Abstract

Invent is concerning a new product in static reinforcement of the bathtub shell. With that we solve the problem of quick, easy, economical and conformed production process. By using the same material in production of sub shell and the bathtub shell which is reinforced, and using binding materials received as waste, we simplified the production and eliminate toxic material. Sub shell (2) follows the basic shape of bathtub shell (1) with profiled convexes applied with solution thru straight surfaces (5) . The connection comes after one hour, and the tune of full toughening after 12 hours.

Description

VACUUMED-FORMED OR INJECTED SUB SHELL FOR STATIC REINFORCEMENT OF BATHUB SHELL
Technical area:
These invent belonging in area of sanitary and bath equipment from plastic materials.
Technical problem:
Technical problem solved with this invent is in following: how to solve static reinforcement of bathtub shell without using of polyesters resins, glass fibers, fillers and toxic volatile solvents, and to have final product same or better quality. With new way of production, different from all others until now, we are getting a product of high quality from static reinforcement aspect, stability, durable and better thermal isolation qualities.
Technical conditions:
Known until now, usually and most used process, concerning the production of bathtubs from plastic polymers allude additional reinforcement. Reinforcement of vacuumed or injected bathtub shell is usually performed as bank mixture of polyester resin, glass fiber and fillers, with using of specific chemical components as catalysts and solvents for chemical reactions. The whole process is performed with using of expensive equipment for application. With this procedure is acquired static reinforcement of bathtub shell.
However, this usual method in production meant a lot of shortages, which are rejected with this invention. Important shortages in specified technical conditions are:
Length of production process
Ecological unaccepted production process because of the issue of toxic and flammable substances.
Using of glass fibers in production process and in final installation of product is high risk from mechanical injury of workers.
High participation of different materials.
Expensive equipment for application of polyester resin and glass fiber.
Because of the better attachment of polyester resin for bathtub shell, necessary is to use more material which result higher losses.
Recycling, which is routine in production of plastic materials, is impossible because using of few different materials.
In this usual procedure bathtub shells are only static reinforced with appliance of polyester resin, but nothing important isn't acquired concerning the thermal isolation, which is result with fast losses of water temperature.
Just because aforesaid shortages, author has change and made completely new procedure in bathtub production from plastic polymers, which improved the quality of final product, and renounce the shortages.
EXPOSURE OF INVENT ESSENCE
The invent is related of a completely new procedure in static reinforcement of bathtub shell. The process is related to production one or more sub shells fro same material as bathtub shell is made. In part of production process which means mechanical treatment of bathtub outside lines and drilling the holes for connecting with canalization network, comes to losing the material, which with this invent become recyclable because is without admixture. Waste material in this part of process is collecting and with addition of solvent we get appliance for connecting bathtub shells with sub shells. One or more sub shells are made from the same material as bathtub shell by vacuuming or injecting of plastic material. Basic shape of sub shell follows the shape of the bathtub shell, therewith the sub shell is with all her surface profiled with properly disposed multi angular geometrical convex bodies, like bees comb.
Profiled multi angular parts are convex on inside part of sub shell, and on their upperparts laying bathtub shell, with her all outside surface.

