金属導体と、該金属導体を互いに離間せしめて保
持する絶縁性支持体とを備え、該金属導体の少な
くとも1本を少なくとも部分的に露出してなる漏
液センサ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の漏
液センサにおいて、複数の金属導体は同一平面上
に平行関係をもつて配置された一対の金属導体よ
りなり、絶縁性支持体は前記金属導体を挾持した
2枚のプラスチツクフイルムよりなり、該プラス
チツクフイルムの少なくとも一方の前記一対の金
属導体に対応する位置に貫通孔が形成され、前記
金属導体が前記貫通孔を通じて露出せしめられて
いることを特徴とする漏液センサ。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の漏
液センサにおいて、金属導体は、絶縁被覆された
金属導体とプラスチツクテープが間隔を保つて螺
旋状に巻装された金属導体とを互いに撚り合わせ
てなり、前記絶縁被覆とプラスチツクテープとが
絶縁性支持体を形成することを特徴とする漏液セ
ンサ。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項ないし第3
項のいずれかに記載の漏液センサにおいて、金属
導体がアルミニウムからなることを特徴とする漏
液センサ。
