In particular, if the wall members 10 , 20 , 30 , and 40 and the roof member 50 are made of cardboard, a ready-to-assemble house 1 having a superior deodorization effect and sound-proofing effect is realized.
  • the wall members 10 , 20 , 30 , and 40 , and the roof member 50 are each made of a single flat piece of cardboard or heavy paper before assembly. For this reason, it is possible to reduce the amount of space required for storage of the ready-to-assemble house 1 before assembly.
  • the ready-to-assemble house 1 is configured to be assembled by folding the wall members 10 , 20 , 30 , and 40 and the roof member 50 along folding lines and cutting them along cut lines. For this reason, a ready-to-assemble house 1 that is easy to assemble is realized.

Abstract

A ready-to-assemble house having sufficient strength is provided. A ready-to-assemble house includes wall members that are made of cardboard or heavy paper. A side end portion of the wall member is fixed to a side end portion of the wall member. A side end portion of the wall member is fixed to a side end portion of the wall member. A side end portion and a side end portion of the wall member are respectively connected to a side end portion of the wall member and a side end portion of the wall member. The wall member is configured such that the side end portion becomes shaped as a rectangular column by being folded along folding lines.

  • TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to a ready-to-assemble house made of paper.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • When a disaster such as an earthquake has occurred, there are cases where a large number of disaster victims are forced to live together in a single evacuation shelter. In order to relieve the psychological burden on the disaster victims even a small amount at such an evacuation shelter, there is desire to retain private space for the disaster victims. A means for retaining such private space is disclosed in Patent Literature 1, for example. This literature discloses the creation of partitions by folding a single piece of cardboard in order to divide the space between disaster victims.

  • SUMMARY OF INVENTION Technical Problem
  • The partitions in Patent Literature 1 retain a minimum level of private space, which makes it possible to relieve the psychological burden on disaster victims to a certain extent. However, due to these partitions being made of cardboard, concern remains about strength. These concerns about strength lead to an increased psychological burden on the disaster victims.
  • Solution to Problem
  • The present invention was achieved in light of the aforementioned issues, and an object thereof is to provide a ready-to-assemble house that has sufficient strength.
  • A ready-to-assemble house according to the present invention includes: first to fourth plate-shaped members made of cardboard or heavy paper, wherein the first plate-shaped member has a plurality of folding lines in a first side end portion and is configured such that the first side end portion becomes shaped as a column having n sides (n being an integer greater than or equal to 3) by being folded along the folding lines, the second plate-shaped member is configured such that a first side end portion is fixed to a second side end portion of the first plate-shaped member, the third plate-shaped member is configured such that a first side end portion is fixed to a second side end portion of the second plate-shaped member, and the fourth plate-shaped member is configured such that a first side end portion is fixed to a second side end portion of the third plate-shaped member, and a second side end portion is fixed to the first side end portion of the first plate-shaped member.
  • In this ready-to-assemble house, the first side end portion of the second plate-shaped member is fixed to the second side end portion of the first plate-shaped member, the first side end portion of the third plate-shaped member is fixed to the second side end portion of the second plate-shaped member, the first side end portion of the fourth plate-shaped member is fixed to the second side end portion of the third plate-shaped member, and the second side end portion of the fourth plate-shaped member is fixed to the first side end portion of the first plate-shaped member, thus forming the space surrounded by the first to fourth plate-shaped members. Accordingly, it is possible to retain sufficient private space. Furthermore, the first side end portion of the first plate-shaped member can become shaped as a column having n sides by the first side end portion being folded along the folding lines. This side end portion functions as a support column and raises the strength of the ready-to-assemble house after assembly.
  • Advantageous Effects of Invention
  • According to the present invention, a ready-to-assemble house having sufficient strength is realized.

  • DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
  • Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that in the description of the drawings, like elements are denoted by like reference numerals, and redundant descriptions are omitted.
