Abstract

차륜 허브 베어링 구성 장치에 있어서, 베어링은 원판 또는 원통형 브레이크 부재의 반경방향 플랜지에 고착되게 적용된 회전하는 반경방향 플랜지(11)를 형성하고, 그리고 그곳에 정작하여 회전한다. 브레이크 플랜지(12)는 베어링 플랜지(11)와 같은 반경방향 평판에 위치되고, 그곳의 주변 부분에 똑바로 고착된다. 베어링 조립의 반경 방향세척은 감소되고, 그리고 베어링의 변형은 헛돌고, 제동표면이 회피된다.

Claims (10)

  1. 베어링이 브레이크부재의 반경 플랜지에 고착하기 위해 적용되는 회전하는 반경 방향 플랜지(11)를 형성하고 그리고 그와 함께 고정하여 회전하는 형의 차륜 허브 베어링 구성장치에 있어서, 상기 브레이크 플랜지(12)는 베어링 플랜지(11)의 같은 반경방향평면에 위치되고, 그리고 그곳의 주변 위치에 똑바로 고착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차륜 허브 베어링 구성장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지(11,12)는 반경방향 조임여분에 의해 조이게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차륜 허브 베어링 구성장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지(11,12)는 적어도 한 측면 상에 함께 펀치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차륜 허브 베어링 구성장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지(11,12)의 한 단부(11)가 상기 플랜지의 다른 것(12)상에 제공된 자리(16)의 형상을 모방하는 많은 변형을 형성하게 펀치 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차륜 허브 베어링 구성장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지(11,12)중 적어도 하나가 반경방향으로 돌출하는 측단부(13)를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차륜 허브 베어링 구성장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지를 축방향으로 고착시키는 양단부는 조립 중에 펀칭 또는 접기에 의해 얻게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차륜 허브 베어링 구성장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 플랜지(11)의 주변부분은 상기 다른 플랜지(12)의 대응하는 표면에 의해 회전을 위해 스플라인 결합으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차륜 허브 베어링 구성장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지(11,12)는 함께 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차륜 허브 베어링 구성장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지(11,12)중 하나 (11)는 상기 플랜지(11,12)의 다른 것(12)의 측면주변위치에 얻어진 체결자리와 맞물리도록 회전되고 접혀지게 적용된 사실상 축방향 주변 램(18)이 갖추어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차륜 허브 베어링 구성장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 회전되는 상기 베어링 플랜지 림(18)에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 관통되게 적용되는 많은 리세스(21)는 플랜지(12)의 내단부에 얻게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차륜 허브 베어링 구성장치.
