Description
Claims (14)
- 제1기판 및 제2기판;상기 제1 및 제2기판 상에 형성된 액정층;상기 제2기판의 배면에 형성되고, DC 전류가 인가됨에 따라 열을 발생시키며, 정전기 발생을 방지하는 열발생전극;상기 제1 및 제2기판에 광을 조사하는 백라이트부; 및,상기 제1기판 상에 형성되어, 상기 열발생전극과 전기적으로 연결되어 DC 전류를 인가하는 가열패드를 포함하고,상기 가열패드는, 상기 열발생전극과 전도성 테이프에 의해 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 제1 기판상의 게이트 패드 및 데이터 패드 중, 어느 하나와 함께 형성되고,상기 열발생전극은 화소의 장변방향으로 배치된 패턴형태를 가지며, 상기 화소의 폭을 커버하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1기판은,제1투명기판 상에 제1방향으로 배열된 복수의 게이트라인;상기 게이트라인과 수직방향으로 배열되어 복수의 화소를 정의하는 복수의 데이터라인;상기 게이트라인과 데이터라인의 교차영역에 형성된 박막트랜지스터; 및상기 화소내에 수평전계를 발생시키는 화소전극 및 공통전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 테이프는 알루미늄(Al) 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열발생전극은 투명한 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 재질은 ITO(indium tin oxide), IZO(indium zinc oxide) 중의 하나로 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 서로 대향하는 상부 및 하부기판과, 상기 상부 및 하부기판 사이에 형성된 액정층으로 이루어지는 액정패널;상기 액정패널의 하부에 배치되어, 상기 액정패널에 광을 공급하는 백라이트;상기 액정패널 및 백라이트를 안착 및 고정시키는 몰드프레임;상기 상부 기판의 배면에 형성되어, 열을 발생시키고 정전기의 발생을 방지하는 열발생전극; 및,상기 상부 기판 상에 형성되며, 상기 열발생전극과 전기적으로 연결되어 DC 전류를 인가하는 가열패드를 포함하고,상기 액정패널은 화소내에 수평전계를 발생시키는 화소전극 및 공통전극을 포함하는 수평전계방식이며,상기 가열패드는, 상기 열발생전극과 전도성 테이프에 의해 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 상부 기판상의 게이트 패드 및 데이터 패드 중, 어느 하나와 함께 형성되고,상기 열발생전극은 화소의 장변방향으로 배치된 패턴형태를 가지며, 상기 화소의 폭을 커버하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.

- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 가열패드는 ITO 또는 IZO와 같은 투명한 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