  • First Embodiment
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of a ready-to-assemble house according to the present invention. Also, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the ready-to-assemble house in FIG. 1. A ready-to-assemble house 1 includes a wall member 10 (first plate-shaped member), a wall member 20 (second plate-shaped member), a wall member 30 (third plate-shaped member), and a wall member 40 (fourth plate-shaped member), and has a space S1 surrounded by these wall members 10, 20, 30, and 40. The size of the space S1 is, for example, approximately 1 m in width (the gap between the wall member 20 and the wall member 40), approximately 1.3 m in depth (the gap between the wall member 10 and the wall member 30), and approximately 2 m in height. This ready-to-assemble house 1 can be used as an enclosure for when disaster victims relieve themselves at an evacuation shelter, for example. The wall members 10, 20, 30, and 40 are each made of cardboard or heavy paper.
  • The ready-to-assemble house 1 further includes a roof member 50 (fifth plate-shaped member) that covers the space S1 from above. The roof member 50 is also made of cardboard or heavy paper.
  • The wall member 20 is configured such that a side end portion 20 a (first side end portion) is fixed to a side end portion 10 b (second side end portion) of the wall member 10. The wall member 30 is configured such that a side end portion 30 a (first side end portion) is fixed to a side end portion 20 b (second side end portion) of the wall member 20. Also, the wall member 40 is configured such that a side end portion 40 a (first side end portion) is fixed to a side end portion 30 b (second side end portion) of the wall member 30, and a side end portion 40 b (second side end portion) is fixed to a side end portion 10 a (first side end portion) of the wall member 10.
  • FIG. 3 is a plan view of the wall member 10. The wall member 10 is made of one piece of cardboard or heavy paper and has a horizontally symmetrical structure. Four folding lines L11 a to L14 a are formed in the side end portion 10 a of the wall member 10. The wall member 10 is configured such that the side end portion 10 a is formed into a rectangular column by being folded along these folding lines L11 a to L14 a. Specifically, the side end portion 10 a is formed into a rectangular column by mountain-folding it along the folding lines L11 a to L14 a at approximately right angles (see FIGS. 1 and 2).
  • Furthermore, cut lines C11 a and C12 a are formed in the side end portion 10 a. The cut lines C11 a are formed between the folding line L11 a and the outer periphery of the wall member 10. The cut lines C12 a are formed between the folding line L11 a and the folding line L12 a. Also, hole portions 18 a are formed in the side end portion 10 a. Here, the gap between the folding line L11 a and the folding line L12 a is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L13 a and the folding line L14 a. Similarly, the gap between the folding line L12 a and the folding line L13 a is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L14 a and the hole portions 18 a.
  • Claw portions 14 a and 16 a are formed by cutting along the cut lines C11 a and C12 a and then folding the side end portion 10 a along the folding lines L11 a to L14 a. During assembly, the claw portions 14 a are, along with later-described claw portions 44 b of the wall member 40, inserted into the hole portions 18 a (see FIG. 1). Also, the claw portions 16 a are inserted into later-described hole portions 48 b of the wall member 40. Accordingly, in the ready-to-assemble house 1 after assembly, the rectangular column shape of the side end portion 10 a is maintained, and the side end portion 10 a of the wall member 10 and the side end portion 40 b of the wall member 40 are fixed to each other.
  • Folding lines L11 b to L14 b are formed in the side end portion 10 b of the wall member 10. The wall member 10 is configured such that the side end portion 10 b is formed into a rectangular column by being folded along these folding lines L11 b to L14 b. Specifically, the side end portion 10 b is formed into a rectangular column by mountain-folding it along the folding lines L11 b to L14 b at approximately right angles (see FIGS. 1 and 2).
  • Furthermore, cut lines C11 b and C12 b are formed in the side end portion 10 b. The cut lines C11 b are formed between the folding line L11 b and the outer periphery of the wall member 10. The cut lines C12 b are formed between the folding line L11 b and the folding line L12 b. Also, hole portions 18 b are formed in the side end portion 10 b. Here, the gap between the folding line L11 b and the folding line L12 b is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L13 b and the folding line L14 b. Similarly, the gap between the folding line L12 b and the folding line L13 b is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L14 b and the hole portions 18 b.
  • Claw portions 14 b and 16 b are formed by cutting along the cut lines C11 b and C12 b and then folding the side end portion 10 b along the folding lines L11 b to L14 b. During assembly, the claw portions 14 b are, along with later-described claw portions 24 a of the wall member 20, inserted into the hole portions 18 b (see FIG. 1). Also, the claw portions 16 b are inserted into later-described hole portions 28 a of the wall member 20. Accordingly, in the ready-to-assemble house 1 after assembly, the rectangular column shape of the side end portion 10 b is maintained, and the side end portion 10 b of the wall member 10 and the side end portion 20 a of the wall member 20 are fixed to each other.
