a positioning nose arranged on the capsule holder. In this way, it can be ensured that the capsule holder End part is neither in the direction of rotation nor counter-rotating direction.
- To set the receiving position and the closed position of the capsule holder can be provided on the support stop means. These support means associated with the support can cooperate with stop means of the capsule holder. In this way, the pivot angle of the capsule holder can be limited without being affected by the closure part.
- the return means and the second stop member may be formed such that upon reaching the ejection position of the capsule holder in a continued displacement of the closure member in the opening direction, the second stop element of the (eg entraining) acted upon by the return means can be released, whereby the capsule holder from the ejection position in the receiving position is pivotable in the reverse direction of rotation.
- Such an arrangement is particularly advantageous when the capsule holder is biased by means of the aforementioned spring element in the receiving position. Because by the restoring force of the spring element can be automatically pivoted back into the receiving position after release of the capsule holder.
- the second stop element is arranged on an end face of the capsule holder which is opposite to the end face provided with the first stop element and / or with the positioning nose. Accordingly, it can be advantageous if, on the one hand, the push element and / or the positioning part and on the other hand, the return means are each arranged on one side of the carriage.
- the return means may be pivotally mounted on the closure part, in particular on the carriage, whereby the return means is controllable via an engagement member for retracting a cam control.
- the engagement member may thus be guided particularly easily in a control path in the cam control, which controls the inclination angle of the return means relative to the capsule holder.
- the pivotal movement of the capsule holder itself can be carried out in different ways. Since the capsule holder is no longer allowed to perform any rotational movement for the actual closing process, and since it must turn even further when reversing the actuating lever, the movement of the pivoting lever and the capsule holder does not run in the same direction or not simultaneously. For the execution of such movements, various types of gear with non-uniform movements such. B. lock gear (Maltese cross gear) or cam gear. Especially advantageous is the pivotal movement of the capsule holder is controlled by acting between support and capsule holder curve control. In particular, the pivoting movements of the capsule holder can be controlled from the closed position to the ejection position and back into the receiving position via the cam control.
- the control track can have a transverse track section connecting longitudinally in the longitudinal direction and an upper longitudinal track section and these longitudinal track sections, wherein the capsule holder can be acted upon by the return means only when the lower longitudinal track section is lowered upon reaching the transverse web section adjoining the lower longitudinal web section, the second stop element is released from being acted upon by the return means, whereby the capsule holder can be pivoted from the ejection position into the receiving direction in the reverse direction of rotation.
- the return means may be pivotally mounted on the closure part, in particular on the carriage and biased by means of a spring arrangement in the direction of the upper longitudinal web section.
- the return means can preferably be transferred independently under the action of a spring force of the spring arrangement in the upper longitudinal track section. In this way it is further ensured that the curved path can only be traversed (or tapped off) in one direction.
- a departure of a control path in only one direction can also be achieved in that the curve control has a closed control path with at least two track sections, wherein different track sections can be tapped by means of a control switch when closing and when opening the extraction chamber.
- a control track it is possible in a simple manner to convert the closing movement and the opening movement very precisely into a pivoting movement on the capsule holder. The switch is run over when closing the extraction chamber, so that when you open the extraction chamber another cam is scanned than when closing, until the last return to the same starting position is reached.
- the closure part is advantageously designed as an injector with which the capsule can be penetrated in the closed position and extraction agent can be introduced into the capsule.
- a filter plate can be arranged at the bottom of the cavity, with which the capsule can be penetrated in the closed position, wherein under the filter plate is arranged a derivative for deriving the extract in the capsule holder.
- Such an extraction chamber has become known, for example, from EP 1 500 357. The individual design details and the mode of action of such an extraction chamber are therefore assumed to be known and will not be described further here.
- the closure member may include an injector piston slidably held in a bearing of the closure member by means of at least one spring member (e.g., a helical compression spring) biased.
- at least one spring member e.g., a helical compression spring
- a hydraulic system may be provided with a source of pressurized water, whereby or with the help of which, after reaching the closed position of the capsule holder and the closure part, the chamber parts can be pressed sealingly against one another to form the extraction chamber.
- the closing process takes place altogether in two basic steps: first, the capsule holder and the closure part are brought into a closed position (for example by means of the actuating lever), and then the injector head is additionally pressed hydraulically against the capsule holder.
- the hydraulic system for forming the dense extraction chamber and a brewing water system for providing the extractant are formed separately from each other.
- Such a separation could be achieved in particular by the fact that in each case a water receptacle for the hydraulic system and a water receptacle for the Brewing system are provided.
- separate hydraulic systems and brewing water systems can also be advantageous for conventional devices for extracting an extraction material contained in a capsule.
