Abstract

According to the present invention, there is provided a jig for attaching and detaching a power transformer housing, the power transformer comprising: a main body disposed on the same axis as a static pressure spring of a direct-drive type pressure regulator, having a screw thread formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof; A fixing member having a middle body coupled to a thread of the main body, a plurality of guide portions extending outward from an outer periphery of the middle body, and elongated holes formed in the longitudinal direction of each of the guide portions; A fixing bolt coupled to penetrate through the slot and to be fastened to a coupling portion of the upper and lower housings; And a nut member fastened to the fixing bolt and fixing the fixing bolt.
Description
The present invention relates to a jig for removing a housing for a regulator, and more particularly, it relates to a jig for removing a housing of an axial direction direct-acting regulator, which can be safely and efficiently carried out, thereby improving the structure so as to prevent safety accidents caused by restoring elasticity To a jig for removing a rewinder housing.

The pilot pressure regulator of the pilot pressure regulator senses the minute pressure on the secondary side and amplifies the driving pressure to the diaphragm. The pilot-type regulator has an excellent characteristic that the outlet pressure is supplied in a relatively stable form, and is mainly used for mass-demand customers and earth regulators.
On the other hand, in the axial direction direct-current type pressure regulator, the separated silencer is mounted inside, and the axial direction regulator is installed in a straight line with the existing direct-current regulator.
When disassembling and assembling the axial direction direct-acting type pressure regulator, the main body should be separated from the piping by using a hoist, and the main body installed in a straight line with the piping is vertically erected and placed on the ground.
There is a fear that a phenomenon that the upper housing suddenly bounces out due to the high elasticity of the static pressure spring may occur in the process of separating the housing of the regulator during the disassembly and assembly described above. Therefore, when the decompression maintenance of the regulator housing is manually performed, There is a risk of a safety accident, and a long working time is required, so that the disassembly and assembling workability is deteriorated.

However, in the prior art, there is a problem that the housing of the axial direct-acting type regulator is not suitable for disassembling and assembling work, and a jig capable of disassembling and assembling the regulator housing safely and easily is required.
