Claims (19)
1. Антитело к теофиллину, содержащее: (а) гипервариабельный участок тяжелой цепи HVR-H3, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 11, (б) гипервариабельный участок легкой цепи HVR-L3, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 15, и (в) HVR-H2, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 10.
2. Антитело по п. 1, содержащее (а) HVR-H1, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 09, (б) HVR-H2, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 10, и (в) HVR-H3, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 11.
3. Антитело по любому из пп. 1-2, содержащее (а) HVR-L1, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 13, (б) HVR-L2, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 14, и (в) HVR-L3, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 15.
4. Антитело по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающееся тем, что оно представляет собой гуманизированное антитело и содержит в положении 71 вариабельного домена тяжелой цепи, согласно нумерации по Кабату, аминокислотный остаток аргинин.
5. Антитело по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающееся тем, что оно представляет собой гуманизированное антитело и содержит в положении 46 вариабельного домена легкой цепи, согласно нумерации по Кабату, аминокислотный остаток лейцин.
6. Антитело по любому из пп. 1-5, содержащее:
(a) последовательность вариабельного домена тяжелой цепи VH, идентичную по меньшей мере на 95% аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO: 12;
(б) последовательность вариабельного домена легкой цепи VL, идентичную по меньшей мере на 95% аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO: 16; или
(в) последовательность VH как в (а) и последовательность VL как в (б),
где аминокислотный остаток в положении 71 вариабельного домена тяжелой цепи, согласно нумерации по Кабату, представляет собой аргинин, а аминокислотный остаток в положении 46 вариабельного домена легкой цепи, согласно нумерации по Кабату, представляет собой лейцин.
7. Антитело по п. 4, содержащее последовательность VH, представленную SEQ ID NO: 12.
8. Антитело по любому из пп. 4 или 7, содержащее последовательность VL, представленную SEQ ID NO: 16.
9. Антитело, содержащее последовательность VH, представленную SEQ ID NO: 12, и последовательность VL, представленную SEQ ID NO: 16.
10. Антитело по любому из пп. 1-9, представляющее собой полноразмерное антитело IgG1 или полноразмерное антитело IgG4.
11. Антитело по любому из пп. 1-10, представляющее собой моноклональное антитело.
12. Антитело по любому из пп. 1-11, представляющее собой фрагмент антитела, связывающийся с теофиллином.
13. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая антитело по любому из пп. 1-12 и фармацевтически приемлемый носитель.
14. Антитело по любому из пп. 1-12 для применения в качестве лекарственного средства.
15. Применение антитела по любому из пп. 1-12 при изготовлении лекарственного средства.
