Abstract
本創作係一種具有防位移結構之金屬殼體及其連接器,該連接器包括一絕緣座體、複數支金屬端子與一金屬殼體,其中,該等金屬端子係固設於該絕緣座體內,且該絕緣座體能組裝至該金屬殼體中,該連接器之特徵在於,該金屬殼體的側臂設有第一上固定部、第一下固定部與第一定位部,該第一上固定部能抵靠至絕緣座體的上表面,該第一下固定部則能抵靠至絕緣座體的下表面,該第一定位部則能與絕緣座體側面的第二定位部相結合,如此,該絕緣座體便無法朝相對於該金屬殼體的上下左右方向位移,有效提高連接器的組裝穩定性。
Description
本創作係關於連接器所使用的金屬殼體,尤指一種具有防止絕緣座體上下與前後位移的金屬殼體。
按,隨著通訊科技及電子技術的進步,具備各種功能的電子裝置,如:能隨身攜帶以供手機持續供電的行動電源裝置、能讓人在世界兩端通訊的手機、能滿足人們隨時隨地聆聽音樂的隨身聽及能協助人們處理各項事物的個人電腦(Personal Computer)...等,均已成為現代人們生活及工作中不可或缺的工具。
另,各式電子裝置(如:智慧型手機、平板電腦、桌上型電腦、筆記型電腦、數位相機...等)為了能接收外界傳來的電子訊號及電源,通常必須在各該電子裝置的機身上配置一訊號連接器,一般言,訊號連接器(Connector)泛指所有應用在電子訊號及電源上的連接元件及其附屬配件,是所有訊號的橋樑,其品質會對電流與訊號傳輸的可靠度產生影響,且亦與電子裝置之運作息息相關,又,藉由訊號連接器之作用,能夠使複數電子裝置連接成一完整的系統,據以相互傳送電子訊號或電源,故可知,訊號連接器實乃各該電子裝置為實現預定功能所不可或缺的元件。
承上,訊號連接器作為複數電子裝置之間的重要溝通橋樑,
其結構強度與耐用性,一直為人所重視,且業者亦會在生產過程中,不斷地重覆檢測該連接器之各個元件的品質,又,目前的訊號連接器多半由一絕緣座體搭配一金屬殼體所組成,其中,該金屬殼體具有達到防電磁干擾(EMI)、作為接地途徑與保護絕緣座體等效果,然而,申請人發現,在使用過程中,由於訊號連接器需與另一訊號連接器相互組裝插拔,因此,在前述插拔過程中,該訊號連接器中的絕緣座體往往會承受較大力量,倘若該金屬殼體與絕緣座體兩者間的組裝關係不夠良好,則會造成絕緣座體脫離金屬殼體,進而造成該訊號連接器不堪使用。
有鑑於此,如何針對訊號連接器之結構進行改良,以使訊號連接器於使用上,能擁有良好結構穩定性,進而避免發生前述憾事,即為本創作在此探討的一大課題。
由於習知連接器的整體結構仍有改善之處,故,創作人憑藉著多年來專業從事各式電源或訊號連接器設計、加工及製造之豐富實務經驗,且秉持著精益求精的研究精神,在經過長久的努力研究與實驗後,終於研發出本創作之一種具有防位移結構之金屬殼體及其連接器,期藉由本創作之問世,有效增進連接器之結構強度,以提供使用者更佳的使用經驗。
本創作之一目的,係提供一種具有防位移結構之金屬殼體,其能組裝至一絕緣座體上,該金屬殼體包括一本體、至少一第一上固定部、至少一第一下固定部及至少一第一定位部,其中,該本體之斷面形狀至少呈U形,以在其兩側臂間形成前後貫通的一組裝空間,令該絕緣座體能位於該組裝空間中,該第一上固定部係位於該本體之其中一側臂的內側面,且
