- 체액을 수집 및 검출하기 위한 수단 및 랜싱을 지니며 랜싱 수단을 지니는 체액 시스템에 분리 가능하게 장착되는 조립체에 있어서,랜싱 섹션으로서,상기 체액 모니터링 시스템의 상기 랜싱 수단에 접속하기 위해 기단부에서 케넥터를 말단부에서 천공바늘을 지니는 랜싯과,내부에서 상기 랜싯을 이동 가능하게 수용하며, 내부로 천공바늘을 돌출시킬 수 있도록 말단부서 제1개구부를 지니고 체액 모니터링 시스템의 상기 랜싱수단과 상기커넥터를 접속시킬 수 있도록 기단 개구부를 갖는 슬리브를 지니는 제1하우징을 포함하며,상기 랜싯은 랜싱작용전에 상기 슬리브를 기밀시일할 수 있도록 기단 개구부 근처에서 상기 슬리브에 체결되는 랜싯 섹션;체액 검출 수단과 체액을 상기 검출 수단으로 유도하기 위한 제2개구부를 갖는 제2하우징을 포함하는 체액 수집 및 검출 섹션; 및상기 제1개구부를 시일하기 위한 제1시일부재와 선택적으로 상기 기단 개구부를 시일하기 위한 제2시일부재를 포함하며,상기 제1하우징은 상기 제1개구부를 시일링하기 위한 상기 제1시일부재 및 상기 랜싯 모두 또는 상기 기단 개구부를 시일하기 위한 상기 선택적인 제2시일부재에 의해 기밀적으로 시일되며,상기 제1하우징 및 상기 제2하우징은 상기 제1하우징의 상기 제1개구부 와 상기 제2하우징의 상기 제2개구부가 함께 상기 조립체의 외부에 상기 천공 바늘을 돌출시킬 수 있도록 말단 개구부를 형성하도록 상호 고정적으로 일체화되며, 체액 수집 및 검출 섹션과 랜싯섹션을 지니는 원피스(one-piece)형 조립체가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 상기 제1개구부 및 시일된 상기 기단 개구부와 함께 상기 제1하우징에 수용된 상기 천공바늘을 지니는 상기 랜싯 섹션을 소독하고; 원피스형 조립체를 형성하도록 소독된 랜싯 섹션을 상기 체액 수집 및 검출 수단에 조립하여 생산되는 제1항에 따른 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전체 조립체는 조립 후 보호실드로 보호되는 조립체.

- 제20항 또는 21항에 있어서, 상기 체액 수집 및 체액 유닛은 개구부를 지니는 하우징에 수용되며, 상기 체액가이드는 상기 개구부의 내부에 배치되는 체액 수집 및 검출 유닛.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 상기 체액 가이드는 2개의 측방 부재들과 하부 플레이트 부재를 포함하는 구성을 지니는 체액 수집 및 검출 유닛.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 하부 플레이트 부재는 말단 섹션에서 하방으로 연장하는 돌출부를 지니는 체액 수집 및 검출유닛.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 체액 가이드 부재들은 상기 측방 부재들 사이의 폭이 상기 인입구의 측부로부터 말단부의 측부까지 증가하고 상기 체액의 표면장력이 상기 유동경로의 내부에서 보다 상기 유체 가이드 부재들로 포위된 내부공간에서 더 낮아지도록 설계되며, 상기 측방 부재들의 말단부들은 상기 제2개구부의 바닥면에 대해 90°미만의 각도로 장착되는 체액수집 및 검출 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조립체와 체액 모니터링 시스템의 본체를 포함하는 체액 모니터링 시스템에 있어서, 상기 본체는,말단부에서 요부를 지니는 랜싱 수단;체액 내의 목표 성분을 측정하기 위한 수단; 및상기 조립체의 조립된 하우징을 분리 가능하게 보지하기 위한 홀더 수단;을 포함하며,상기 조립체는 상기 홀더 수단에 의해 보지되며, 상기 랜싯의 커넥터는 상기 랜싱 수단의 말단부에 형성된 상기 홈 내로 잠입되는 체액 모니터링 시스템.
