Abstract

FIELD: civil engineering; erection of pipe lines of heating systems. SUBSTANCE: coat on base of cement composition is applied on inner surfaces of pipes by concrete spraying method or by centrifuging method. Cement composition includes superplasticizer C-3 additives and syrup. Composition of mixture is given in Description. EFFECT: enhanced corrosion resistance of coat at change in heat-transfer agent temperature up to 150 C.

Изобретение относится к области изготовления защитных покрытий стальных труб, используемых в частности к теплосетях. The invention relates to the field of manufacture of protective coatings for steel pipes used in particular for heating systems.

Свойства предлагаемой смеси в сопоставлении с прототипом приведены в таблице.

Мелкозернистая смесь для антикоррозионного покрытия внутренней поверхности труб, включающая вяжущее, песок, воду и добавки, отличающаяся тем, что она в качестве вяжущего содержит цементную композицию, а в качестве добавки водный раствор суперпластификатора С-3 и сахарной патоки при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:

Вяжущее низкой водопотребности ВНВ-100 - 22,3 - 18,2
Вяжущее низкой водопотребности ВНВ-70 - 13,4 - 10,9
Портландцемент не ниже М400 ДО - 8,47 - 6,9

Сахарная патока - 0,22 - 0,72