能抵靠至該絕緣座體之一上表面,該第一下固定部係位於該本體之該一側臂或另一側臂的內側面,且能抵靠至該絕緣座體之一下表面,使得該絕緣座體被固定於該第一上固定部與該第一下固定部兩者間,令該絕緣座體無法朝相對於該金屬殼體的上下方向位移,該第一定位部位於該本體之其中一側臂上,且能與該絕緣座體之一第二定位部相結合,使得該絕緣座體無法朝相對於該金屬殼體的前後方向位移,如此,藉由前述結構,便能使金屬殼體穩定地組裝至該絕緣座體上,而無法輕易地脫離。
本創作之另一目的,係提供一種具有防位移結構之連接器,包括一絕緣座體、複數支金屬端子與一金屬殼體,其中,該絕緣座體內固設有該等金屬端子,該金屬殼體則能組裝至該絕緣座體上,且其包括一本體、至少一第一上固定部、至少一第一下固定部及至少一第一定位部,又,該本體之斷面形狀至少呈U形,以在其兩側臂間形成前後貫通的一組裝空間,令該絕緣座體能位於該組裝空間中,該第一上固定部係位於該本體之其中一側臂的內側面,且能抵靠至該絕緣座體之一上表面,該第一下固定部係位於該本體之該一側臂或另一側臂的內側面,且能抵靠至該絕緣座體之一下表面,使得該絕緣座體被固定於該第一上固定部與該第一下固定部兩者間,令該絕緣座體無法朝相對於該金屬殼體的上下方向位移,該第一定位部位於該本體之其中一側臂上,且能與該絕緣座體之一第二定位部相結合,使得該絕緣座體無法朝相對於該金屬殼體的前後方向位移,如此,藉由前述結構,即可使該絕緣座體與金屬殼體兩者據有較高的組裝穩定性,確保使用上的安全性與產品可靠性。

本創作係一種具有防位移結構之金屬殼體及其連接器,請參閱第1~2圖所示,在一實施例中,該連接器包括一金屬殼體1A、一絕緣座體2與複數支金屬端子3,其中,為方便說明,係以第1圖之上方作為元件之上方位置,第1圖之下方作為元件之下方位置,第1圖之左下方作為元件之前方位置,第1圖之右上方作為元件之後方位置。此外,本創作之連接器及其元件的態樣,並不限於第1圖所繪製,業者能夠根據產品需求,調整各個元件的樣式,因此,只要是具有後續實施例述及之金屬殼體1A的相關結構與功效,即為本創作所欲保護之連接器及其金屬殼體1A,合先陳明。
復請參閱第1及2圖所示,在該實施例中,該絕緣座體2之前側開設有一插接口21,其內設有一容納空間20,且該容納空間20能與該插接口21彼此相連通,又,在該實施例中,該等金屬端子3能夠為訊號端子、接地端子或電源端子等至少其中一種,且分別固設於該絕緣座體2中,並彼此相隔一間距,該等金屬端子3的前端能分別外露出該容納空間20(如第1圖所示),當另一連接器(圖中未示)與該連接器相插接後,該另一連接器的端
子能夠經由該插接口21伸入至該容納空間20,並與該等金屬端子3的前端相電氣連接,以彼此交換訊號或電流。在此特別一提者,該絕緣座體2能夠在其內開設有複數道端子槽,以供容納各該金屬端子3,或者,該絕緣座體2內能增設一舌板,以使該等金屬端子3固定於該舌板上,無論何種樣式,只要該等金屬端子3是位於絕緣座體2內,並能與另一連接器的端子相電氣連接,即為本創作所述之金屬端子3與絕緣座體2的連接關係,合先陳明。
復請參閱第1及2圖所示,該金屬殼體1A包括一本體1、至少一第一上固定部111、至少一第一下固定部112及至少一第一定位部13,在該實施例中,該本體1之斷面形狀呈U形,惟,在本創作之其它實施例中,該本體1之斷面形狀能夠略呈矩形狀(如:口),但前述矩形狀亦包括了U形的態樣,而能夠具有後敘之相關結構。又,該本體1之兩側臂11A、11B間會形成前後貫通的一組裝空間10,以使該絕緣座體2能位於該組裝空間10中,令該金屬殼體1A與絕緣座體2兩者組裝成一體,進而形成該連接器。
