Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ zasilania trakcji elektrycznej prądu stałego zawierający obiekt (9) zasilania obejmujący szynę główną (7) oraz szynę minusową (8), przekształtnik zasilający (4) połączony szeregowo z zabezpieczeniem łączeniowym (3) i włączony pomiędzy szyną główną (7) a szyną minusową (8) oraz układ sterowania, przy czym do przekształtnika zasilającego (4) przyłączone jest źródło zasilania (5), przy czym układ zawiera dodatkowo zasobnik bateryjny (1) połączony szeregowo z zabezpieczeniem łączeniowym (2) i włączony pomiędzy szyną główną (7) a szyną minusową (8) równolegle względem szeregowo połączonych przekształtnika zasilającego (4) i zabezpieczenia łączeniowego (3).
