제4도 및 제5도는 각각 상부 금형과 하부 금형의 자동 교환시의 작용설명도.

Claims (3)

  1. 유압 구동 수단에 의하여 상하 이동하고, 회전 구동 수단에 의하여 산출된 값으로 회전할 수 있는 상부 주축과, 상부 주축의 하방에 위치하고, 상부 주축과 동기되어 산출된 값으로 회전할 수 있는 하부 주축과, 상기 상부 주축의 하단에 착탈 가능하게 장착되어, 자동적으로 교환될 수 있는 상부 금형과, 상부 금형에 대향 되도록 하부 주축에 상단에 착탈 가능하게 장착되어 자동적으로 교환될 수 있는 하부 금형과, 상기 상부 주축에 상부 금형의 이송 위치를 정하여 체결시키는 상부 클러치 장치와, 상기 하부 주축에 하부 금형의 이송 위치를 정하여 체결시키는 하부 클러치 장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 펀치 프레스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부 주축이 별도의 유압 구동 수단에 의하여 상하로 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펀치 프레스.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 주축의 하강 속도 및 추력이 그 상부 주축의 상하 이동 위치를 검출하여 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펀치 프레스.