  • A folding line L15 and a cut line C13 are formed in the central portion of the wall member 10. A door 12 is obtained by cutting along the cut line C13. The door 12 is opened by folding it along the folding line L15, thus making it possible to enter and exit the space S1 (see FIG. 1).
  • FIG. 4 is a plan view of the wall member 20. The wall member 20 is made of one piece of cardboard or heavy paper and has a horizontally symmetrical structure. Claw portions 24 a and hole portions 28 a are formed in a side end portion 20 a of the wall member 20. The claw portions 24 a are formed so as to protrude from the outer periphery of the wall member 20. A gap d21 between the hole portions 28 a and the outer periphery of the wall member 20 is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L11 b and the folding line L12 b in the wall member 10. During assembly, the claw portions 24 a are inserted into the hole portions 18 b of the wall member 10. Also, the claw portions 16 b of the wall member 10 are inserted into the hole portions 28 a.
  • Claw portions 24 b and hole portions 28 b are formed in a side end portion 20 b of the wall member 20. The claw portions 24 b are formed so as to protrude from the outer periphery of the wall member 20. A gap d22 between the hole portions 28 b and the outer periphery of the wall member 20 is approximately equal to the gap between later-described folding lines L31 a and L32 a in the wall member 30. During assembly, the claw portions 24 b are inserted into later-described hole portions 38 a of the wall member 30. Also, later-described claw portions 36 a of the wall member 30 are inserted into the hole portions 28 b.
  • FIG. 5 is a plan view of the wall member 30. The wall member 30 is made of one piece of cardboard or heavy paper and has a horizontally symmetrical structure. The structure of the wall member 30 is the same as the structure of the wall member 10, with the exception that the folding line L15 and the cut line C13 are not formed. Specifically, four folding lines L31 a to L34 a are formed in a side end portion 30 a of the wall member 30. The wall member 30 is configured such that the side end portion 30 a is formed into a rectangular column by being folded along these folding lines L31 a to L34 a. Specifically, the side end portion 30 a is formed into a rectangular column by mountain-folding it along the folding lines L31 a to L34 a at approximately right angles (see FIGS. 1 and 2).
  • Furthermore, cut lines C31 a and C32 a are formed in the side end portion 30 a. The cut lines C31 a are formed between the folding line L31 a and the outer periphery of the wall member 30. The cut lines C32 a are formed between the folding line L31 a and the folding line L32 a. Also, hole portions 38 a are formed in the side end portion 30 a. Here, the gap between the folding line L31 a and the folding line L32 a is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L33 a and the folding line L34 a. Similarly, the gap between the folding line L32 a and the folding line L33 a is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L34 a and the hole portions 38 a.
  • Claw portions 34 a and 36 a are formed by cutting along the cut lines C31 a and C32 a and then folding the side end portion 30 a along the folding lines L31 a to L34 a. During assembly, the claw portions 34 a are, along with the claw portions 24 b of the wall member 20, inserted into the hole portions 38 a. Also, the claw portions 36 a are inserted into the hole portions 28 b of the wall member 20. Accordingly, in the ready-to-assemble house 1 after assembly, the rectangular column shape of the side end portion 30 a is maintained, and the side end portion 30 a of the wall member 30 and the side end portion 20 b of the wall member 20 are fixed to each other.
  • Folding lines L31 b to L34 b are formed in the side end portion 30 b of the wall member 30. The wall member 30 is configured such that the side end portion 30 b is formed into a rectangular column by being folded along these folding lines L31 b to L34 b. Specifically, the side end portion 30 b is formed into a rectangular column by mountain-folding it along the folding lines L31 b to L34 b at approximately right angles (see FIGS. 1 and 2).
