여러 형태의 버너중, 점화를 위한 예열에 필요한 연료와라 시간을 절약하기 위하여 개발된 연료절약형 버너 즉, 회전분무 점화식 버너에 있어서는 그 점화를 하기 위하여 모타에 의한 회전자로서 연료를 회전분사하여 이를 다시 망판원통으로 고속회전 시킴으로써 완전 무화(霧化)되게한 후, 전기 점화자에 의한 불꽃으로 간단하게 점화시켜 연료를 연소되게 하면서 기화통내의 연료를 가열시켜 그 액체연료를 기화되게 함으로써 연료가 완전연소되게 하는 것이었으나, 종래에 회전분무 점화식 버너를 보일러에 설착함에 있어서 그 연료탱크의 상부에 열을 차단시키지 않은 채, 밀폐된 상태로 설착하였던 것이어서 그 연소열이 연로탱크에 까지 미치게 되어 장시간 사용시 위험할 뿐만 아니라 버너의 작동을 멈추더라도 밀폐된 상태여서 쉽게 냉각되지 않고 가열상태를 오랫동안 유지하였던 것이어서 재차 버너를 점화하고자 할때에는 연료를 회전분무하여 무화시키기 전에 이미 연료의 기화상태를 유지하게 되므로 점화력이 약화되어 전기 점화자의 불꽃 정도로는 그 점화가 불가능하게 되어 제점화를 위하여 버너가 완전냉각 될 때까지 장시간 기다리거나 화력이 높은 연소상태의 다른 불씨를 이용하여 점화시켜야 되는 불편한 결점이 있었다.Among the various types of burners, fuel-saving burners developed to save time because of the fuel required for preheating for ignition, that is, a rotary spray ignition type burner, rotate and spray fuel as a rotor by a motor to ignite it. 전기한 구조의 설명과 같이 보일러에 있어서 연료탱크(1)의 상부에 지지구(2)(2')를 용착하고 이에 지지판(3)을 나사로서 고정한 후, 그 주연의 결합대(13)(13')의 내측에 보일러몸체(14)를 삽착한후 나사로서 결합하여 지지판(3)의 상부에 부착된 "ㄴ"자형 버너지지판(7)의 버너지지봉(10)(10')에 용착된 회전분무 점화식 버너(12)를 보일러에 대하여 지지설치케 되는 것인데, 회전분무 점화식 버너(12)를 작동시키면 연료탱크(1)로 부터 연료가 연료펌프(19)를 통하여 분무통(24)으로 분출되는 동시에 모타(21)에 의하여 회전자(23)가 고속회전 되면서 이의 미세홈에 의하여 연료가 사방 분사되어 고속으로 동회전하는 분무통(24)의 미세망에 의하여 더욱 미세하게 무화(霧化)되면서 점화자(20)의 불꽂으로 점화되어 연소가 시작되는 것인데, 연소중에 기화통(25)이 가열되면서 기화통(25)내의 무화 상태의 연료가 기화되어 연소되므로서 완전연소하게 되는 것이고, 하부의 버너 공기 조절레버(18)를 좌우로 조절하여 공기흡입구(26)(26')의 간극을 조정 함으로써, 임펠러(27)로 빨아 들이는 공기의 량을 가감하여 연소되는 연소량을 조절할 수도 있는 것인데 지지판(3) 및 단열판(4)이 연료탱크(1)이 지지구(2)(2')에 고정되어 있기 때문에 연료탱크(1)와 지지판(3) 사이의 공간을 통하여 충분한량의 공기가 순환되면서 중앙통공(5)(5')(9)을 통하여 공기흡입구(26)(26')에 공기를 공급하는 동시에 단열판(4)은 연소중의 열이 하부로 전달되는 것을 차단하여 연료탱크에 열이 미치지 못하게 함으로써 안전한 버너의 작동이 가능한 것이며, 또한 버너의 작동을 중지시켰을 경우에도 중앙통공(5)(5')(9)가 주연냉각공(6)(6') 및 정면냉각공(8)으로 신선한 공기가 계속 공급되므로서 밀폐된 보일러의 내부 일지라도 기화통(25)의 하부는 물론, 기화통(25)의 외주연까지 신속한 냉각이 가능하므로 연료가 더 이상 기하되지 않아 점화자(20)의 불꽃으로는 그 점화력이 약하여 점화가 불가능한 기화상태의 연료를 제거되게 함과 동시에 재점화시에 새로운 무화상태의 연료가 분무될 수 있게하여 무화상태의 연료를 점화시킴으로써 신속한 재점화가 가능한 것이다.As described in the above-described structure, in the boiler, the supporters 2 and 2 'are welded to the upper portion of the fuel tank 1, and the support plates 3 are fixed thereto with screws, and then the joining table 13 of the periphery thereof ( 13 ') and the boiler body 14 is inserted into the burner support rods 10 and 10' of the " b " The rotary spray ignition burner 12 is supported to the boiler.
