Abstract
Plant for the integral packaging of fluent products in vertical stand-up containers, thermoformed by a refolded ribbon, with the whole technological process laid-out over two horizontal superposed planes. In the upper plane (1) the refolded ribbon performs the operation of thermoforming stand-up containers; later these containers are moved to the lower plane (2) where are performed the filling, the capping, the sealing and the trimming of the containers. The resulting stand-up containers are vertically steady on a horizontal support surface.
Description
PLANT FOR THE INTEGRAL PACKAGING OF FLUENT PRODUCTS IN VERTICAL STAND-UP CONTAINERS THERMOFORMED BY A REFOLDED RIBBON.
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to the plant technology for the packaging of fluids, doughs, powders, granules or similar products in vertical containers thermoformed with ribbon of thermo workable material. Such plants are included by the international classification B65b.
STATE OF THE ART
Is known the swiss patent CH 361662 showing a machine for producing stand-up bottles starting with a hard ribbon of polyvinyl chloride. In this patent is made clear that the hard ribbon, heated and refolded downwards, is subjected to pneumatic thermoforming in order to obtain stand-up bottles.
Is also known the german patent DE 3141069, showing a packaging line which starts from two different roll of thermoworkable material and includes some equipments for the pre-heating, perimetral thermosealing, filling and sealing operations. These equipments are aligned on a path that results to be extremely long. Furthermore, in this plant the bottles have on the bottom a sealing fin whose realization requires complicated delivery operations.
The problem to be solved is to realize a compact thermoforming plant, with a short longitudinal layout, being able to package stand-up containers.
DESCRIPTION
The invention is better made clear by the following detailed description, with reference to the figures of the attached drawings, by way of a non limitative example.
Figure 1 is a scheme of a plant fed with upwards refolded ribbon.
Figure 2 is a scheme of a plant fed with downwards refolded ribbon.
Figure 3 is a frontal view of a vertical container filled and sealed and resulting as stand-up.
Figure 4 is a side view of the container filled and sealed.
Figure 5 is a view from above of a container filled and seales.
Figure 6 is a perspective partial scheme showing the upper ending of the container with a cap inserted before the sealing.
Figure 7 is a perspective view of a container filled and sealed.
Figure 8 is a partial view of a container with a protruding appendix.
Figure 9 is a partial side view of the protruding appendix showing also a spike.
Figure 10 is a cross section of the container showing a spike inserted.
Figure 11 is a side section of the container showing the spike inserted for the delivery.
Figure 12 is a parial section showing an appendix with a conic ending.
Figure 13 shows a spike piercing the conic ending.
Figure 14 shows the appendix equipped with a elastic cap peirced by a spike.
Figure IS shows the elastic cap self closed.
Figure 16 is scheme of a plant packaging threaded-neck containers.
Figure 17 shows the filling phase during the thermoforming process.
Figure 18 shows the sealing phase.
Figure 19 is a frontal view of the stand up container.
Figure 20 is a side view of the stand up container.
In the figures of the attached drawings every single detail is marked as follows:
1 schematizes the upper horizontal plane over which are performed the operations of the pneumatic thermoforming of stand-up containers, starting from a refolded ribbon of thermoworkable material.
2 schematizes the lower plane over which are performed the operations of filling, capping, sealing and trimming the containers.
3 is the feeding of a ribbon refolded upwards
3' is the feeding of a ribbon refolded downwards.
4 indicates the thermoforming station of container with the bottom upwards. 4'indicates the thermoforming station of container with the bottom downwards.
5 indicates the containers shifting vertical station. 5' indicates the containers overturning station.
6 indicates the containers filling process.
7 indicates the cap inserting process on the container's neck.
8 indicates the containers thermosea-ing process.
9 indicates the trimming process of the filled, capped and sealed containers.
10 indicates the packaged container set vertically with the bottom on a horizontal support ground.
11 indicates the container's bottom face.
12 is the container's closing cap.
13 is the upper sealing zone.
14 are the perimetral thermosealing fins, that are present only on the container's sides.
15 is a plane ending of the protruding appendix.
16 is the protruding appendix.
17 is a spike.
18 is a hook.
19 is a hole for hanging the container.
20 is a conic ending of the protruding appendix.
21 is a elastic cap inserted in the appendix.
22 indicates the self reclosed hole made by the spike.
23 indicates the container with a threaded-neck.
24 is the threaded-neck.
25 is the totally thermoformed thread.
The clearness of the figures enlights the compactness of the plant, which performs the whole technological process over two different superposed planes in order to reduce the longitudinal layout and the overall dimensions.
The invention is obviously susceptible of several changes of practical realization, in the structural proportioning and in the technological choices of the construction materials.
Will be therefore included in the present invention all those plants for the integral packaging of stand-up containers, thermoformed by a refolded ribbon, where the whole technological process is realized over two supeφosed horizontal planes, as described, shown and hereinafter claimed
Claims
1) Plant for the integral packaging of fluent products in vertical stand-up containers thermoformed by a refolded ribbon, characterized by the fact that the whole technological process is realized over two horizontal supeφosed planes: upon the upper plane (1) the refolded ribbon is subjected to the thermoforming of stand-up containers that are later moved on the lower plane (2) where the filling, sealing and perimetral trimming operations are performed.
2) Plant for the integral packaging of fluent products in vertical stand-up containers thermoformed by a refolded ribbon, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that during the packaging process is performed a sealed appendix (16) upon the container, in order to optimize the action of piercing and pouring devices; this appendix can also be equipped with an elastic self-closing diaphrag
3) Plant for the integral packaging of fluent products in vertical stand-up containers thermoformed by a refolded ribbon, according to previous claims, characterized by the fact that it realizes a screwed-neck shaped appendix upon the container.
4) Plant for the integral packaging of fluids, doughs, powders, granules or similar products in vertical stand-up containers thermoformed by a refolded ribbon, according to claim 3, characterized by the fact that the neck doesn't interfere with the perimetral thermosealing fin and it presents all the entire thread totally thermoformed and being able to ensure the absolute tightness of the container's closing, after the partial pouring of the content, by the screwing down of congruently threaded devices