- Such a separation of the two systems has particular control engineering advantages. It will be clear to a person skilled in the art that these advantages can also be advantageous for conventional capsule extraction devices, in particular for devices with a different embodiment of the relative closing movement between the capsule holder and the closure part.
- aids for removing the capsule from the cavity during the displacement of the closure part in the opening direction can be assigned to the closure part. Because depending on the capsule and / or design of a filter plate attached to the bottom of the cavity or as a result of sticking by extraction residues, it may happen that the capsules in the ejection position can not fall out only by utilizing gravity. With the aid of the aid it is achieved that the capsule can be partly pulled out of the cavity during the opening process, whereby a fall down due to gravity is ensured.
- the auxiliary element may be a gripping element having an undercut.
- the gripping element is designed such that it can drive over a collar of a capsule inserted in the cavity during displacement of the closure member and the undercut for the ejection process, ie when moving the closure member from the closed position to the ejection position in the closing direction, a stop for the capsule collar forms.
- the gripping element has a sloping wedge surface, whereby an advantageous driving over can take place during the closing process. In Closure position can thus be the gripping element with the capsule collar in a kind of snap connection engaged. Such an aid for removing the capsule from the cavity may also be advantageous for conventional capsule extraction devices.
- the previously described relative movement between the capsule holder and the closure part is not absolutely necessary for achieving the advantages of such aids.
- the support can be composed of two support halves whose division plane is perpendicular to the pivot axis of the capsule holder. Particularly preferably, the dividing plane continues to run through the longitudinal axis of the closure part. Thus, relatively few components are required for the device. Another advantage of this arrangement is that a simple assembly and disassembly is guaranteed.

- a brewing device for example, a coffee machine 2 is shown, in which a device according to the invention is installed as a module 1.
- a device according to the invention With such a device, the contents of a capsule 3 can be extracted, which can be not only coffee, but also tea, or cocoa.
- the device according to the invention is not limited to use in such brewing devices for the production of beverages. It would also be conceivable to use chemical / scientific extraction equipment, for example for extracting samples that have been previously encapsulated for preservation purposes.
- the coffee machine 2 has a known manner on a casing 20, in which in addition to the module 1, a water tank 21 and a pump 22 are housed. The water is sucked in via a suction line 24 and fed to the module 1 via a pressure line 23. A heater not shown ensures the required water temperature and for the necessary water pressure. The finished coffee flows via a spout 27 into a cup 26 provided. Within the casing, a collecting container 25 for used capsules can also be arranged. For the coffee preparation, a capsule 3 is inserted in an upright position in the capsule holder 5 of the module 1. Subsequently, the pivot lever 11 is pivoted downward, wherein the closed position is reached.
- the pump is actuated, this can be done via a separate switch or automatically via a sensor.
- the pivot lever 11 is pivoted back up, wherein the capsule holder 5 further rotates first into the ejection position, so that the extracted capsule falls into the collecting container 25. Details of the module 1 will be described below.
- a support 10 is on a front side, a holding part of a closure part 7 is.
- This closure part has the actual injector head 16, which forms a pointed, calotte-shaped surface.
- the injector head is connected via a connecting piece 31 with the pressure side of the pump.
- the holding block 30 of the injector connected to a slide 15 is also mounted linearly displaceable.
- the capsule holder is mounted on axle stub 38, rotatable in the support 10.
- the disc-shaped capsule holder is provided with an approximately conical cavity 6, which can accommodate a capsule.
- a filter plate also provided with tips is arranged, wherein a derivative 18 can derive the resulting under the filter plate extract.
- a pivot lever 11 is articulated on the support 10, which has a coupling 12.
- This coupling 12 is pivotally connected via the coupling joint 34 with the actuating lever 11.
- the end 33 of the pivot lever 11 is provided with guide pins 37 which are connected on the one hand articulated to the carriage 15 and which on the other hand in a straight guide 36 in Support 10 intervene.
- a depression of the pivot lever 11 causes apparent a linear displacement of the closure part 7.
- the pivot lever 11 is further articulated at its end 33 directly to the support 10.
- the coupling 12 engages with its guide pin 37 articulated in the carriage 15, wherein the guide pins are guided in the straight guide 36.
- the holding block 30 is fixed to the closure part 7.
- a depression of the pivoting lever 11 obviously causes a displacement of the carriage 15 against the capsule holder 5.
- the rotational movement of the capsule holder 5 is effected via a curve control not described here in detail, from which in Fig. 2, a control cam 40 and a control pin 41 are barely visible.
- the pivoting movement of the capsule holder is carried out via control pin 41, which engages in a control cam 40 which is associated with the carriage 15.