在該實施例中,復請參閱第1及2圖所示,該本體1之兩側臂11A、11B的內側面分別設有一第一上固定部111與一第一下固定部112,惟,在本創作之其它實施例中,業者能夠在同一側臂11A上同時設有第一上固定部111與第一下固定部112,或者在側臂11A設有第一上固定部111,而在側臂11B設有第一下固定部112。又,該第一上固定部111係與該本體1一體成形,其是由該本體1的一部分朝內沖壓而成,該第一下固定部112亦與該本體1一體成形,其同樣是由該本體1的一部分朝內沖壓而成,當該絕緣座體2位於該組裝空間10後,該第一上固定部111會抵靠至該絕緣座體2的上表面,該第一下固定部112則會抵靠至該絕緣座體2的下表面,令該絕緣座體2
被固定於該第一上固定部111與該第一下固定部112兩者間,此時,該絕緣座體2便無法朝相對於金屬殼體1A的上下方向位移(如第3圖之虛線箭頭)。
承上,在該實施例中,複請參閱第1~2圖所示,該絕緣座體2鄰近其兩側的頂面,分別凹設有一上溝槽201,該絕緣座體2鄰近其兩側的頂面,則分別凹設有一下溝槽202,當該絕緣座體2位於該組裝空間10後,各該第一上固定部111能夠伸入並抵靠至對應上溝槽201內,各該第一下固定部112則能伸入並抵靠至對應下溝槽202內,如此,透過上溝槽201、下溝槽202的結構,能夠使第一上固定部111、第一下固定部112兩者不會超過絕緣座體2最高的上表面、下表面,以滿足小型化連接器的設計需求,惟,在本創作之其它實施例中,根據第一上固定部111、第一下固定部112的設立位置,業者能夠僅設有單一上溝槽201與單一下溝槽202,只要能使第一上固定部111、第一下固定部112匹配至對應的上溝槽201、下溝槽202即可,同時,前述設計亦可達到防呆需求,避免工作人員組裝錯誤。
再者,復請參閱第1及2圖所示,在該實施例中,二第一定位部13分別位於該本體1之兩側臂11A、11B上,且能與該絕緣座體2之第二定位部23相結合,惟,在本創作之其它實施例中,該本體1能夠僅在其中一側臂11A設有第一定位部13,且絕緣座體2亦能僅設有對應的單一第二定位部23。另,在該實施例中,該第一定位部13為嵌卡孔態樣,第二定位部23則為嵌卡塊態樣,當該絕緣座體2位於該組裝空間10後,嵌卡塊便能伸入至對應嵌卡孔中,此時,該絕緣座體2便無法朝相對於金屬殼體1A的前後方向位移(如第4圖之虛線箭頭)。如此,藉由前述結構,當金屬殼體1A與絕緣座體2相組裝後,便能夠提高其兩者的組裝穩定性,避免連接器於使用過程中,
因插拔而造成金屬殼體1A與絕緣座體2相脫離,影響了使用上的安全性。
為能進一步加強金屬殼體1A與絕緣座體2兩者的組裝穩定性,復請參閱第1~2圖所示,該本體1之中間區域(即,非兩側臂11A、11B的位置均屬中間區域)能設有至少一第三定位部15,該絕緣座體2則能設有至少一第四定位部25,在該實施例中,第三定位部15為嵌卡孔態樣,第四定位部25則為嵌卡塊態樣,當該絕緣座體2位於該組裝空間10後,嵌卡塊即能伸入至對應嵌卡孔中,令該絕緣座體2無法朝相對於金屬殼體1A的前後方向位移(如第4圖之虛線箭頭)。另外,根據連接器的不同需求,絕緣座體2的形狀亦會有所改變,因此,該本體1之中間區域鄰近後側的位置能設有一傾斜段17,藉由該傾斜段17的設計,能夠貼合絕緣座體2的外緣形狀,以滿足不同連接器的產品設計。
