細断を行つて極小紙片とし、細断物収納箱に空隙
が生じる余地を少なくしたので、非常に効率良く
収納することができると共に、機密性を有する書
類の発棄等に際してできる限り小辺に細断すると
いう第一の目的に十分かなうものである。