- the control pin is seated on a control lever 42 (FIG. 5) which is placed on the axle stub 38.
- a spring element 43 Via a spring element 43, which also sits on the stub axle 38, the capsule holder 5 is biased in the receiving position.
- the further rotation of the capsule holder 5 from the closed position to the ejection position is achieved with a pawl 44 and a locking pin 45.
- a locking pin 45 is laterally arranged on the capsule holder, which cooperates with a pawl 44 on the support 10.
- the pawl 44 is initially overrun when approaching the closed position, but then abuts the locking pin 45 and thus causes the further retraction of the carriage 15 against the biasing force of the spring element 43 a further rotation until the Fe derelement is relaxed and returns the capsule holder back into the receiving position.
- FIGS. 6a to 6c show the closing movement of the pivoting lever 11 in different sequences. It is readily apparent how the closure member 7 moves against the rotating capsule holder 5, until at the end turn the extraction chamber is closed. According to Fig. 6a, the pivot lever assumes a position of 30 ° to the longitudinal central axis 39 of the module.
- the cavity 6 of the capsule holder 5 has already covered a rotary motion, and the axis 8 of the cavity is inclined to the longitudinal central axis 39 by 8.8 °.
- the control bolt 41 has already covered the greater part of the curved section of the control cam 40.
- the guide pin 37 has covered a little more than half of the way in the straight guide 36.
- the angle between the actuating lever 11 and the longitudinal central axis 39 is only 15 °.
- the axis 8 of the cavity 8 now practically coincides with the longitudinal central axis 39 of the module, and the capsule holder 5 is located immediately in front of the closure part 7.
- the pivoting lever 11 also extends in the longitudinal central axis 39, and the control bolt 41 has traveled the control cam 40 completely.
- the capsule holder 5 has now reached the closure part 7, whereby the actual extraction chamber 4 is formed.
- Figures 7 and 8 show the closed position B in more detail. Since a pressure of more than 10 bar builds up in the extraction chamber 4 during the extraction process, it must be ensured that this pressure can not reverse the lever mechanism. For this purpose, the pivot lever 11 must exceed the dead center and cover an additional locking angle Y. As described in the above-mentioned EP 1 500 357, the tips 19 of the injector head 16 in the closed position penetrate the cover foil of the capsule (not shown here) and the brewing water is introduced into the capsule through the openings 31 through the openings thus formed , When so constructed pressure in the capsule penetrate the tips 19 'on the filter plate 17 to the bottom of the capsule, and the extract is discharged through the discharge line 18.
- Figures 9 and 10 show the reaching of the ejection position C during pivoting back of the pivot lever 11. This position is achieved at a certain inclination of the pivot lever to the longitudinal central axis 39 according to FIG.
- the hinged to the guide pin 37 slide 15 has already moved back again, and the capsule holder 5 has rotated further to the longitudinal central axis 39 by an angle of 54 °.
- This rotation in the same direction despite reversing carriage movement is achieved in that the locking pin bears laterally against the pawl 44, which was run over during the forward movement of the carriage.
- the spring element 43 ensures that the capsule holder 5 is returned to the receiving position A shown in Fig. 4 again.
- FIGS. 11 to 28 show a further embodiment of a device 1, in which the capsule holder 5 is only pivotable and the closure part is only displaceably mounted.

- On the front of the axis a four-edged end of the axis 60 can be seen, on which the actuating lever can be fastened in a form-fitting manner.
- the support 10 only consists of two components, namely the support halves 58 and 59.
- Each of these support halves consists of a side wall extending in the longitudinal direction (e), on which a fastening section is formed on each short end face (cf., FIG. 12 for the support half 58).
- the support halves are separated from one another by the dividing plane T and can be connected to one another by means of fastening screws (cf., for example, FIG.
- the structural design of the capsule holder 5 on the one hand and the closure device 7 on the other hand easily recognizable.
- a filter plate 17 is arranged on the bottom of the cavity 6.
- the capsule holder 5 is approximately the same as the capsule holder according to the first exemplary embodiment (cf., for example, FIG. 4). In contrast to this capsule holder, however, it is not designed as a virtually full disc.

- an injector piston 29 see Fig. 25.
- a carriage 15 is arranged, which is slidably mounted in the support.
- the device 1 according to the second embodiment differs in a modified embodiment of the relative movement between the capsule holder 5 and Closure part 7. This relative movement will be explained in detail with reference to FIGS. 17 to 22 in particular.
- this device 1 differs from the device according to the first embodiment in that an aid 85 for removing the capsule from the cavity is attached to the closure part 7.
