Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 액정이 충진되고 상부에 가스가 공급되어 상기 액정에 압력을 가하는 액정충진수단;상기 액정충진수단의 하부에 장착되며 액정충진수단의 액정이 배출되는 배출공이 형성된 니들시트;상기 액정충진수단에 상하운동 가능하도록 삽입되며, 일단부에는 제1스프링이 설치되고 타단부는 상기 니들시트의 배출공과 접촉하여 상하 운동함에 따라 니들시트의 배출공이 열리고 닫히는 니들;상기 니들의 상부에 장착되어 주위에 설치된 솔레노이드코일에 전원이 인가됨에 따라 자기력을 발생하여 상기 니들을 상부로 이동시키며, 제2스프링이 설치되어 전원이 끊김에 따라 상기 제2스프링의 탄성력에 의해 상기 니들에 힘을 가하는 자성막대; 및상기 액정충진수단의 하부에 장착되어 액정용기의 액정을 적어도 하나의 패널을 포함하는 기판상에 적하하는 노즐로 구성된 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정충진수단은 금속으로 이루어져 액정이 충진되는 액정용기인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정충진수단은,액정이 충진되고 상부에 가스가 공급되어 상기 액정에 압력을 가하는 액정용기; 및상기 액정용기가 수납되는 케이스로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2스프링을 수납하는 수납통을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
