Regular maintenance is especially important because the regulator does not operate manually but maintains the secondary pressure automatically by the pressure change due to variation of capacity and operates automatically.

The regulator is divided into an axial direct-acting regulator and a pilot-type regulator.

The pilot pressure regulator of the pilot pressure regulator senses the minute pressure on the secondary side and amplifies the driving pressure to the diaphragm. The pilot-type regulator has an excellent characteristic that the outlet pressure is supplied in a relatively stable form, and is mainly used for mass-demand customers and earth regulators.

On the other hand, in the axial direction direct-current type pressure regulator, the separated silencer is mounted inside, and the axial direction regulator is installed in a straight line with the existing direct-current regulator.

When disassembling and assembling the axial direction direct-acting type pressure regulator, the main body should be separated from the piping by using a hoist, and the main body installed in a straight line with the piping is vertically erected and placed on the ground.

There is a fear that a phenomenon that the upper housing suddenly bounces out due to the high elasticity of the static pressure spring may occur in the process of separating the housing of the regulator during the disassembly and assembly described above.