- FIGS. 13 and 14 show a disassembled capsule holder 5 of the device according to FIG. 11.
- the outer contour of the capsule holder 5 is circular in cross section (FIG. 14: without filter plate 17).
- the recesses 89 next to the cavity 6 in the closure part 5 serve to receive the withdrawal means designed as gripping means.
- At one end face of the capsule holder 5 - apart from a stub axle 38 '- different, eccentrically arranged stop elements can be seen.
- the elements 98 and 100 are stop means for fixing the receiving position and the closed position of the capsule holder.
- the element denoted by 68 is a positioning lug, which can cooperate with a positioning element (67, described in greater detail below, see FIG. This component is designed as an injection molded part made of plastic.

- the slide displaceably mounted in the support has a plurality of guide elements for guiding the displacement movement.
- longitudinal rails 95 and 96 are arranged on one side of the carriage. Between the rails 95 and 96 another, but circular guide element can be seen.
- two longitudinal rails are also arranged, wherein in Fig. 15, only the longitudinal rail 97 can be seen.
- FIG. 15 shows a plunger 63 whose front end defines an abutment portion 65. At this section closes in the longitudinal axis 9 (this longitudinal axis is the closing or opening direction of the closure part before) extending sliding portion 66 at.
- On the same side as the plunger positioning part 67 is still arranged.
- Fig. 16 shows a disassembled injector piston 29, which is part of the closure part.
- each opposing gripping elements 85 are arranged. These gripping elements have at the front a wedge-shaped section 88 and an adjoining this undercut 87.

- Figures 17a, b and c show the device in the receiving position (or starting position).
- the axis 8 of the cavity extends in the present case perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 9 of the device, which is defined by the displacement axis of the closure part 7.
- the carriage 15 of the closure part has a push element designed as a pusher 63.
- a stop element 64 is arranged, which does not quite touch the plunger in the receiving position. Becomes Now, the closure member in the e-direction (closing direction) moves, the stop element 64 is acted upon by the abutment portion 65 of the shock 7, whereby the capsule holder 5 would pivot in the direction indicated by d rotation direction.
- FIG. 18c shows the capsule holder 5 pivoted in this way. It can be seen that in this position (as shown in FIG. 18a) the capsule holder 5 is already in the closed position, in which the axis 8 of the cavity is congruent to the longitudinal axis or to the displacement axis of the closure part runs.
- the closure member 5 is pivoted so far that the stop member 64 is no longer touched by the abutting portion. Now, the stop element rests on a sliding portion 66 of the plunger.
- This sliding portion 66 forms a sliding surface for the stop member 64 in a continued movement of the carriage in the e direction. Since the sliding section 66 extends in the closing direction or parallel to the longitudinal axis 9, the capsule holder remains in the closed position (see FIG. 19c).
- a positioning part 67 is arranged on the carriage, with which the closed position of the capsule holder can be fixed.
- a positioning nose 68 is arranged on the capsule holder, which forms a stop for the positioning member 67.

- the movement of the closure member and the closure element are set via the axis 16 by the coupling arrangement with the connecting rod 61 and 62 in motion.
- the connecting rod 61 is fixedly connected to the axis 60.
- the connecting rods 61 and 62 are hinged together.
- a guide member 83 is arranged, which in an approximately quarter-circle shaped guide channel is feasible (see Fig. 17b to 22b).
- the sliding movement of the closure part could also be carried out with a coupling arrangement according to the first embodiment.
- a tension member 70 is arranged as a return means on the side opposite to the side with the plunger and the positioning part.
- the tension member is designed as a separate component which is pivotally mounted on a pivot axis 101 on the carriage 15.
- the tension member has an engagement member (74, see Fig. 17d), by means of which the front end in a control track 75 can be guided.
- a stop element 71 is arranged on the capsule holder. As FIGS. 17b to 19b show, the stop element 71 is not acted upon by the tension member 70 during the entire closing process (see in particular FIGS. 17b and 18b).
- the tension member can be swung back again.
- Fig. 22b the tension member 70 can be seen shortly before reaching the starting position.
- the capsule holder 5 can be pivoted again in the counter-rotation direction -d (see also Fig. 22a) and would the one shown in Fig. 17 Resume initial position.
- the pivoting back of the capsule holder 5 takes place by utilizing a restoring force of a spring arrangement which biases the capsule holder in the receiving position.
- This spring arrangement with a spring element (43) is shown in particular in FIG. 25.
- the tension member is biased by means of a helical tension spring in the starting position.
