Description
本發明涉及一種音量調節裝置及其調節方法,尤其涉及一種通訊終端之音量調節裝置及其調節方法。
通訊終端,尤其是移動式通訊終端,經常會於不同之環境下使用,周圍環境對通訊終端使用之影響較大。如行動電話,當外界環境很嘈雜時,我們需要增大聽筒之音量;而當於安靜之環境中,我們又需要減小聽筒之音量。為了方便使用,習知通訊終端內增加了音量自動調節裝置來對音量進行自動調節。
一種可自動調節音量之通訊終端,具有環境噪音測量模組、噪音資料分析處理模組及音量自動調節裝置,環境噪音測量模組及噪音資料分析處理模組可測量及分析使用者之通話環境之噪音值,並回饋給音量自動調節裝置,音量自動調節裝置根據回饋資訊將話筒以及聽筒之音量調節為一合適值。此種通訊終端能根據環境噪音來調節音量,然,個人偏好存在差異,即使於相同之環境下,每個人對音量之要求亦有差異,故該通訊終端無法滿足不同使用者之差異需求。
鑒於上述狀況,有必要提供一種較人性化且使用舒適之音量調節
裝置及其調節方法。
一種音量調節裝置,包括音量接收模組、音量自動調節模組及音量輸出模組,該音量接收模組用於接收外部音量並將外部音量傳送給音量自動調節模組,該音量自動調節模組用於對外部音量及使用狀態進行分析並自動調節音量,音量自動調節模組可自動記憶並輸出使用者於不同環境下之偏好音量值,並將音量傳送給音量輸出模組,該音量輸出模組用於輸出聲音。
一種音量調節方法,包括以下步驟:音量接收模組進行收音,並將外部音量傳送給音量自動調節模組;音量自動調節模組對外部音量及當前使用狀態進行分析,自動將音量調節至一系統預設值,並藉由音量輸出模組輸出該預設值;若該預設值滿足使用者偏好,該音量自動調節模組則記憶該預設值;若該預設值不滿足使用者偏好,使用者可對音量進行修正,該音量自動調節模組則將修正後之音量傳送給音量輸出模組,並記憶該修正後之音量。
上述之音量調節裝置及其調節方法中,使用者可對音量進行修正,音量自動調節模組可自動記憶修正後之音量,於後續之使用中,若於相同之外部環境下,便可將音量自動調節至修正值並輸出,以滿足使用者偏好,具有人性化之設計增加了使用者使用之便利性及舒適度。

圖2係圖1所示音量調節裝置之使用方法示意圖。
本發明之音量調節裝置設置於通訊終端上,下面以行動電話為例並結合附圖對本發明提供之音量調節裝置及其調節方法作進一步詳細說明。
請參閱圖1,該音量調節裝置包括音量接收模組、音量自動調節模組及音量輸出模組。其中,音量自動調節模組分別與音量接收模組及音量輸出模組相連通。
該音量接收模組包括麥克風,可接收外部音量,並將外部音量傳送給音量自動調節模組。
該音量自動調節模組包括行為資料模組及類神經網路模組。該行為資料模組可對外部音量及當前使用狀態等行為進行分析,並將分析資訊傳遞給類神經網路模組。該類神經網路模組可根據分析資訊將音量調節至與外部環境相對應之系統預設值。使用者可根據自己偏好對音量進行調節,該行為資料模組可記憶使用者之偏好音量值。
該音量輸出模組可為喇叭或者耳機,與該類神經網路模組相連通,可接收該類神經網路模組之信號並輸出音量。
請參閱圖2,當使用者採用行動電話接收電話、撥打電話、收聽音樂或廣播時,音量接收模組可自動接收外部音量,並將該外部音量轉換成噪音值傳送給行為資料模組;
該行為資料模組對該噪音值以及使用者當前之使用狀態進行分析,並將分析資訊傳送給類神經網路模組;當使用者接通來電或者撥打電話時,類神經網路模組根據分析資訊自動將通話音量調節至與外部環境相對應之系統預設值,並將該預設值傳送給音量輸出模組;若該預設值滿足使用者偏好,行為資料模組會自動記憶該音量,於後續使用中及相同之外部環境下便輸出該預設值;若該預設值不滿足使用者偏好,使用者可手動修正音量至一合適值,行為資料模組會自動記憶修正後之音量值並自我修正,於後續使用中,若於相同之外部環境下便可輸出修正值。
使用者可根據自己使用偏好來修正音量,增加使用之舒適度。另,使用者修正音量後,該行為資料模組可自動記憶修正值並於後續使用中自動將音量調至修正值,免去使用者重複調節之麻煩,故該音量自動調節裝置之設計更人性化。
另,為了能在不同環境下及時聽到來電鈴聲,亦可採用上述音量調整裝置以及方法來調節來電鈴聲之音量。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士援依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。
Claims (8)
- 一種音量調節裝置,包括音量接收模組、音量自動調節模組及音量輸出模組,該音量接收模組用於接收外部音量並將外部音量傳送給音量自動調節模組,該音量自動調節模組用於對外部音量及使用狀態進行分析並自動將音量調節至一系統預設值,並藉由音量輸出模組輸出該預設值,其改良在於:若該預設值滿足使用者偏好,該音量自動調節模組則記憶該預設值;若該預設值不滿足使用者偏好,使用者可對音量進行修正,該音量自動調節模組則將修正後之音量傳送給音量輸出模組,並記憶該修正後之音量。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之音量調節裝置,其中該音量自動調節模組包括行為資料模組及類神經網路模組,該行為資料模組可分析外部音量及使用狀態,該類神經網路模組可根據分析資訊將音量調節至與外部環境相對應之系統預設值,該行為資料模組可記憶使用者於不同環境下之偏好音量值。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之音量調節裝置,其中該音量接收模組包括麥克風,該音量接收模組與該行為資料模組相接通,可將接收之外部音量傳送給該行為資料模組。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之音量調節裝置,其中該音量輸出模組為喇叭或者耳機,與該類神經網路模組相連通,該類神經網路模組可將音量傳送給該音量輸出模組。
- 一種音量調節方法,包括以下步驟:音量接收模組進行收音,並將外部音量傳送給音量自動調節模組;音量自動調節模組對外部音量及使用狀態進行分析,自動將音量調節至 一系統預設值,並藉由音量輸出模組輸出該預設值;若該預設值滿足使用者偏好,該音量自動調節模組則記憶該預設值;若該預設值不滿足使用者偏好,使用者可對音量進行修正,該音量自動調節模組則將修正後之音量傳送給音量輸出模組,並記憶該修正後之音量。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之音量調節方法,其中該音量自動調節模組包括行為資料模組及類神經網路模組,該行為資料模組可分析外部音量及使用狀態,該類神經網路模組可根據分析資訊將音量調節至與外部環境相對應之系統預設值,該行為資料模組可記憶使用者於不同環境下之偏好音量值。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之音量調節方法,其中該音量接收模組包括麥克風,該音量接收模組與該行為資料模組相接通,可將接收之外部音量傳送給該行為資料模組。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之音量調節方法,其中該音量輸出模組為喇叭或者耳機,與該類神經網路模組相連通,該類神經網路模組可將音量傳送給該音量輸出模組。
