Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение относитс  к медицине, в частности криоэкстракторам, вход5пцим в комплект криокоагул торов, и может быт использовано дл  хирургического вмешательства преимущественно в отоларинголо гии, гинекологии, онкологии и нейрохирур гии. Известно устройство дл  локального охлаждени  ткани, содержащее корпус с патрубком дл  подачи хладагента, сменны рабочий наконечник, выполненный в виде заглушенной с головного конца канюли, в которую с кольцевым зазором введен сочлененный с входным патрубком трубопровод дл  подачи хладагента, при этом полость кольцевого зазора открыта в рас Ш1фительную камеру внутри корпуса. Однако передача холода от канюли предлагаемого криоэкстрактора к биологической ткани осуществл етс  практ чески в точке, т. е. отсутствует регулирование зоны криовоздёйстви , что ограни чивает область применени  криоэкстракто Дл  этого корпус снабжен телескопически подвижным теплоизолированным кожухом, охватывающим канюлю по скольз щей посадке. На чертеже изображено предлагаемое устройство, продольный разрез. Устройство содержит корпус 1, составной частью которого  вл етс  телескопически подвижный теплоизолированный ко жух 2, охватывающий по скольз щей по- садке сменную канюлю 3. С тыльной стороны корпуса 1 расположена трубка 4 дл  подачи хладагента от источт1ка ( сосуд Дьюара и т. д. ) и трубка 5 дл  отвода в атмосферу испарившегос  азота. На продолжении трубки 4 находитс  трубопровод 6, коаксиально с кольцевым зазором введенный в канюлю 3, заглушен- liyK) с головного конца и снабженную датчиком 7 температуры, выводы которого соединены с штепсельным разъемом 8. Кольцевой зазор ме щу стенкой каюоли 3 и трубопроводом 6 открыт в расширительную камеру 9, сообщающуюс  через патрубок 1О и трубку 5 с атмосферой. j53 В)гутри кожуха 2 размещен двойной нагреватепь 11, предназначенный дл  размораживани  и регулировани  температуры на оголенном конце канюли 3 в соответст ВИИ с заданием и факттгческой температурой , измер емой с помощью датчика 7, При подготовке предлагаемого криоэкстрактора к работе в корпус 1 устанавливакуг требуемую по длине и диаметр канюлю 3, а затем, смеща  кожух 2 вдоль оси, устанавливают требуемую длину рабочего участка канюли 3, включают цепь измерени  температуры и подачу азота через трубку 4, Подготовленный таким образом крио- экстрактор используют следующим образом Удерншва  корпус 1 рукой, ввод т канюлю 3 в ткань, в частности в разрезе, обнажающем операционное поле. Жидкий азот, поступающий по трубопроводу 6 в канюпю 3, вызывает замораживание тканей, которые извлекаютс  как с помощью канюли при температуре до (-80) С, так и с помощью вопомогательного инструмента (скребка и т. п,)« Извлеченные вместе с канюлей 3 частицы ткани удал ют с омощью электронагревател  11. Затем электронагреватель 11 выключают и, охладив канюлю 3 до рабочей температурь, повторшот- цикл криоэкстракиии. Температуру рабочего ко1ща канюли 3 в процессе операции посто нно контролируют и корректируют с помощью средств автоматизации и регулировани , предусмотренных конструкцией криокоагул тора, в комплект которого входит описанный инстру(, или с помощью других известных приборов Формула изобретени  Устройство дл  локального охлаждени  ткани, содержащее корпус,-трубки дл  подачи и отвода хладагента; рабочий наконечник, датчик температуры, нагреЬатель , отличающеес  тем, что, с целью регулировани  зоны криовоз- действи , корпус снабжен телескопически подвижным теплоизолированным кожухом, охватывающим канюлю по скольз щей посадке .
