Abstract
본 발명은 의류나 접시, 주거공간의 세정 또는 발향제품, 물티슈, 화장품 등에 사용되는 물을 함유하는 제품들에 있어 부패를 방지하고, 물성을 보존하는 목적으로 하는 항균용 조성물 및 이를 함유하는 화장품, 위생용품, 생활화학제품과 같은 제품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 항균용 조성물에는 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물과, 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물을 포함함으로써 인체 유해성, 피부자극 등의 문제를 해소할 수 있으면서 항균력을 증진시킬 수 있다.The present invention relates to an antibacterial composition for preventing decay and preserving the physical properties of products containing water, such as clothing, dishes, cleaning or fragrance products for living spaces, wet tissues, and cosmetics, and to products such as cosmetics, hygiene products, and household chemical products containing the same. 상기 비교예 그리고 제조예 조성에 의해 제조된 각각의 항균용 조성물과, 실시예에 의해 제조된 각각의 화장품, 위생용품, 생활화학제품 조성물에 대하여 아래 방법과 같이 세균, 사상균 및 효모 각각에 대한 항균시험을 수행하였다.Antibacterial tests were performed on bacteria, mold, and yeast, respectively, for each antibacterial composition manufactured by the above comparative examples and manufacturing examples, and each cosmetic, hygiene product, and household chemical product composition manufactured by the examples, using the methods below.
[방법] 항균 시험[Method] Antibacterial test
시험용액에 대한 항균력 측정은 액체배지희석법(broth dilution method)을 이용하여 측정하였다. 시험용액의 처리농도를 최고농도 5%에서부터 최저농도 0.0001%가 되도록 희석하여 사용하였다. 시험용액과 균주를 함께 배양한 후 튜브의 혼탁도를 확인하였다. 이때 배지에 시험용액을 처리하지 않고, 균주만 접종한 튜브에서 보이는 혼탁정도에 비하여 시험용액을 농도별로 처리한 튜브 중 균의 성장이 보이지 않는 튜브의 시험용액의 농도를 최소억제 농도(MIC)로 정하였다. 위와 같은 1차 시험 후 시험용액의 처리농도를 좀 더 세분화해서 2자 시험을 진행해 정확한 최소억제농도(MIC)를 얻었다.The antibacterial activity of the test solution was measured using the broth dilution method. A. niger는 Potato dextrose agar에 도말하여 (25±1)℃에서 7일간 배양하였고, 균이 자란 고체 배지 위에 멸균생리식염수를 분주하고 spreader를 이용하여 포자를 떼어낸 후 멸균생리식염수에 희석하였다.The test strains, E. coli , S. aureus, and P. aeruginosa , were inoculated into Tryptic Soy Broth and cultured at 35±2℃ for 16-24 hours. C. albicans, A. niger는 테스트 튜브의 균주 농도가 1X104 CFU/mL 되도록 접종하였다. 시험용액의 처리가 완료된 후 C. albicans는 35℃에서 24-48 시간, A. niger는 25℃에서 46-50 시간 동안 배양하였다. 균액을 넣지 않은 배지 tube를 음성 대조군(negative control)로 사용하였으며, 시험용액 없이 배지에 균액만 접종한 tube를 성장 대조군(growth control)로 사용하였다. 또한, 용매로 사용한 디프로필렌글리콜 자체가 가지는 항균력을 확인하기 위해 용매를 시료의 시험 조건과 동일하게 하여 용매에 대한 시험균의 MIC를 확인했다.For E. coli, S. aureus, and P. aeruginosa, the strain concentration in the test tube was 1X10 5 CFU/mL.
