Изобретение относится к области изготовления защитных покрытий стальных труб, используемых в частности к теплосетях. The invention relates to the field of manufacture of protective coatings for steel pipes used in particular for heating systems.
Известна мелкозернистая смесь, включающая мас.%: портландцемент М400 35,7; песок 52,3; жидкое стекло 0,34; винилацетат 0,34; суперпластификатор С-3 0,34; воду остальное (RU 2091344, 1997). The properties of the proposed mixture in comparison with the prototype are shown in the table.
Предлагаемую смесь приготавливают в смесителях принудительного перемешивания. При нанесении ее на внутренюю поверхность труб целесообразно использовать метод центрифугирования и торкретирования.