- the spring element 80 causes a restoring force, whereby the tension member is forced into the upper longitudinal track section 76 when the transverse track section 79 (see FIG. In the closed position of the capsule holder 5 and the closure part 7, a capsule 3 is locked in the cavity 6.
- the gripping element 85 engages with the capsule collar 36.
- the undercut 86 of the gripper element 85 acts as a stop for the capsule collar 86, as a result of which the capsule 3 can be pulled out of the cavity 6.
- Such extraction by this means is shown in Fig. 20a.
- the at least partial withdrawal of the capsule allows the capsule to fall down due to gravity. This is indicated in Fig. 21a.
- Fig. 23 shows the device 1 in the closed position, but in contrast to the illustration of FIG. 11 rotated. From this it can be seen in particular that on the support half 59 in the storage of the capsule holder 5, a damping element 81 is integrated. This damping element 81 is held by a bracket of the spring element 43 in the camp. The bracket itself is fixed to a Einsteckfix ist 91 on the support. As can be seen from the sectional view according to FIG. 25, the spring element 43 is designed as a leg spring. A leg spring is particularly suitable for producing a bias of the capsule holder 5 in the receiving position. It can be seen from FIG. 25 that the injector head 16 provided with penetrating means is arranged together with the injector head holder 82 in the injector piston 29.
- the injector piston 29 is held displaceably by means of a helical compression spring for generating a prestress in a bearing of the closure part.
- This bearing is made in one piece with the carriage 15.
- This closure member arrangement with said spring element allows compensation of the tolerances caused by the moving mechanical components.

- the injector piston can be displaced against the capsule holder 3 to produce a dense extraction chamber.
- two O-rings for sealing the injector head and the injector piston are shown in FIG.
- a check valve equipped with a spring element 84 is activated or opened only when a predetermined pressure is exceeded and prevents unwanted reflux of the extractant.
- FIGS. 26 to 28 again show some design details of the device 1 according to the second exemplary embodiment.

- Figures 27 and 28 show in particular the pivotable mounting of the tension member 70 on the carriage 15.
- the pivot axis 92 is indicated in Fig. 28. From Fig. 27 it can be seen that the spring element 80 is arranged for the tension member in a longitudinal groove to ensure its freedom of movement.
- FIG. 29 A first embodiment of such a system is shown schematically in FIG. 29 (this system is also implemented in the device eg according to FIG. 29).
- the closure part 7 (or actually only the injector piston, see Fig. 25) can be hydraulically pressed by means of a piston assembly 94 against the capsule holder.
- the piston assembly is fed by a pressure water source designated 90.
- the pressurized water source is identical to the feedwater source (indicated for example by a water tank 21).
- the brewing system for extracting the extraction material on the one hand and the hydraulic system for producing the dense extraction chamber are formed separately from each other.
- Such an arrangement with separate systems is shown in FIG.
- the systems can be separated, for example, by having separate water connections. It would even be conceivable that each system has a water tank.
- Figures 31 to 38 show an alternative device in which the capsule holder 5 is slidable on the carriage 15 against the fixed closure part.
- the pivotal movement of the capsule holder is evidently controlled by a closed control cam, wherein each carriage movement is associated with a separate control track.
- the embodiment of the control curve described below could also be used in the device according to the second embodiment. According to FIGS. 31 and 32, this is achieved by means of a control plate 48 which is arranged on one side on the support 10 and which has a closed control path 49 on the inside.
- the inside of this closed control path is controlled by a softened 50 formed, which has a vertex 52 and which is pivotally mounted about a pin joint 51 under spring bias, that the vertex 52 always closes the lower track portion 54.
- the upper track section 55 merges with the lower track section 54 to form a straight section 53.
- the control pin 41 disposed on the capsule holder 5 picks up the entire control track 49 in the course of the reciprocation of the carriage 15.
- the receiving position A is shown.
- the carriage 15 is in its initial position, which he occupies before the pivot lever 11 is actuated.
- the control pin 41 is in its home position, at which the lower track section 54 and the upper track section 55 unite.
- the control switch 50 is pretensioned in a clockwise direction.
- the control pin 41 moves the lower track section 54 away, passing over the closed switch at the point 52, so that it penetrates into the straight section 53.
- FIGS. 35 and 36 show the closed position B with fully advanced carriage and with closed extraction chamber 4.
- the control pin 41 is at the end of the straight section 53rd
- Figures 37 and 38 show the ejection position C with the control pin 41 at the zenith of the upper track portion 55. Until reaching this position, the capsule holder 5 is further rotated in the same direction of rotation until it reaches the maximum ejection position. During the further pivoting movement of the pivoting lever 11 upwards verses the capsule holder 5 its rotational movement until the control pin 41 has returned to its original position.
