제5도는 전조등의 전방으로부터 본 것으로, 전조등에 채용된 하부 빔 조사유닛의 분해 사시도.

Claims (12)

  1. 더블 빔 타입의 전조등에 있어서, 폐쇄된 일단과 개방된 타단을 갖는 램프본체 : 상기 램프본체의 폐쇄된 일단의 소정부분에서 개구부를 한전하는 수단 : 상기 램프본체의 개방단부를 덮는 렌즈 : 상기 램프본체의 폐쇄단부의 내면의 일부에 일체로 형성된 제1오목 반사경과 상기 제1오목 반사경의 중앙부에 부착된 제1광원을 포함하는 상부 빔 조사유닛 : 및 상기 개구부에 면한 위치에서 상기 램프본체에 부착된 집광 렌즈와, 상기 개구부에 면한 상태로 상기 램프본체의 외측에 이탈가능하게 연결된 제2오목 반사경과, 상기 제2오목 반사경의 중앙부에 부착된 제2광원을 포함하는 하부 빔 조사유닛 : 으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전조등.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부 빔 조사유닛의 제2오목 반사경은 그의 전면개방단부가 상기 램프본체의 외측에 이탈가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전조등.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2오목 반사경은 제1 및 제2촛점을 갖는 타원형 반사면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전조등.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하부 빔 조사유닛의 제2광원은 상기 타원형 반사면의 제1촛점에 그의 필라멘트가 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전조등.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2광원은 상기 제2오목 반사경의 중앙부에 이탈가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 전조등.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하부 빔 조사유닛은 상기 개구부와 상기 집광렌즈 사이의 위치에서 상기 램프본체에 위치된 차광판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전조등.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 차광판은 상기 제2오목 반사경의 타원형 반사면의 제2촛점에 인접하여 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전조등.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 하부 빔 조사유닛은 상기 차광판을 그 안에 수용하고 그의 최내측 단에서 상기 집광렌즈를 지지하는 관을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전조등.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 관은 상기 개구부와 정렬된 상태로 상기 램프본체의 내면에 그의 최외측 단부가 이탈가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전조등.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2오목 반사경의 전면 개방단에는 환상으로 뻗어있는 홈이 형성되며, 상기 램프본체의 외측에는 상기 환상으로 뻗어있는 홈에 적절히 수용된 관형부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전조등.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제2오목 반사경의 전면 개방단에는 각각 관통공을 지니고 방사상으로 돌출된 러그가 형성되고, 상기 램프본체의 관형부에는 각각 나선공을 지닌 스터드가 형성되며, 상기 러그는 볼트에 의해 상기 스터드와 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전조등.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 하부 빔 조사유닛은 상기 관 주위에 형성된 간극을 보상하는 더미 반사경을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전조등.
