Claims (3)
- 앞쪽이 도장기를 설치하는 도장기설치부가 되고, 뒤쪽이 카트리지를 설치하는 카트리지설치부가 되는 하우징과,회전축을 가지는 에어모터와 상기 에어모터의 앞쪽에 위치하고 회전축에 설치된 회전무화헤드로 이루어지며, 상기 하우징의 도장기설치부에 설치된 도장기와,상기 도장기를 구성하는 에어모터의 회전축내를 축방향으로 설치되며, 전단이 회전무화헤드로 개구하고 후단이 상기 하우징의 카트리지설치부로 개구하는 피드튜브 삽입구멍과,내부에 도료가 충전되는 봄베와 상기 봄베의 선단으로부터 축방향으로 연장되는 피드튜브로 이루어지는 각 색상마다 별개의 도료용 카트리지를 구비한 회전무화헤드형 도장장치의 도장방법으로서,도장에 사용하는 도료용 카트리지의 봄베를 상기 하우징의 카트리지설치부에 설치하고, 피드튜브를 상기 피드튜브 삽입구멍에 삽입하는 도료용 카트리지설치공정과,상기 에어모터에 의하여 회전무화헤드를 회전시킨 상태에서, 설치한 도료용 카트리지내의 도료를 피드튜브를 통하여 회전무화헤드를 향하여 공급하는 도장공정과,도장의 종료후에 사용이 끝난 도료용 카트리지를 상기 하우징으로부터 떼어내는 도료용 카트리지떼어냄 공정과,상기 회전무화헤드의 앞면쪽으로부터 세정유체를 공급하여 상기 회전무화헤드에 부착된 이전색상 도료를 세정하는 세정공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전무화헤드형 도장장치의 도장방법.
- 앞쪽이 도장기를 설치하는 도장기설치부가 되고 뒤쪽이 카트리지를 설치하는 카트리지설치부가 되는 하우징과,회전축을 가지는 에어모터와 이 에어모터의 앞쪽에 위치하여 회전축에 설치되는 회전무화헤드로 이루어지고 상기 하우징의 도장기설치부에 설치된 도장기와,상기 도장기를 구성하는 에어모터의 회전축내에 축방향으로 설치되어 전단이 회전무화헤드로 개구하며, 후단이 상기 하우징의 카트리지설치부로 개구하는 피드튜브 삽입구멍과,내부에 도료가 충전되는 봄베 및 이 봄베의 선단으로부터 축방향으로 연장되는 피드튜브로 이루어지는 각 색상마다 별개의 도료용 카트리지를 구비한 회전무화헤드형 도장장치의 도장방법으로서,도장에 사용하는 도료용 카트리지의 봄베를 상기 하우징의 카트리지설치부에 설치하고 피드튜브를 상기 피드튜브 삽입구멍에 삽입하는 도료용 카트리지설치공정과,상기 에어모터에 의하여 회전무화헤드를 회전시킨 상태에서, 설치된 도료용 카트리지내의 도료를 피드튜브를 통하여 회전무화헤드를 향하여 공급하는 도장공정과,도장의 종료후에 상기 회전무화헤드의 전면측으로부터 세정유체를 공급하여상기 회전무화헤드와 피드튜브선단에 부착된 이전색상 도료를 세정하는 세정공정과,세정의 종료후에 사용이 끝난 도료용 카트리지를 상기 하우징으로부터 떼어내는 도료용 카트리지떼어냄 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전무화헤드형 도장장치의 도장방법.
- 앞쪽이 도장기를 설치하는 도장기설치부가 되고 뒤쪽이 카트리지를 설치하는 카트리지설치부가 되는 하우징과,회전축을 가지는 에어모터와 상기 에어모터의 앞쪽에 위치하여 회전축에 설치된 회전무화헤드로 이루어지고 상기 하우징의 도장기설치부에 설치된 도장기와,상기 도장기를 구성하는 에어모터의 회전축내에 축방향으로 설치되고 전단이 회전무화헤드로 개구하며 후단이 상기 하우징의 카트리지설치부로 개구하는 피드튜브 삽입구멍과,내부에 도료가 충전된 봄베와 상기 봄베의 선단으로부터 축방향으로 연장되는 피드튜브로 이루어지는 각 색상마다 별개의 도료용 카트리지와,내부에 세정유체가 충전되는 봄베와 그 봄베의 선단으로부터 축방향으로 연장되는 피드튜브로 이루어지는 세정용 카트리지를 구비한 회전무화헤드형 도장장치의 도장방법으로서,도장에 사용하는 도료용 카트리지의 봄베를 상기 하우징의 카트리지설치부에설치하고 피드튜브를 상기 피드튜브 삽입구멍에 삽입하는 도료용 카트리지설치하여 공정과,상기 에어모터에 의하여 회전무화헤드를 회전시킨 상태에서, 설치된 도료용 카트리지내의 도료를 피드튜브를 통하여 회전무화헤드를 향하여 공급하는 도장공정과,도장의 종료후에 사용이 끝난 도료용 카트리지를 상기 하우징으로부터 떼어내는 도료용 카트리지떼어냄 공정과,상기 회전무화헤드에 부착된 이전 색상도료를 세정하기 위하여 상기 하우징의 카트리지설치부에 세정용 카트리지를 설치하는 세정용 카트리지설치공정과,상기 세정용 카트리지내의 세정유체를 피드튜브를 통하여 회전무화헤드에 공급하는 세정유체 공급공정과,세정의 종료후에 상기 하우징으로부터 사용이 끝난 세정용 카트리지를 떼어내는 세정용 카트리지떼어냄 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전무화헤드형 도장장치의 도장방법.
