Claims (6)
- 상부고정판과 상기 상부고정판에 수용되는 고정측 형판을 포함하는 상부금형과 하부가동판과 상기 하부가동판에 수용되는 가동측 형판을 포함하는 하부금형을 포함하고, 상기 상부금형과 하부금형이 결합시 내부의 용융수지 주입경로인 런너를 포함하며, 상기 상부고정판과 상기 하부가동판 사이에 규정되는 일정공간인 캐비티를 포함하여 상기 런너를 통해 상기 캐비티에 용융수지를 주입하여 사출물을 성형하는 금형에 있어서,상기 캐비티는 제1사출성형물이 형성되는 제1캐비티와 상기 제1사출성형물을 수용하는 제2사출성형물을 형성하는 제2캐비티를 포함하고,상기 제1캐비티는 제2사출성형물의 두께가 급격히 얇아지는 절곡부위의 하부 캐비티를 이루는 제1사출성형물의 절곡을 성형하는 제1캐비티의 상측함몰부에 경사함몰부를 포함하여 제2사출성형물의 두께가 급격히 얇아지는 부위에서 사출물이 이색 되는 것을 방지하며,상기 제2캐비티는 상기 런너와 만곡된 형상의 게이트로 연결되어 용융수지의 사출압력을 줄여 플로우 마크가 발생 되는 것을 방지하며,상기 가동측 형판은 사출성형물의 분리 이탈이 가능하도록 상하로 이동하고, 상기 고정측 형판은 상기 제1캐비티와 상기 제2캐비티 사이의 중심축에 의해 회전할 수 있도록 하여 서로 다른 종류의 재료나 색상을 적용하여 이중사출에 의해 사출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 게이트 조정을 통한 플로우 마크 방지금형
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 런너와 제2캐비티 사이에서 연결되는 만곡된 형상의 게이트는 상기 제2캐비티와 접하는 부위에서 하향으로 절곡되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 게이트 조정을 통한 플로우 마크 방지금형
