て、前記ブシュの両端を延長して前記内リングプレート
より突出させて突出部とすると共に、該突出部に、断面
が外周側に向って漸次幅広になるように略台形状に形成
され、かつ、該外周面側に開口するＶ字溝が形成された
弾性環状シールを嵌合させ、該弾性環状シールを前記外
リンクプレートと内リンクプレートとで圧接挾持したこ