  • Furthermore, cut lines C31 b and C32 b are formed in the side end portion 30 b. The cut lines C31 b are formed between the folding line L31 b and the outer periphery of the wall member 30. The cut lines C32 b are formed between the folding line L31 b and the folding line L32 b. Also, hole portions 38 b are formed in the side end portion 30 b. Here, the gap between the folding line L31 b and the folding line L32 b is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L33 b and the folding line L34 b. Similarly, the gap between the folding line L32 b and the folding line L33 b is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L34 b and the hole portions 38 b.
  • Claw portions 34 b and 36 b are formed by cutting along the cut lines C31 b and C32 b and then folding the side end portion 30 b along the folding lines L31 b to L34 b. During assembly, the claw portions 34 b are, along with later-described claw portions 44 a of the wall member 40, inserted into the hole portions 38 b. Also, the claw portions 36 b are inserted into later-described hole portions 48 a of the wall member 40. Accordingly, in the ready-to-assemble house 1 after assembly, the rectangular column shape of the side end portion 30 b is maintained, and the side end portion 30 b of the wall member 30 and the side end portion 40 a of the wall member 40 are fixed to each other.
  • FIG. 6 is a plan view of the wall member 40. The wall member 40 is made of one piece of cardboard or heavy paper and has a horizontally symmetrical structure. The structure of the wall member 40 is the same as the structure of the wall member 20. Specifically, claw portions 44 a and hole portions 48 a are formed in a side end portion 40 a of the wall member 40. The claw portions 44 a are formed so as to protrude from the outer periphery of the wall member 40. A gap d41 between the hole portions 48 a and the outer periphery of the wall member 40 is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L31 b and the folding line L32 b in the wall member 30. During assembly, the claw portions 44 a are inserted into the hole portions 38 b of the wall member 30. Also, the claw portions 36 b of the wall member 30 are inserted into the hole portions 48 a.
  • Claw portions 44 b and hole portions 48 b are formed in a side end portion 40 b of the wall member 40. The claw portions 44 b are formed so as to protrude from the outer periphery of the wall member 40. A gap d42 between the hole portions 48 b and the outer periphery of the wall member 40 is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L11 a and the folding line L12 a in the wall member 10. During assembly, the claw portions 44 b are inserted into the hole portions 18 a of the wall member 10. Also, the claw portions 16 a of the wall member 10 are inserted into the hole portions 48 b.
  • FIG. 7 is a plan view of the roof member 50. Folding lines L51 to L54 are formed in the roof member 50. The lengths of the folding lines L51 and 53 are approximately equal to the width of the space S1 (see FIG. 1). Also, the lengths of the folding lines L52 and 54 are approximately equal to the depth of the space S1.
  • A portion 50 a outward of the folding line L51 has a trapezoidal shape. Cuts 52 a and 52 b are formed in the side of the portion 50 a that is opposite to the folding line L51. The cut 52 a is located on an extension line of the folding line L54, and the cut 52 b is located on an extension line of the folding line L52. A distance d51 from the cut opening of the cut 52 a to the end of the portion 50 a is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L12 a and the folding line L13 a in the wall member 10. Similarly, a distance d52 from the cut opening of the cut 52 b to the end of the portion 50 a is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L12 b and the folding line L13 b in the wall member 10.
  • A portion 50 c outward of the folding line L53 also has a trapezoidal shape. Cuts 52 c and 52 d are formed in the side of the portion 50 c that is opposite to the folding line L53. The cut 52 c is located on an extension line of the folding line L52, and the cut 52 d is located on an extension line of the folding line L54. A distance d53 from the cut opening of the cut 52 c to the end of the portion 50 c is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L32 a and the folding line L33 a in the wall member 30. Similarly, a distance d54 from the cut opening of the cut 52 d to the end of the portion 50 c is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L32 b and the folding line L33 b in the wall member 30.
  • A portion 50 b outward of the folding line L52 and a portion 50 d outward of the folding line L54 both have a rectangular shape.
  • By cutting along the cuts 52 a, 52 b, 52 c, and 52 d and folding the roof member 50 along the folding lines L51 to L54, the box-shaped roof member 50 having an open bottom is obtained as shown in FIG. 1. The cut 52 a of the roof member 50 is engaged with the portion where the side end portion 40 b and the side end portion 10 a are connected. The cut 52 b is engaged with the portion where the side end portion 10 b and the side end portion 20 a are connected. The cut 52 c is engaged with the portion where the side end portion 20 b and the side end portion 30 a are connected. Also, the cut 52 d is engaged with the portion where the side end portion 30 b and the side end portion 40 a are connected. Accordingly, the roof member 50 is fixed to the wall members 10, 20, 30, and 40.
