Conventionally, the method of expressing a three-dimensional pattern on the surface of a decorative sheet has been to emboss it using a molded roll or plate. In this method, the stamping roll or plate itself is expensive, requires incidental equipment, and complicates the work process, resulting in lower workability and productivity and higher costs. In addition, the unevenness formed by embossing is small and does not change easily, and the base sheet used to form it by pressing may be torn, or the recesses may appear convex on the back surface. When pasted on a ceiling surface, there were problems such as the adhesive seeping out from the torn places, contaminating the surface, causing the concave parts to collapse, and the adhesion of the convex parts to be poor.

The screen printing method allows printing with raised patterns by increasing the amount of printing ink transferred, and was used as a method of expressing three-dimensional patterns on decorative materials. However, it is actually difficult to make the color tone of the pattern itself rich in variation.
The three-dimensional patterns that are printed have to be monotonous. In order to overcome the monotony of this screen printing pattern, after forming a three-dimensional pattern by screen printing, a pattern corresponding to the pattern is printed using normal printing methods (gravure printing,

■ After forming a three-dimensional pattern, it may be possible to polish the convex mold to make a smooth surface for printing, but the three-dimensional pattern will become smaller and the design effect will be reduced, and the workability and process will be complicated, increasing costs. The gist of the present invention is to form a pattern (2) by printing on the surface of a base sheet Tll which has been colored as necessary, and further to form a pattern (2) on the base sheet 1 on which the pattern (2) has been formed. It exists in a decorative sheet in which a transparent convex pattern 6 is formed in a pattern by screen printing or gravure printing using a transparent paint.

The present invention is a division of Japanese Patent Application No. 54-132.420, but the invention of this original application is based on the base sheet l being divided into three substrates.
A transparent convex pattern 6 is formed on the base sheet 1 after it is laminated and adhered to the base sheet 1. In this way, the base sheet 1 is prevented from being wrinkled.

The present invention is directed to a decorative sheet a in which a transparent convex pattern 6, which is the premise of the invention of the original application, is formed on a base sheet 1 in advance. That is, in the original application, in the present invention, when the decorative sheet a is attached directly onto the substrate 3, wrinkles are improved, whereas the present invention has an advantage in that the decorative sheet a can be separated and transported. It is something.

■ The pattern 2 can be seen through the transparent coating film forming the transparent convex pattern 6 formed thereon, and due to the phenomenon of light refraction, the pattern 2 in that part stands out compared to other parts. It looks solid, and the color tone itself is expressed in a light tone, creating a three-dimensional pattern that has not been seen in the past, improving the design effect.

The resin, viscosity, etc. of the transparent paint forming the transparent convex pattern 6 may be determined by taking into account the printing method, the thickness and height of the coating film of the pattern, etc., and the transparent paint may be arbitrarily colored. It is also possible to form a colored transparent convex pattern 6 so as to bring about a change in color tone.
