Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verpackungsbehälter mit einem Entgasungsventil nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. In einem derartigen beispielsweise aus der EP-A-144 011 bekannten, durch Schweißnähte dicht verschlossenen Verpackungsbeutel ist das Füllgut vor dem Zutritt von Luft bzw. Luftsauerstoff geschützt. Die im Bereich der Blase, die als Kanal mit an den Enden des Beutels an den Schnittkanten angeordneten Öffnungen ausgebildet ist, bei Gleichdruck oder geringem Überdruck aufeinanderliegβnden Schichten verhindern wie ein Überdruckventil einen Gasaustausch. Das vom Füllgut erzeugte Gas, beispielsweise bei Kaffee Kohlendioxid, kann jedoch bei steigendem Überdruck im Beutelinnern durch den als Perforation ausgebildeten Durchbruch in der inneren Schicht des Mehrschichtpackstoffs in den Kanal eindringen, dort die beiden den Kanal begrenzenden Schichten auseinanderdrücken und durch die Öffnungen am Ende des Kanals ins Freie abströmen. Nach Abbau des Überdrucks legen sich die beiden Schichten durch ihre inneren Spannungen wieder abdichtend aufeinander, so daß ein Eindringen von Luft in das Beutelinnere verhindert wird.
Nachteilig bei dem bekannten Beutel ist, daß aufgrund der verhältnismäßig großen Länge des Kanals und aufgrund von Faltkanten und Knickfalten am Kopf und Boden und nahe den Verschlußnähten der Beutelpackung durch Spannungen im Packstoff Drosselstellen gebildet werden, durch die der Öffnungsdruck des Überdruckventils sehr hoch eingestellt wird. Durch einen Innendruck, der beispielsweise 10 mbar übersteigt, wird jedoch die Beutelpackung so aufgebläht, daß sie ein unschönes Aussehen annimmt und mancher Verbraucher dadurch, eine verdorbene Ware vermutet.The invention relates to a packaging container with a degassing valve according to the preamble of claim 1. Silikonöl angeordnet, das Unebenheiten der Schichtoberflächen ausfüllt und durch Adhäsion die Schichtbereiche gegeneinander zieht. In Deckung mit dem Kanal 11 sind in der inneren Schicht 8 des Mehrschichtpackstoffs in gleichen Abständen Durchbrüche in Form von Schlitzen 12 angeordnet. Längsversetzt zu diesen Schlitzen 12 sind ebenfalls in Deckung des Kanals 11 auch in der äußeren Schicht 7 des Mehrschichtpackstoffs Schlitze 13 angeordnet. Die Weite der Schlitze ist sehr gering, so das Staubpartikel des Füllguts am Durchtritt gehindert werden. Der Abstand der zueinander versetzten Schlitze 12, 13 in der inneren und in der äußeren Schicht 8, 7 beträgt etwa 3 bis 20 mm. Die Schlitze 12, 13 werden vor dem Laminieren der einzelnen Schichten 7, 8 in die Folien eingeschnitten und darauf diese Folien so zusammengeführt, daß der beschriebene Versatz der Schlitze 12, 13 zueinander gebildet wird. Vorzugsweise erstreckt sich der Kanal 11 in Längsrichtung der laminierten Schichten 7 und 8, so daß er einfach auf bekannten Maschinen herstellbar ist. Der Kanal kann jedoch auch quer zur Längsrichtung der Packstoffbahnen verlaufen; in diesem Falle wird er in Abhängigkeit von der Beutellänge beim Laminieren des Mehrschichtpackstoffs ausgebildet. Ergänzend wird bemerkt, daß der Kanal 11 sieb nicht über die gesamte Länge oder Breite eines Beutels erstrecken muß, sondern innerhalb eines Teils einer Wand des Beutels sich erstrecken kann. Beim vorliegenden Beispiels sind mehrere Schlitze 12, 13 im Bereich des Kanals 11 eines Beutels vorgesehen. Packaging container with a degassing valve, which is formed from a multilayer packaging material with at least one flexible outer layer, in which the layers are firmly connected to one another except in a certain area in which they lie loosely on one another to form a bubble, the bubble being formed by at least one opening in the inner layer is connected to the inside of the container, characterized in that a breakthrough (13) is arranged in the outer layer (7) to offset the opening (12) in the inner layer (8) and the bladder ( 11) connects with the environment.
2. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Durchbrüche (12, 13) einen Abstand von 3 bis 20 mm voneinander haben.2. Packaging container according to claim 1, characterized in that the two openings (12, 13) have a distance of 3 to 20 mm from each other.
3. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchbrücne die Form eines Schlitzes (12, 13), eines Ausschnittes oder einer Perforierung haben.3. Packaging container according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the openings have the shape of a slot (12, 13), a cutout or a perforation.
4. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforierung mehrere nahe beieinanderliegende kleine Löcher umfaßt. 4. Packaging container according to claim 3, characterized in that the perforation comprises a plurality of closely spaced small holes.