  • Effects of the ready-to-assemble house 1 will be described below. In the ready-to-assemble house 1, the side end portion 20 a of the wall member 20 is fixed to the side end portion 10 b of the wall member 10, the side end portion 30 a of the wall member 30 is fixed to the side end portion 20 b of the wall member 20, the side end portion 40 a of the wall member 40 is fixed to the side end portion 30 b of the wall member 30, and the side end portion 40 b of the wall member 40 is fixed to the side end portion 10 a of the wall member 10, thus forming the space S1 surrounded by the wall members 10, 20, 30, and 40. The ready-to-assemble house 1 obtains the space S1 surrounded on four sides in this way, thus making it possible to retain sufficient private space. Accordingly, it is possible to sufficiently protect the privacy of the user of the ready-to-assemble house 1.
  • Also, in the present embodiment, the top of the space S1 is also covered by the roof member 50. Accordingly, it is possible to more substantially protect the privacy of the user of the ready-to-assemble house 1.
  • Furthermore, the side end portion 10 a of the wall member 10 can be formed into a rectangular column by folding it along the folding lines L11 a to L14 a. This side end portion 10 a also functions as a support column and raises the strength of the ready-to-assemble house 1 after assembly. Accordingly, the ready-to-assemble house 1 having sufficient strength is realized.
  • In the present embodiment, the side end portion 10 b of the wall member 10 can also be formed into a rectangular column by folding it along the folding lines L11 b to L14 b. Accordingly, the strength of the ready-to-assemble house 1 is raised even further. Similarly, the side end portion 30 a of the wall member 30 can be formed into a rectangular column by folding it along the folding lines L31 a to L34 a, and the side end portion 30 b can be formed into a rectangular column by folding it along the folding lines L31 b to L34 b. These side end portions 30 a and 30 b also contribute to improvement in the strength of the ready-to-assemble house 1.
  • The wall members 10, 20, 30, and 40 and the roof member 50 are made of cardboard or heavy paper. For this reason, the ready-to-assemble house 1 can be easily disposed of. Also, due to cardboard and heavy paper being relatively light-weight, the ready-to-assemble house 1 can be easily transported and moved before and after assembly. In particular, if the wall members 10, 20, 30, and 40 and the roof member 50 are made of cardboard, a ready-to-assemble house 1 having a superior deodorization effect and sound-proofing effect is realized.
  • Furthermore, the wall members 10, 20, 30, and 40, and the roof member 50 are each made of a single flat piece of cardboard or heavy paper before assembly. For this reason, it is possible to reduce the amount of space required for storage of the ready-to-assemble house 1 before assembly.
  • The ready-to-assemble house 1 is configured to be assembled by folding the wall members 10, 20, 30, and 40 and the roof member 50 along folding lines and cutting them along cut lines. For this reason, a ready-to-assemble house 1 that is easy to assemble is realized.
  • Second Embodiment
  • FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of a ready-to-assemble house according to the present invention. Also, FIG. 9 is a plan view of the ready-to-assemble house in FIG. 8. A ready-to-assemble house 2 includes a wall member 10 (first plate-shaped member), a wall member 60 (second plate-shaped member), a wall member 30 (third plate-shaped member), and a wall member 70 (fourth plate-shaped member), and has a space S2 surrounded by these wall members 10, 60, 30, and 70. The size of the space S2 is, for example, approximately 1 m in width (the gap between the wall member 60 and the wall member 70), approximately 2.4 m in depth (the gap between the wall member 10 and the wall member 30), and approximately 2 m in height. This ready-to-assemble house 2 can be used as an enclosure for when disaster victims sleep at an evacuation shelter, for example. The structures of the wall members 10 and 30 are as described in the ready-to-assemble house 1. The wall members 60 and 70 are each made of cardboard or heavy paper.
  • The wall member 60 is constituted by two wall members 610 and 620 (plate-shaped sub members) that can be connected to each other. These wall members 610 and 620 are made of cardboard or heavy paper.
