cover 110 has a vent hole (not shown) through which air is drawn from the outside, and acoupling portion 111 extending along the rotation shaft (not shown) connected to the impeller (not shown). - The
coupling portion 111 servers to fixedly couple thecover 110 with thehousing 140, and has acoupling member 151 inserted therein. Thecoupling member 151 is coupled with thehousing 140 such that thecover 110 is fixedly coupled with thehousing 140. Thecoupling portion 111 may be either a coupling groove indented in the radial direction of the rotation shaft or a coupling bore extending in the shaft direction. - Further, the
cover 110 may have an assembly guide part for holding the position at the time of being coupled with thehousing 140. The assembly guide part may be a protrusion or a groove, and a corresponding groove or a protrusion corresponding to the assembly guide part of thecover 110 may be formed in thehousing 140.FIG. 1 shows a preferred embodiment in which anassembly guide protrusion 112 is formed in thecover 110, and anassembly guide groove 142 is formed in thehousing 140. - With this configuration, in fixedly coupling the
cover 110 with thehousing 140, firstly thecover 110 and thehousing 140 are coupled with each other and held at the position by the assembly guides of thecover 110 and thehousing 140, and then thecover 110 and thehousing 140 are coupled with each other by thecoupling member 151, such that the assembly process can be performed more easily without defects or errors. - Next, the
diffuser 120 includes aguide 121, aguide vane 122, and a coupling part. - Further, the
guide 121 is formed at the outer circumferential portion of the diffuser in a cylindrical shape, and theguide vane 122 is connected to the guide so as to direct the air drawn by the impeller. - Further, the coupling part is provided for coupling the
diffuser 120 with thefront 130, and includes acoupling bore 124 and anassembly guide part 125. Thecoupling bore 124 is provided for inserting acoupling member 152 thereinto so as to fasten thefront 130. Thecoupling member 152 may be a screw member. Theassembly guide part 125 serves to set positions that thediffuser 120 and thefront 130 are held, and temporarily hold thediffuser 120 and thefront 130, at the time of coupling thediffuser 120 with thefront 130. The assembly guidepart 125 and may be a protrusion or a groove, andFIG. 1 shows the preferred embodiment in which theassembly guide part 125 is a protrusion. - Accordingly, the
diffuser 120 and thefront 130 are being firstly held by the assembly guide part, and then thediffuser 120 and thefront 130 are secondly coupled with each other by thecoupling member 152, such that the assembly process can be performed more easily without defects or errors. - In addition, at the
guide 121 of thediffuser 120, agroove portion 123 corresponding to thecoupling portion 111, i.e., the coupling portion of thecover 110 is formed. Thegroove portion 123 is formed so as not to disturb the air flow in thediffuser 120 when thecoupling portion 111 of the cover is inserted into thegroove portion 123 of the diffuser, in a such manner that thecoupling portion 111 passes through thegroove portion 123 in a radial direction of the rotation shaft so that it does not go into thediffuser 120, i.e., the inner side of theguide 121. That is, thecoupling portion 111 is supported by thegroove portion 123 so that it does not extend inwardly of the diffuser, and thecoupling portion 111 is located as a surface of the inner circumferential surface of theguide 121. - With this configuration, the
groove portion 123 of thediffuser 120 serves as a coupling guide for inserting thecoupling portion 111 of thecover 110 without disturbing the air flow in thediffuser 120 when thecover 110 is coupled with thehousing 140 by thecoupling portion 111, such that the module may become smaller and lighter. - Next, the front 130 has a
diffuser coupling groove 131 and a diffuser assembly guide groove for fixedly coupling thediffuser 120 with itself, and has ahousing coupling hole 133 and a housingassembly guide part 134 for fixedly coupling thehousing 140 with itself. - As described above, the
diffuser coupling groove 131 and the diffuserassembly guide groove 132 correspond to the coupling bore 124 and theassembly guide part 125, respectively. - In the case in which the
coupling member 152 is a screw member, thediffuser coupling groove 131 is a mating screw receiving groove. - The
housing coupling hole 133 serves to couple the front 130 with thehousing 140 by thecoupling member 153, and the housingassembly guide part 134 serves to determine and temporarily fix the front 130 to the housing and may be a protrusion or a groove.FIG. 1 shows the preferred embodiment in which the housingassembly guide part 125 is a protrusion. - Next, the
housing 140 accommodates a driving module (not shown) for rotating the impeller and is coupled with thecover 100. To this end, thehousing 140 has a size and a shape conforming to thecover 110. - More specifically, the
housing 140 has a coupling portion facing the cover, in which acover coupling groove 141, a coverassembly guide groove 142, afront coupling groove 143, and a frontassembly guide groove 144 are formed. - The

insertion supporting groove 146 extends in the shaft direction from an upper end of the inner diameter portion of the housing. Further, thestator core 160 has acoupling protruding portion 161 corresponding to the stator-core-insertion supporting groove 146. - Accordingly, the lower end of the
stator core 160 coupled with thehousing 140 is supported by the stator-core-insertion supporting groove 146 of the housing, its movement in the circumferential direction is limited, and its upper end is fixedly supported by thecoupling member 154. - With this configuration, even though the
cover 110 and thehousing 140 are coupled with each other in the shaft direction by the fixing member, in thediffuser module 100 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, thecoupling portion 111 of the cover is inserted into thegrooves 123 of thediffuser 120 so that the groove portion serves as a coupling guide, and the coupling portion is supported by the groove portion so that it does not extend inwardly of the diffuser. Accordingly, the air flow is not disturbed, and the module may become smaller and lighter. - Additionally, by configuring the outer circumferential surface of the
cover 110 of thecover 110 and the outerperipheral surface 120 of the housing as one surface, the module may not only become smaller and lighter but also have enhanced assembly strength and durability. Further, as shown inFIG. 1 , the coupling portion of the housing protrudes inwardly toward the space in which the stator core is accommodated, such that the design for optimizing space usage may be achieved and thus the module may become smaller. - Further, in the