按,以上所述,僅係本創作之較佳實施例,惟,本創作所主張之權利範圍,並不侷限於此,按凡熟悉該項技藝人士,依據本創作所揭露之技術內容,可輕易思及之等效變化,均應屬不脫離本創作之保護範疇。
Claims (10)
- 一種具有防位移結構之金屬殼體,其能組裝至一絕緣座體上,包括:一本體,其斷面形狀至少呈U形,以在其兩側臂間形成前後貫通的一組裝空間,令該絕緣座體能位於該組裝空間中;至少一第一上固定部,係位於該本體之其中一側臂的內側面,且能抵靠至該絕緣座體之一上表面;至少一第一下固定部,係位於該本體之該一側臂或另一側臂的內側面,且能抵靠至該絕緣座體之一下表面,使得該絕緣座體被固定於該第一上固定部與該第一下固定部兩者間,令該絕緣座體無法朝相對於該金屬殼體的上下方向位移;及至少一第一定位部,係位於該本體之其中一側臂上,且能與該絕緣座體之一第二定位部相結合,使得該絕緣座體無法朝相對於該金屬殼體的前後方向位移。
- 如請求項1所述之金屬殼體,其中,該本體之中間區域尚設有至少一第三定位部,該第三定位部能與該絕緣座體之一第四定位部相結合,使得該絕緣座體無法相對於該金屬殼體而朝前後方向位移。
- 如請求項2所述之金屬殼體,其中,該第一定位部係為嵌卡孔態樣,以供該絕緣座體之該第二定位部能嵌入至該第一定位部。
- 如請求項3所述之金屬殼體,其中,該第三定位部係為嵌卡孔態樣,以供該絕緣座體之該第四定位部能嵌入至該第三定位部。
- 如請求項1至4任一項所述之金屬殼體,其中,該本體之中間區域鄰近後側的位置設有一傾斜段。
- 一種具有防位移結構之連接器,包括:一絕緣座體,其前側開設有一插接口,其內設有一容納空間,該容納空間係與該插接口相連通;複數支金屬端子,係固設於該絕緣座體內,其前端會外露出該容納空間;及一金屬殼體,包括一本體、至少一第一上固定部、至少一第一下固定部及至少一第一定位部,其中,該本體之斷面形狀至少呈U形,以在其兩側臂間形成前後貫通的一組裝空間,令該絕緣座體能位於該組裝空間中,該第一上固定部係位於該本體之其中一側臂的內側面,且能抵靠至該絕緣座體之一上表面,該第一下固定部係位於該本體之該一側臂或另一側臂的內側面,且能抵靠至該絕緣座體之一下表面,使得該絕緣座體被固定於該第一上固定部與該第一下固定部兩者間,令該絕緣座體無法朝相對於該金屬殼體的上下方向位移,該第一定位部位於該本體之其中一側臂上,且能與該絕緣座體之一第二定位部相結合,使得該絕緣座體無法朝相對於該金屬殼體的前後方向位移。
- 如請求項6所述之連接器,其中,該本體之中間區域尚設有至少一第三定位部,該絕緣座體則設有至少一第四定位部,該第三定位部能與對應之該第四定位部相結合,使得該絕緣座體無法朝相對於該金屬殼體的前後方向位移。
- 如請求項7所述之連接器,其中,該本體之中間區域鄰近後側的位置設有一傾斜段。
- 如請求項6至8任一項所述之連接器,其中,該絕緣座體鄰近其一側的頂面,凹設有一上溝槽,該第一上固定部能位於該上溝槽內。
- 如請求項9所述之連接器,其中,該絕緣座體鄰近其一側或另一側的底面,凹設有一下溝槽,該第一下固定部能位於該下溝槽內。