  • FIG. 10 is a plan view of the wall member 610. The wall member 610 is made of one piece of cardboard or heavy paper. The structure of the wall member 610 is the same as the structures of the wall member 20 and the wall member 40. Specifically, claw portions 614 a and hole portions 618 a are formed in a side end portion 610 a of the wall member 610. The claw portions 614 a are formed so as to protrude from the outer periphery of the wall member 610. A gap d611 between the hole portions 618 a and the outer periphery of the wall member 610 is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L11 b and the folding line L12 b in the wall member 10. During assembly, the claw portions 614 a are inserted into the hole portions 18 b of the wall member 10. Also, the claw portions 16 b of the wall member 10 are inserted into the hole portions 618 a.
  • Claw portions 614 b and hole portions 618 b are formed in a side end portion 610 b of the wall member 610. The claw portions 614 b are formed so as to protrude from the outer periphery of the wall member 610. A gap d612 between the hole portions 618 b and the outer periphery of the wall member 610 is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L31 a and the folding line L32 a in the wall member 30. During assembly, later-described claw portions 624 a of the wall member 620 are inserted into the hole portions 618 b.
  • FIG. 11 is a plan view of the wall member 620. The wall member 620 is made of one piece of cardboard or heavy paper. Four folding lines L621 to L624 are formed in a side end portion 620 a of the wall member 620. The wall member 620 is configured such that the side end portion 620 a is formed into a rectangular column by being folded along these folding lines L621 to L624. Specifically, the side end portion 620 a is formed into a rectangular column by valley-folding it along the folding lines L621 to L624 at approximately right angles (see FIGS. 8 and 9).
  • Furthermore, cut lines C621 are formed in the side end portion 620 a. The cut lines C621 are formed between the folding line L621 and the outer periphery of the wall member 620. Also, hole portions 628 a are formed in the side end portion 620 a. Here, the gap between the folding line L621 and the folding line L622 is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L623 and the folding line L624. Similarly, the gap between the folding line L622 and the folding line L623 is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L624 and the hole portions 628 a.
  • Claw portions 624 a are formed by cutting along the cut lines C621 and then folding the side end portion 620 a along the folding lines L621 to L624. During assembly, the claw portions 624 a are inserted into the hole portions 628 a and the hole portions 618 b of the wall member 610. Accordingly, in the ready-to-assemble house 2 after assembly, the rectangular column shape of the side end portion 620 a is maintained, and the side end portion 610 b of the wall member 610 and the side end portion 620 a of the wall member 620 are connected to each other.
  • Claw portions 624 b and hole portions 628 b are formed in a side end portion 620 b of the wall member 620. The claw portions 624 b are formed so as to protrude from the outer periphery of the wall member 620. A gap d622 between the hole portions 628 b and the outer periphery of the wall member 620 is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L31 a and the folding line L32 a in the wall member 30. During assembly, the claw portions 624 b are inserted into the hole portions 38 a of the wall member 30. Also, the claw portions 36 a of the wall member 30 are inserted into the hole portions 628 b.
  • Returning to FIG. 8, the wall member 70 is constituted by two wall members 710 and 720 (plate-shaped sub members) that can be connected to each other. These wall members 710 and 720 are made of cardboard or heavy paper.
  • FIG. 12 is a plan view of the wall member 710. The wall member 710 is made of one piece of cardboard or heavy paper. The structure of the wall member 710 is the same as the structures of the wall member 20 and the wall member 40. Specifically, claw portions 714 a and hole portions 718 a are formed in a side end portion 710 a of the wall member 710. The claw portions 714 a are formed so as to protrude from the outer periphery of the wall member 710. A gap d711 between the hole portions 718 a and the outer periphery of the wall member 710 is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L31 b and the folding line L32 b in the wall member 30. During assembly, later-described claw portions 724 b of the wall member 720 are inserted into the hole portions 718 a.
  • Claw portions 714 b and hole portions 718 b are formed in a side end portion 710 b of the wall member 710. The claw portions 714 b are formed so as to protrude from the outer periphery of the wall member 710. A gap d712 between the hole portions 718 b and the outer periphery of the wall member 710 is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L11 a and the folding line L12 a in the wall member 10. During assembly, the claw portions 714 b are inserted into the hole portions 18 a of the wall member 10. Also, the claw portions 16 a of the wall member 10 are inserted into the hole portions 718 b.