Description of procedure

Detailed description of invent
1. Description of procedure: Necessary equipment for production of vacuumed- injected sub shell for static reinforcement of bath tub shell is the same, already existed in usual production of bathtub shell. Depending if the production process is made by vacuuming or injecting, this is vacuuming machine or injecting machine. Mould used for wanted shape, has identical size like the mould for producing of basic semi product- bath tub shell. The difference is in mould surface, who gives profiled shape looking of sub shell, with multi angular convexes in inner side of sub shell. In vacuuming process in first phase, plastic sheet, straight surface, the same or unimportant larger dimensions considering the sheet for bathtub shell production ( exact measures are not important) is heated. In second phase heated sheet is formed by the mould placed in vacuum forming machine. From the first vacuuming cycle sheet becomes his final shape of sub shell. In the next phase acquired sub shell profiled with convexes on its inner side are embrocated with thin layer of saturated solution. For production of saturated solution can be used benzyl solvents in which are added wasted plastic materials given thru the finishing of sub shell and bathtub shell. In specific tank solvent and plastic materials are mixing until getting the saturated solution. In thin layer the solution are applied with hand brush or with applicator for spraying on straight horizontal surfaces of profiled convexes on sub shell. The next phase follows right after appliance of the solution. Bathtub shell is placed in sub shell. With its whole outside surface she lays on inside surface of the sub shell thru straight parts of surface applied with solution. The way of binding process is in resolving the sub shell and bath tub shell surface in contact with solution. Binding process lasts up to one hour, depending on thickness of solution layer and outside temperature. The time of full toughening lasts up to 12 hours. After binding, follows mechanical finishing of outside lines and drilling connection holes. Concerning the injecting process, producing the sub shells are in melting of plastic materials and injecting under pressure in specific moulds.
Looking at the pictures 1-4 we can see the construction of vacuumed or injected sub shell for static reinforcement of the bathtub shell.
On example given on picture 1 , we can see the look of inner part of sub shell (2) and the part of the bathtub shell (1). Profiled convexes of sub shell (2), are geometrically formed in shape of any possible angular, herewith upper surface (5) is straight, and lateral sides(4) are straight, curved or can have other form. Profiled parts of sub shell (2), are on specific mutual reach (6). The height of profiled convexes of the sub shell (2), must be notable lower dimensions concerning length and width. The looking of sub shell connected with bath tub shell shown is on vertically section CC on picture 3. The sub shell (2) follows the basic shape of the bathtub shell (1). Bathtub shell (1) with its whole outside surface, is laying on sub shell (2) reclining on upper straight surfaces profiled convexes (5). One element of the sub shell-meaning profiled convex shown on picture 4, looks at the upper straight surface (5) and lateral parts (6).
According to everything said, any changes in number, size, shape of multi angular geometrical bodies and plastic materials used in production process of vacuuming- injecting of sub shell, but in mount of shown solution are involved with this request.
The way of industrial and other appliances of invent
The ways of appliance of invent results on obvious way from previously. All characteristics of invent by the question of procedure and construction, inventor has successfully predict on production of few pieces of examples and tested in sense of stability, strength, intensity and other. Important is that industrial production of this invent, with this described process, is possible in all factories and manufactures for plastic production. Whereas on particularity of larger surfaces made from plastic materials in sense of stability, strength, intensity and flexibility with these procedure and construction of the sub shell we remove all shortages from technical aspect. This procedure gives high possibilities and appliances in bathtub production and also in production of other sanitary equipment, in construction, in furniture industry, car industry, etc...

Claims

PATENT CLAIM
1. Vacuumed-injected sub shell for static reinforcement of bathtub shell signified with that, which concerns production of sub shell from plastic materials which are the same like materials that bathtub shell is made.
2. Sub shell by request 1, signified with that, which in connecting process with bath tub shell using plastic material received as waste in sub shell outline treatment and drilling of holes for connecting on canalization network. The waste is collected and in specific tank mixed with solvent on benzyl base until final solvent.
3. Vacuumed-injected sub shell by request 1, signified with that, which is on inner side applied with solvent, after what is in sub shell placed bathtub shell. On that moment start the process of binding.
4. Vacuum-injected sub shell for static reinforcement of bathtub shell, by request 2, signified with that, that construction and basic shape of the sub shell (2), follows the shape of the bathtub shell (1).
5. Vacuumed-injected sub shell by request 2, signified with that, which the whole her surface is profiled, with convexes on inner side with straight upper sides (5).
6. Vacuumed-injected sub shell, by request 2, signified with that, which outside part of the bathtub shell with its all surface recline and connect with straight upper surfaces profiled convexes (5).
