Abstract
Description

도 3은 도 2에 도시된, 동축 커넥터용 외부 전도체 장치의 사시 도면을 나타낸다.
도 4는 콘택트 구성 요소 및 제1 직경을 갖는 전기 라인을 연결하기 위한 연결 구성 요소로 구성된, 동축 커넥터용 외부 전도체 장치의 개략적인 분리 도면을 나타낸다.
도 5는 도 4에 도시된 콘택트 구성 요소 및 제2의 더 작은 직경을 갖는 전기 라인을 연결하기 위한 연결 구성 요소로 구성된, 동축 커넥터용 외부 전도체 장치의 개략적인 분리 도면을 나타낸다.
Claims (12)
- 동축 플러그 커넥터(2)용 외부 전도체 장치(4)로서,
상기 외부 전도체 장치(4)는 상대 커넥터의 외부 전도체로의 전기적 그리고 기계적 연결을 위한 콘택트 구성 요소(6)를 포함하고 동축 케이블의 외부 전도체로의 전기적 그리고 기계적 연결을 위한 연결 구성 요소(8b)를 포함하는, 2개 부분으로 형성되며, 상기 콘택트 구성 요소(6)와 상기 연결 구성 요소(8b)는 상기 연결 구성 요소(8b)의 콘택트 부분(12b)에서 전기적으로 그리고 기계적으로 서로 연결되고, 상기 콘택트 부분(12b)의 영역 내에서의 직경 차이인 구성 요소 차이점을 보상하기 위한 보상 부분(26)이 상기 콘택트 구성 요소(6)와 상기 연결 구성 요소(8b) 사이에 배치되며,
상기 보상 부분(26)은 상기 연결 구성 요소(8b)의 접힌 재료 부분에 의하여 형성되며, 상기 접힌 재료 부분은 상기 콘택트 구성 요소(6)의 방사상 내측으로 향한 표면상의 접촉면에 맞닿는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동축 플러그 커넥터(2)용 외부 전도체 장치(4).
- 제1항에 있어서,
보상 부분(26)은 상기 연결 구성 요소(8b)에 할당된 것을 특징으로 하는, 동축 플러그 커넥터(2)용 외부 전도체 장치(4).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 접힌 재료 부분은 적어도 단면에서 양각된 것을 특징으로 하는, 동축 플러그 커넥터(2)용 외부 전도체 장치(4).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연결 구성 요소(8b)는 외부 직경을 갖는 콘택트 부분(12b)을 갖고, 상기 연결 구성 요소(8b)는 내부 직경을 가지며, 상기 보상 부분(26)은 상기 콘택트 부분(12b)의 외부 직경과 상기 연결 구성 요소(8b)의 내부 직경 간의 차이에 의하여 형성된 구성 요소 차이를 보상하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동축 플러그 커넥터(2)용 외부 전도체 장치(4).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보상 부분(26)은 황동 또는 황동을 함유하는 합금으로, 주석 청동 또는 주석 청동을 함유하는 합금으로, 아연 또는 아연을 함유하는 합금으로, 또는 스테인리스 스틸 또는 스테인리스 스틸을 함유하는 합금으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는, 동축 플러그 커넥터(2)용 외부 전도체 장치(4).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연결 구성 요소(8b)와 상기 보상 부분(26)은 동일한 재료로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는, 동축 플러그 커넥터(2)용 외부 전도체 장치(4).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 외부 전도체 장치(4)를 포함하는, 동축 플러그 커넥터(2)를 포함하는 플러그.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 외부 전도체 장치(4)를 포함하는, 동축 플러그 커넥터(2).
- 적어도 콘택트 구성 요소(6) 및 연결 구성 요소(8b)를 갖는, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 외부 전도체 장치(4)를 포함하는, 동축 플러그 커넥터(2)를 형성하기 위한 구성 세트.