  • FIG. 13 is a plan view of the wall member 720. The wall member 720 is made of one piece of cardboard or heavy paper. Claw portions 724 a and hole portions 728 a are formed in a side end portion 720 a of the wall member 720. The claw portions 724 a are formed so as to protrude from the outer periphery of the wall member 720. A gap d721 between the hole portions 728 a and the outer periphery of the wall member 720 is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L31 b and the folding line L32 b in the wall member 30. During assembly, the claw portions 724 a are inserted into the hole portions 38 b of the wall member 30. Also, the claw portions 36 b of the wall member 30 are inserted into the hole portions 728 a.
  • Four folding lines L721 to L724 are formed in a side end portion 720 b of the wall member 720. The wall member 720 is configured such that the side end portion 720 b is formed into a rectangular column by being folded along these folding lines L721 to L724. Specifically, the side end portion 720 b is formed into a rectangular column by valley-folding it along the folding lines L721 to L724 at approximately right angles (see FIGS. 8 and 9).
  • Furthermore, cut lines C721 are formed in the side end portion 720 b. The cut lines C721 are formed between the folding line L721 and the outer periphery of the wall member 720. Also, hole portions 728 b are formed in the side end portion 720 b. Here, the gap between the folding line L721 and the folding line L722 is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L723 and the folding line L724. Similarly, the gap between the folding line L722 and the folding line L723 is approximately equal to the gap between the folding line L724 and the hole portions 728 b.
  • Claw portions 724 b are formed by cutting along the cut lines C721 and then folding the side end portion 720 b along the folding lines L721 to L724. During assembly, the claw portions 724 b are inserted into the hole portions 728 b and the hole portions 718 a of the wall member 710. Accordingly, in the ready-to-assemble house 2 after assembly, the rectangular column shape of the side end portion 720 b is maintained, and the side end portion 710 a of the wall member 710 and the side end portion 720 b of the wall member 720 are connected to each other.
  • Effects of the ready-to-assemble house 2 will be described below. In the ready-to-assemble house 2, the wall member 60 is constituted by the two wall members 610 and 620 that can be connected to each other, and the wall member 70 is constituted by the two wall members 710 and 720 that can be connected to each other. Accordingly, it is possible to increase the depth of the space S2 and retain a large private space.
  • Also, in the ready-to-assemble house 2, the size of the space S2 can be changed by attaching or removing the wall members 620 and 720. If the wall members 620 and 720 have been removed, it is sufficient to insert the claw portions 614 b of the wall member 610 into the hole portions 38 a of the wall member 30, and insert the claw portions 36 a of the wall member 30 into the hole portions 618 b of the wall member 610. Also, it is sufficient to insert the claw portions 714 a of the wall member 710 into the hole portions 38 b of the wall member 30, and insert the claw portions 36 b of the wall member 30 into the hole portions 718 a of the wall member 710.
  • Furthermore, the side end portion 620 a of the wall member 620 can be formed into a rectangular column by folding it along the folding lines L621 to L624. This side end portion 620 a also functions as a support column and raises the strength of the ready-to-assemble house 2 after assembly. Also, the side end portion 720 b of the wall member 720 can be formed into a rectangular column by folding it along the folding lines L721 to L724. This side end portion 720 b also functions as a support column and raises the strength of the ready-to-assemble house 2 after assembly. Other effects of the ready-to-assemble house 2 are similar to those of the ready-to-assemble house 1. Note that in the ready-to-assemble house 2 as well, a roof member that covers the space S2 from above may be provided similarly to the ready-to-assemble house 1.
  • The ready-to-assemble house according the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various variations are possible. For example, the case of providing four support columns ( side end portions 10 a, 10 b, 30 a, and 30 b) is described in the first embodiment, and the case of providing six support columns ( side end portions 10 a, 10 b, 30 a, 30 b, 620 a, and 720 b) is described in the second embodiment. However, the number of support columns can be set to any number greater than or equal to one.
  • Cases where the support columns are shaped as rectangular columns are described in the above embodiments. However, the support columns can generally be columns having n sides (n being an integer greater than or equal to 3). Cases where n=4 are described in the above embodiments.
  • Cases where a door (door 12) is provided in the wall member 10 are described in the above embodiments. However, the door may be provided in a wall member other than the wall member 10.
  • Cases where a structure for inserting claw portions into hole portions is used as the structure for fixing wall members to each other are described in the above embodiments. In order to further strengthen this fixing, a stopper member 82 provided with a cut 82 a may be used as shown in FIG. 14. Specifically, a cut 84 a is provided in the claw portion 84 as well, and the claw portion 84 can be prevented from coming out of the hole portion 86 by engaging the cut 82 a of the stopper member 82 with the cut 84 a in the portion of the claw portion 84 protruding from the hole portion 86. Note that another means (e.g., adhering using packaging tape) may be used for the fixing of wall members to each other.
  • Also, needless to say, the ready-to-assemble house according to the present invention is also applicable to uses other than retaining private space at an evacuation shelter. For example, the ready-to-assemble house according to the present invention may be used for a play space for children, or may be used for a living space for people living on the streets.

Claims (10)

1. A ready-to-assemble house comprising:
first to fourth plate-shaped members made of cardboard or heavy paper,
wherein the first plate-shaped member has a plurality of folding lines in a first side end portion and is configured such that the first side end portion becomes shaped as a column having n sides (n being an integer greater than or equal to 3) by being folded along the folding lines,
the second plate-shaped member is configured such that a first side end portion is fixed to a second side end portion of the first plate-shaped member,
the third plate-shaped member is configured such that a first side end portion is fixed to a second side end portion of the second plate-shaped member, and
the fourth plate-shaped member is configured such that a first side end portion is fixed to a second side end portion of the third plate-shaped member, and a second side end portion is fixed to the first side end portion of the first plate-shaped member.
2. The ready-to-assemble house according to claim 1, wherein the first plate-shaped member has a plurality of folding lines in the second side end portion and is configured such that the second side end portion becomes shaped as a column having n sides by being folded along the folding lines.
3. The ready-to-assemble house according to claim 1, wherein the third plate-shaped member has a plurality of folding lines in the first side end portion and is configured such that the first side end portion becomes shaped as a column having n sides by being folded along the folding lines.
4. The ready-to-assemble house according to claim 1, wherein the third plate-shaped member has a plurality of folding lines in the second side end portion and is configured such that the second side end portion becomes shaped as a column having n sides by being folded along the folding lines.
5. The ready-to-assemble house according to claim 1,
wherein the second plate-shaped member is constituted by two plate-shaped sub members that can be connected to each other, and
the fourth plate-shaped member is constituted by two plate-shaped sub members that can be connected to each other.
6. The ready-to-assemble house according to claim 5, wherein at least one of the two plate-shaped sub members constituting the second plate-shaped member has a plurality of folding lines in a side end portion that is connected to another one of the two plate-shaped sub members, and is configured such that the side end portion becomes shaped as a column having n sides by being folded along the folding lines.
7. The ready-to-assemble house according to claim 5, wherein at least one of the two plate-shaped sub members constituting the fourth plate-shaped member has a plurality of folding lines in a side end portion that is connected to another one of the two plate-shaped sub members, and is configured such that the side end portion becomes shaped as a column having n sides by being folded along the folding lines.
8. The ready-to-assemble house according to claim 1, further comprising a fifth plate-shaped member that is made of cardboard or heavy paper and covers, from above, a space surrounded by the first to fourth plate-shaped members.
9. The ready-to-assemble house according to claim 8, wherein the fifth plate-shaped member has a plurality of folding lines and is configured to become shaped as a box having an open bottom by being folded along the folding lines.
10. The ready-to-assemble house according to claim 1,
wherein the first side end portion of the second plate-shaped member is fixed to the second side end portion of the first plate-shaped member,
the first side end portion of the third plate-shaped member is fixed to the second side end portion of the second plate-shaped member,
the first side end portion of the fourth plate-shaped member is fixed to the second side end portion of the third plate-shaped member, and the second side end portion is fixed to the first side end portion of the first plate-shaped member, and
the ready-to-assemble house has a space surrounded by the first to fourth plate-shaped members.
